< Acts 3 >

1 Now Peter and John were going up together into the temple at the hour (the ninth) of prayer.
Pakhuva u Petro nu Yohana vavile vilola khutembile osekhe ugwa khwesaya, akhasekhe akha saa tisa.
2 And a certain man, who had actually been lame from his mother's womb, was being carried (they would lay him daily at the temple gate, the one called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple),
Umunu uyonge, ondema okhuma okhukholiwa, alekhupapiwa osikhu jonii alekhugona pa ndyango ugwatembile onony palekhuhuma khudova enekhelo iya vanu avavalekhuluta khutembile.

Upwavawene uPetro nu Yohana vale pakhufikha pa tembile, akhadova enekhelo.
4 So Peter, with John, fastening his gaze on him said, “Look at us.”
U Petro, vuikasya amikho, paninee nu Yohana, akhanchovile, “Utulolage ofwe.”
5 So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them.
Ondema akhavalola, akhakhuvela okhupewa ekhenu ukhuhumya khu mwene.
6 But Peter said: “I do not have silver and gold, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ the Natsorean, get up and walk!”
Ulwakhu uPetro akhanchovile, “Ikhela nulutalama one nelevo vole, pakhuva ekhenelenakhyo nikhumwa ulwomwe. ukhugendela nditawa elwa Yesu Klisiti uvakhu Nazarethi, gendaga.”
7 And grasping him by his right hand he lifted him up; immediately his feet and ankles were strengthened.
U Petro akhatola khukhevoho khwa mwene khwandwa, akhapemba khukwanya: Usekhe gumuamalunde ga mwene ififundo ifwa machege agavene fikhapatile amakha.
8 So jumping up he stood, and began to walk! And he entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God.
Akhanyelile khukyanya, umunu ondema akhemile nu khutengula ughugenda; akhingela mutembile pupaninie nu Petro nu Yohana, vu igenda, vuinyela, nu khuginwya uNguluve.
9 Well all the people saw him walking and praising God;
Avanu voni vakhambwene vo igendo nu khuginwya uNguluve.
10 and they recognized him—that he was the one who used to sit at the Beautiful Gate of the temple, with a view to alms—and they were filled with wonder and amazement because of what had happened to him.
Vakhalumanya vemunu ula uvekhale idova enekhelo pandwango ononu ngwa tembile, vakhadenchiwe nukhuswiga ulwa khuva ekhekhakhumile khumwene.
11 Now as the lame man who had been healed held on to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the portico, the one called ‘Solomon's’, really wondering.
Ulwa khuva avibatelile oPetro nu Yohana, avanu voni pupaniniye vakhanyilelile khulinyumba elwa Sulemani, vakhaswiga sana.
12 So upon observing this Peter responded to the people: “Men of Israel, why are you marveling at this, or why are you staring at us as if we have made him walk by our own power or godliness?
U Petro avile alewene ele, '“Omwene vanu vakhu Israeli, pakhuva khekhi muswigaa? Pakhuva khekhi mukhelekha amikho genyo khulwumwene nu vuchaji weto?”.
13 The God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up; and you repudiated Him to Pilate's face, when he was intending to release Him.
U Nguluve va Ibrahimu, nu va Isaka, nu va Yakobo, uNguluve uva Dada veto, amwinule ombombi va mwene u Yesu. Oyo ve mwene mukhambekhile nu khubela pa mikho aga Pilato, ulwa khuva umwene akhapangile ukhumbekha mwavukhe.
14 Yes you repudiated the holy and righteous One, and you asked that a murderer be granted to you,
Mukhabelile umbalanche nu vayelweli, pakhuva mukhanogilwe ukhuta ubudi avekhiwe mwavukhe.
15 while you killed the Originator of the Life, whom God raised from among the dead, to which we are witnesses.
Umwe mukhabudile unkuludeva uvawumi, uvekha nchusinche uNguluve ukhukhuma khuva nchukhile - Ufwe fwe vemelenehi va ele.
16 Well His name, based on faith in His name, made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith that is through Him has given him this wholeness in the presence of you all.
Leno, khu lwidiko ndi tawa lwa mwene, umunu uyo uvemu khumanya nukhumbona, avombiwe ukhuva na maha. Ulwidiko ulalugendela mwa Yesu lupile umwene eafya endagafu, khuvulongo khulwumwe mwe voni.

Leno, valokolo, nelomanyile ukhuta mwavombile mbukonyofu, vuvakhavombile na valongonchi venyoo.
18 But the things that God foretold through the mouth of all His prophets, that the Messiah would suffer, He has thus fulfilled.
Pakhuva imbombo inchakhavavulile u Nguluve na mbeve mu milomo ugwa valagunchi vavoo, ukhuta u Klisiti ayiteswkha, leno agamalile.
19 Repent therefore, and turn around, so that your sins may be erased, in order that times of refreshing may come from the Lord's face
Ulwa khuva, pelaga nu khuswelukha, ili imbivi nchenyo nchikhenchiwe khabisa, ukhuta khinche akhasekhe akhwe nemela ukhukhumana nu vuwepo uwa mbaha.
20 and that He may send Jesus, who had been ordained to be your Messiah,

21 whom Heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, of which times God spoke long ago by the mouth of all His holy prophets. (aiōn g165)
Ulwa khuva umwene vevikhupokhela khukyanya impakha akhasekhe akhakhukhelekha ivinu vwoni, ulwa khuva uNguluve akhanchoovile khusana ne milomo egwa vala gunchi avavalanche. (aiōn g165)
22 “For example, Moses said to the fathers: ‘The Lord our God will raise up for you a Prophet, like me, from among your brothers. You must listen to Him, in all that He may say to you.
Ulwa khuva uMusa ahanchovile, 'Umbakha u Nguluve alambikha undagunchii ndone ukhukhuma khuvalokolo l wencho. Mukhopulekhencha khelakhenu ekheyava ikhu vavula umwe.
23 It will be that every person who will not listen to that Prophet will be extirpated from among the people.’
Yayikhumele ukhuta umunu uyu sikhupulekhencha undogunchii ayiteswa nukhubeliwa pa vanu.'
24 “Yes and all the prophets, from Samuel on down, as many as have spoken, have also foretold these days.
Lweli, na valagunchi vooni ukhukhuma khwa Samweli nava khakongile pasana pamwene, vakhanchovile nu khwenesya isikhu inchii.
25 You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, ‘Yes, in your seed all the families of the earth will be blessed.’
Umwe mulevana va valagunchii nulwedikho u Nguluve avombile paninie na vakukhu, ndulwa khanchoovile hwa Abrahamu, 'Mu mbeyu eyako inyumba ne hooni incha nkelunga nchikhwinohiwa.'
26 God, having raised up His Servant Jesus, sent Him to you first, to bless you by turning each of you away from your iniquities.”
Pakhuva uNguluve amwimvile ombombi va mwene, akhasung'a khulwumwe lale, ili avasaye umwe nukhu badelikha ukhukhuma khumbivi nchenyo.”
