< 2 Thessalonians 3 >
1 Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may spread rapidly and be glorified, as also with you,
ARI ri at akan, komail kapakapa kin kit, pwe majan en Kaun o en pwaida o linanla duen a wiauier re omail.
2 and that we may be delivered from evil and malignant men; for not all have faith.
O pwe kit en japedokala jan aramaj jolelapok kan; pwe pojon kaidin pwaij en aramaj karoj.
3 But the Lord is faithful, who will strengthen you and guard you from the malignant one.
A Kaun o me melel, me pan katene komail o nikid jan ni me jued.
4 We have confidence in the Lord concerning you, that you both do and will do the things we command.
Je kaporoporeki Kaun o re omail, me komail kin dadaurata o pan wiada, me je kakaliki on komail er.
5 Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the perseverance of Christ.
A Kaun o en kotin wiawia monion omial, pwe komail en direki limpok en Kot o kanonama en Krijtuj.
6 Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw from every brother who behaves irresponsibly and not according to the tradition that they received from us.
Ri ai kan, je kakaliki on komail ni mar en atail Kaun Iejuj Krijtuj, me komail en muei jan jaulan karoj, me kin dadaurata padak, me komail roner jan kit.
7 For you yourselves know how you ought to imitate us, because we did not behave irresponsibly among you;
Pwe komail aja duen idedauen kit, pwe kit jota wiadar japun nan pun omail.
8 neither did we eat anyone's bread without paying; rather we worked night and day, with difficulty and hardship, so as not to be a burden to any of you;
O je jota ale jan amen kan at mana, ap jota pwaipwai, pwe je dodok apwal ni pon o ni ran, pwe jen der katoutouki amen komail.
9 not because we do not have the right, but in order to offer ourselves to you as a model for you to imitate.
A kaidin pwe a jota muei on kit, a pwe jen wia kin kit kilel en me komail en alale jan.
10 Yes, because when we were with you we gave you this command: “If anyone does not want to work, neither let him eat!”
Pwe ni at mimi re omail, iet me je kakaliki on komail, meamen me kan wia dodok, a pil jota pan mana.
11 Yet we hear that some among you are behaving irresponsibly; not working, just meddling.
Pwe je roner, me akai mi re omail, me kin weweid ni mejued ni ar jolar kin dodok, a re apwali kijin tiak mal.
12 Now to such individuals we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ that they work in quietness and eat their own bread.
Ari, irail me due met, je indai on o panaui irail, pan Kaun Iejuj Krijtuj, me irail en dodok, o nennenla o tunole pein kan ar mana.
13 But as for you, brothers, do not lose heart in well doing.
A komail, ri ai kan, der panki omail wiawia mau.
14 If anyone does not obey our word in this letter, take note of him and do not associate with him, that he may be shamed;
A ma amen kan oke at padak nan kijin likau et, I me komail en kileledi, o komail der apwali i, pwe I en namenokela.
15 yet do not regard him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.
A komail der wiaki I imwintiti amen, a jaueja I duata ri omail amen.
16 Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you the peace during every situation, in every way. The Lord be with you all.
A Kaun en popol en pein kotiti on komail popol anjau karoj o ni jon karoj! Kaun o en kotikot re omail karoj!
17 The greeting of Paul, with my own hand, which is the ‘trademark’ in every letter that I write.
Nai Pauluj ranamau ni manin pa i, me kijin likau karoj kilelekidi, iduen ai intin.
18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
Mak en atail Kaun Ieju Krijtuj en mi re omail karoj!
