< 1 Timothy 2 >

1 Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings be made on behalf of all men
Nyo ki kaba, mi kenti a maken ka kange dilo, kange maka kini dor nober gwam kange neka buka kange dor nobo gwam.
2 —on behalf of kings and all who are in authority, that we may live a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity.
Dor liyabe kange nobo tam ki nobe, dor yim lumam kange kwarce mor Kwama kange yorka.
3 Because this is good and pleasing to our Savior God,
Wuro yori kabo kange yoka kabum Kwama nii fuloka be.
4 who desires all men to be saved and to come into a real knowledge of Truth.
Ci cwi ti na nobo gwam fiya fuloka naci nyimom bilenke.
5 For there is one God, and one Mediator between God and men—a man!—Jesus Christ,
Wori Kwama wiin kange wo tiber nii kange Kwama, nii wo Almaciya Yecu.
6 who gave Himself as a ransom on behalf of all people (to be testified in its own seasons),
Cin neken dorcer fanka ki nobo gwam, dor warke ki dong donge kene.
7 to which ransom I was appointed a herald and an apostle—I am telling the truth in Christ, I am not lying—a teacher of nations in faith and truth.
Ki kero wo, cin dok ye moki bwimi, ma yilam nii tokka fulen kere kange nii tomange. Bilenke ma tok tiye. kebo cwerke ma tok tiye. Ma nii merangka ki nobo kumtacile mor bilenker kange ciyaka.
8 So I desire that the men in every place pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or argument.
Nyo ma cwitiye, nabarubo fiye gwam ciya kwob dilo take ciya kung kang ceko wucake kebo ki funer kange kwobkanka.
9 Similarly the women also, dressing themselves in appropriate clothing, with modesty and good sense; not with braided hair or gold or pearls or expensive clothes,
Nyo tak ma cwiti natubo ciya du kwilendow datenne, kange bwayilendo datenne, kange taka duwe, ciya yilare nobo ma dorti ki mwine, kange kwilendo ki kyemere.
10 but with good works, which is appropriate to women who profess godliness.
Ma cwiti ciya du kwilendo da natubo ya yamti mor Kwama be fiye nangendo ken.
11 Let a woman learn in silence, in full subordination.
Nawiye a merangi mor taka duwe kange yiber duwer mor diker gwam.
12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence.
Ma ciyabo nawiye a merangi kaka ca nung bi kwan dor bwayile, di ca yii mor taka duwek.
13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve.
Adamu cii ter fwelkake nyimde Hawwa'u.
14 Also, Adam was not deceived; rather, the woman, being deceived, became a transgressor.
Kebo Adamu cii bole dila nawiye cii bole, wo yarken bwirangke.
15 However, she will be saved through the Childbirth—if they continue in faith, love and holiness, with self-control.
Nyo duwal ca tin fiya fuloka fiye boka bi beiyek, tano cii tam nur bilenke kange cwika, kange wucakke, kange nero yor yore ri.
