< 1 Corinthians 5 >

1 It is actually reported that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as not even pagans talk about—that someone has his father's wife!
Actually is reported among you sexual immorality, and such sexual immorality as not even among the pagans (is named *K*) so as for [the] wife one of the father to have;
2 And you are puffed up and not even grieved, so as to exclude the one who has done this deed from your fellowship.
And you yourselves puffed up are and not rather mourned so that (may be taken *N(k)O*) out of midst of you the [one] the deed this (having performed? *N(k)O*)
3 For I indeed, as present in spirit though absent in body, have already judged the one who created this situation, as though I were present:
I myself indeed though (as *K*) being absent in body being present however in spirit already have judged as being present the [one] so this having produced
4 in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, you and my spirit being together, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,
in the name of the Lord our Jesus (Christ *KO*) having been gathered together you and me in spirit with the power of the Lord of us Jesus (Christ *K*)
5 we must hand such a one over to Satan for a destruction of the ‘flesh’, that the spirit may be saved in the Day of the Lord Jesus.
to deliver such a one to Satan for destruction of the flesh, so that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord (Jesus. *KO*)
6 Your boasting is not good. Do you not know that a little yeast leavens the whole batch of dough?
Not good [is] the boasting of you. Not know you that a little leaven all the lump leavens?
7 Therefore purge out the old leaven, so that you can be a new batch, like you are, without yeast. Especially since Christ our Passover has been sacrificed in our place.
do cleanse out (therefore *K*) the old leaven, that you may be a new lump even as you are unleavened; Also for the Passover lamb of us (for us *K*) has been sacrificed Christ.
8 So then let us observe the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the yeast of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened loaves of sincerity and truth.
so that we may celebrate the feast not with leaven old not with leaven of malice and wickedness but with unleavened [bread] of sincerity and of truth.
9 I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with fornicators—
I wrote to you in the letter not to associate with [the] sexually immoral,
10 not of course the fornicators of this world, or the greedy, or the swindlers, or the idolaters; since then you would have to exit the world!
(and *k*) not at all with the sexually immoral world of this or with the covetous (and *N(k)O*) with swindlers or with idolaters — since (you have been obliged *N(k)O*) then would from the world to depart.
11 But now I write you not to associate with anyone who calls himself a brother who is a fornicator, or greedy, or an idolater, or abusive, or a drunkard, or a swindler—not even to eat with such.
(now *N(k)O*) however I wrote to you not to associate with [him] if anyone a brother being designated he shall be sexually immoral or a coveter or an idolater or verbal abuser or a drunkard or swindler; with such a one not even to eat.
12 Now just why should it be up to me to judge those who are outside? Will you not judge those who are inside?
What for [is it] to me (and *k*) those outside to judge? Surely those within you yourselves do judge?
13 Those who are outside God will judge, and you must exclude the wicked one from among you.
Those however outside God (will judge? *NK(o)*) (and *k*) (do yourselves expel *N(k)O*) the evil out from you them.
