< 1 Corinthians 4 >

1 Let a man consider us like this: as Christ's subordinates and stewards of God's mysteries.
ARAMAJ akan en wia kin kit papa en Krijtuj o jaunkoa pan me rir akan ren Kot.
2 Moreover, what is required of stewards is that each be found faithful.
A iaduen jaunkoa kan? Amen amen en lelapok.
3 So to me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by a human court; in fact, I do not even judge myself.
I jota injenoki, me komail de kapun en aramaj kajaui ia da. Pein nai pil jota kajaui ia da.
4 For I am conscious of nothing against myself, although I am not justified by this; it is the Lord who judges me.
Pwe jota me i pein aja, a kaidin met, me i pun kila, a Kaun o me kin kajaui ia da.
5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and expose the motives of the hearts. At that time the praise that comes to each will be from God.
Ari, komail depa kajaui okot me mon a anjau, a lao Kaun o pan kotido, me pan kajanjale dan marain okiok en me rotorot akan o kadiarokada lamalam en nan monioin akan, amen amen ap pan indandeki ren Kot.
6 I have illustrated these things using myself and Apollos, brothers, for your sakes, so that you may learn from us not to think beyond what is written, that no one of you be puffed up in favor of the one against the other.
Ri ai kan, mepukat i kin inda duen nai o Apoloj, pwe komail en ale jan kit, pwe amen ender lamelame, me a jiki jan me intinidier, pwe komail ender aklapalapaki amen, ap palian me teio.
7 Now who is distinguishing you? Or what do you have that you did not receive? So if you did indeed receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?
Pwe ij me mone kin uk? A jota, me mi re om, me koe jota aleer. A ma koe aleer meakaroj, menda koe kin juaiki, likamata koe jota aleer?
8 You are already stuffed! You are already rich! You have become ‘kings’ without us! I could wish that you really did reign, so that we might be kings with you too!
Komail medier o kapwapwalar, o komail kin kaunda, ap jota ale jan kit. I men, komail en kaunda, pwe kit ap pil pan ian komail kaunda.
9 For I keep thinking that God has displayed us, the apostles, at the end of the line, like men sentenced to death; because we have been made a spectacle to the world, both to angels and to men.
Pwe i lamelame, me Kot kotin wiai on kit wanporon akan, en tikitik melel, me mau on mela, pwe kit wialar men kapuriamui eu ni jappa mon tounlan o aramaj akan.
10 We are fools for Christ while you are wise! We are weak but you are strong! You are esteemed, we are despised!
Kit me jon en pweipwei pweki Krijtuj, a komail me lolekonki Krijtuj; kit me luet, a komail me kelail; komail me indand mau, a kit me indand jued.
11 To this very hour we go hungry and thirsty; we are poorly dressed, brutally treated, and wander homeless;
Kokodo lel auer met kit mm manadar, o pil men nim piladar, o kilijo, o je kin kalokolok, o jota deu at.
12 yes, we labor, working with our own hands. Upon being reviled, we bless; upon being persecuted, we endure it;
O dodok ni pein pa at; kit me kalok jued, a je kin kapaiada, kit me kalokolok, a je kin nenen la; Ni at pakaraun mal, kit kin kapakap.
13 upon being slandered, we exhort. We have been made as the refuse of the world, the off-scouring of whatever, to this moment.
Kit wialar tatan kid o kopataun aramaj karoj.
14 I am not writing these things to shame you; I am admonishing you as my dear children.
I intiniedier mepukat kaidin pwen kanamenok komail, a pwen panaui komail nai jeri kompok kan.
15 Because even if you were to have thousands of tutors in Christ, you would not have many fathers, because I am the one who begot you in Christ Jesus, through the Gospel.
Pwe ma omail jaunpadak pan Krijtuj me nen, nan jam omail akan me jota non toto, pwe nai me kaipwi komail ren Krijtuj Iejuj ki ronamau.
16 Therefore I am urging you, become my imitators.
I ari poeki re omail komail en idauen ia do.
17 That is why I sent you Timothy, who is my beloved and faithful son in Sovereign, who will remind you of my ways in Christ, just as I teach everywhere in every congregation.
Pwe i me i kadarki won komail Timoteuj nai jeri kompoke o lelapok pan Kaun o pwen kataman kin komail duen al ai kan pan Krijtuj, duen me i kawewedar ni momodijou karoj.
18 Now some have been puffed up, as though I were not coming to you.
Akai komail me aklapalap likomata i jota pan pwar won komail.
19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord wills, and I will know, not the word of those who have been puffed up, but the power.
A i pan pwar won komail madan, ma Kaun o pan kotin kupura. I ap pan kilan kaidin padak en me aklapalap akan, a me manaman.
20 Because the Kingdom of God is not in word but in power.
Pwe wein Kot jota mi ni kajoi a ni manaman.
21 What do you prefer? Shall I come to you with a rod, or in love and a gentle spirit?
Da me komail mauki? I en pwar won komail wa jokon, de limpok o nen en opampap?
