Psalms 99

1 A psalm for David himself. The Lord hath reigned, let the people be angry: he that sitteth on the cherubims: let the earth be moved.

Naghari si Yahweh; tugoti nga mangurog ang kanasoran. Siya naglingkod sa iyang trono ibabaw sa mga kerubin; molinog ang kalibotan.

2 The Lord is great in Sion, and high above all people.

Si Yahweh bantogan sa Zion; siya gibayaw ibabaw sa tanang kanasoran.

3 Let them give praise to thy great name: for it is terrible and holy:

Tugoti nga magdayeg (sila) sa imong bantogan ug halangdon nga ngalan; siya balaan.

4 And the king’s honour loveth judgment. Thou hast prepared directions: thou hast done judgment and justice in Jacob.

Ang hari kusgan, ug siya nahigugma sa katarong. Imong gitukod ang kaangayan; nabuhat mo ang pagkamatarong ug hustisya kang Jacob.

5 Exalt ye the Lord our God, and adore his footstool, for it is holy.

Daygon si Yahweh nga atong Dios ug simbaha siya diha sa iyang tiilan. Siya balaan.

6 Moses and Aaron among his priests: and Samuel among them that call upon his name. They called upon the Lord, and he heard them:

Si Moises ug Aaron lakip sa iyang mga pari, ug si Samuel usa niadtong nag-ampo kaniya. Nag-ampo (sila) kang Yahweh ug gitubag niya (sila)

7 He spoke to them in the pillar of the cloud. They kept his testimonies, and the commandment which he gave them.

Siya nakigsulti kanila pinaagi sa haliging panganod. Gituman nila ang iyang balaan nga mga balaod ug ang mga sugo nga gihatag niya kanila.

8 Thou didst hear them, O Lord our God: thou wast a merciful God to them, and taking vengeance on all their inventions.

Gitubag mo (sila) Yahweh nga among Dios. Dios ka nga mapinasayloon ngadto kanila, apan mosilot sa ilang makasasalang binuhatan.

9 Exalt ye the Lord our God, and adore at his holy mountain: for the Lord our God is holy.

Dalaygon si Yahweh nga atong Dios, ug panagsimba sa iyang balaang bungtod, tungod si Yahweh nga atong Dios balaan.
