< Psalms 87 >
1 For the sons of Core, a psalm of a canticle. The foundations thereof are in the holy mountains:
Na’ya’yan Kora maza. Zabura ce. Waƙa ce. Ya kafa harsashinsa a kan dutse mai tsarki.
2 The Lord loveth the gates of Sion above all the tabernacles of Jacob.
Ubangiji yana ƙaunar ƙofofin Sihiyona fiye da dukan wuraren zaman Yaƙub.
3 Glorious things are said of thee, O city of God.
Ana faɗin abubuwa masu ɗaukaka game da ke Ya birnin Allah, (Sela)
4 I will be mindful of Rahab and of Babylon knowing me. Behold the foreigners, and Tyre, and the people of the Ethiopians, these were there.
“Zan lissafta Rahab a cikin waɗanda suka san ni, Filistiya ita ma, da Taya, tare da Kush, zan kuma ce, ‘An haifi wannan a Sihiyona.’”
5 Shall not Sion say: This man and that man is born in her? and the Highest himself hath founded her.
Tabbatacce, game da Sihiyona za a ce, “Wannan da wancan an haifa a cikinta, Mafi Ɗaukaka kansa zai kafa ta.”
6 The Lord shall tell in his writings of peoples and of princes, of them that have been in her.
Ubangiji zai rubuta a littafin sunayen mutanensa, “An haifi wannan a Sihiyona.” (Sela)
7 The dwelling in thee is as it were of all rejoicing.
Yayinda suke kaɗe-kaɗe za su rera, “Dukan maɓulɓulaina suna cikinki.”
