Psalms 85
1 Unto the end, for the sons of Core, a psalm. Lord, thou hast blessed thy land: thou hast turned away the captivity of Jacob.
१कोरहाच्या मुलांची स्तोत्रे हे परमेश्वरा, तू आपल्या देशावर अनुग्रह दाखवला आहेस; तू याकोबाला बंदिवासातून परत आणले आहेस.
2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people: thou hast covered all their sins.
२तू आपल्या लोकांच्या पापांची क्षमा केली आहेस. तू त्यांची सर्व पापे झाकून टाकली आहेत.
3 Thou hast mitigated all thy anger: thou best turned away from the wrath of thy indignation.
३तू आपला सर्व क्रोध काढून घेतला आहे; आणि आमच्यावरील भयंकर क्रोधापासून मागे फिरला आहेस.
4 Convert us, O God our saviour: and turn off thy anger from us.
४हे आमच्या तारणाऱ्या देवा, आम्हास परत आण, आणि आमच्यावरचा तुझा असंतोष दूर कर.
5 Wilt thou be angry with us for ever: or wilt thou extend thy wrath from generation to generation?
५सर्वकाळपर्यंत तू आमच्यावर रागावलेला राहशील का? पिढ्यानपिढ्या तू रागावलेला राहशील काय?
6 Thou wilt turn, O God, and bring us to life: and thy people shall rejoice in thee.
६तुझ्या लोकांनी तुझ्याठायी आनंद करावा, म्हणून तू आम्हास परत जिवंत करणार नाहीस का?
7 Shew us, O Lord, thy mercy; and grant us thy salvation.
७हे परमेश्वरा, तुझ्या दयेचा अनुभव आम्हास येऊ दे; तू कबूल केलेले तारण आम्हास दे.
8 I will hear what the Lord God will speak in me: for he will speak peace unto his people: And unto his saints: and unto them that are converted to the heart.
८परमेश्वर देव काय म्हणेल ते मी ऐकून घेईन. कारण तो आपल्या लोकांशी व विश्वासू अनुयायींशी शांती करेल, तरी मात्र त्यांनी मूर्खाच्या मार्गाकडे पुन्हा वळू नये.
9 Surely his salvation is near to them that fear him: that glory may dwell in our land.
९खचित जे त्यास भितात त्यांच्याजवळ त्याचे तारण आहे; यासाठी आमच्या देशात वैभव रहावे.
10 Mercy and truth have met each other: justice and peace have kissed.
१०दया व सत्य एकत्र मिळाली आहेत; निती आणि शांती यांनी एकमेकांचे चुंबन घेतले आहे.
11 Truth is sprung out of the earth: and justice hath looked down from heaven.
११पृथ्वीतून सत्य बाहेर पडत आहे, आणि स्वर्गातून नितिमत्व खाली पाहत आहे.
12 For the Lord will give goodness: and our earth shall yield her fruit.
१२जे उत्तम ते परमेश्वर देईल, आणि आमची भूमी आपले पिक देईल.
13 Justice shall walk before him: and shall set his steps in the way.
१३त्याच्यासमोर नितीमत्व चालेल, आणि त्याच्या पावलांसाठी मार्ग तयार करील.
