Psalms 85

1 Unto the end, for the sons of Core, a psalm. Lord, thou hast blessed thy land: thou hast turned away the captivity of Jacob.

بۆ سەرۆکی کۆمەڵی مۆسیقاژەنان، زەبوورێکی کوڕانی قۆرەح. ئەی یەزدان، تۆ لە زەوی خۆت ڕازیت، دیلەکانی یاقوبت گێڕاوەتەوە.

2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people: thou hast covered all their sins.

لە تاوانەکانی گەلەکەت خۆشبوویت، هەموو گوناهەکانیت داپۆشیوە.

3 Thou hast mitigated all thy anger: thou best turned away from the wrath of thy indignation.

هەموو تووڕەیی خۆتت گرتەوە، لە جۆشانی تووڕەییت گەڕایتەوە.

4 Convert us, O God our saviour: and turn off thy anger from us.

ئەی خودای ڕزگاریمان، بمانگەڕێنەوە، تووڕەیی خۆتمان لەسەر لابدە.

5 Wilt thou be angry with us for ever: or wilt thou extend thy wrath from generation to generation?

ئایا هەتاهەتایە لێمان تووڕە دەبیت؟ نەوە دوای نەوە درێژە بە تووڕەییت دەدەیت؟

6 Thou wilt turn, O God, and bring us to life: and thy people shall rejoice in thee.

ئایا تۆ ناگەڕێیتەوە هەتا زیندوومان بکەیتەوە، بۆ ئەوەی گەلەکەت پێت شاد بێت؟

7 Shew us, O Lord, thy mercy; and grant us thy salvation.

ئەی یەزدان، خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەتمان پیشان بدە، ڕزگاریی خۆتمان پێ ببەخشە.

8 I will hear what the Lord God will speak in me: for he will speak peace unto his people: And unto his saints: and unto them that are converted to the heart.

ئەوەی خودای پەروەردگار دەیڵێت، گوێی لێ دەگرم، چونکە بەڵێنی ئاشتی دەدات بە گەلەکەی و بۆ خۆشەویستانی، بەڵام با نەگەڕێنەوە سەر گێلایەتی.

9 Surely his salvation is near to them that fear him: that glory may dwell in our land.

بێگومان ڕزگارییەکەی لەو کەسانە نزیکە کە لێی دەترسن، بۆ ئەوەی شکۆمەندییەکەی لە خاکی ئێمەدا نیشتەجێ بێت.

10 Mercy and truth have met each other: justice and peace have kissed.

خۆشەویستی نەگۆڕ و ڕاستی بە یەک گەیشتوون، ڕاستودروستی و ئاشتی یەکتری ماچ دەکەن.

11 Truth is sprung out of the earth: and justice hath looked down from heaven.

ڕاستی لە زەوییەوە دەڕوێت و ڕاستودروستی لە ئاسمانەوە سەر دەردێنێت.

12 For the Lord will give goodness: and our earth shall yield her fruit.

هەروەها یەزدان چاکە دەبەخشێت و زەوی ئێمەش دەغڵودان دەدات.

13 Justice shall walk before him: and shall set his steps in the way.

ڕاستودروستی لەپێشی دەڕوات، ڕێگای بۆ خۆش دەکات.
