< Psalms 85 >
1 Unto the end, for the sons of Core, a psalm. Lord, thou hast blessed thy land: thou hast turned away the captivity of Jacob.
Korah ƒe viwo ƒe ha na hɛnɔ la. O! Yehowa, èɖe amenuveve fia wò anyigba; ègaɖo Yakob ƒe nunyonamewo te.
2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people: thou hast covered all their sins.
Ètsɔ wò dukɔ la ƒe vodada kee, eye nètsyɔ nu woƒe nu vɔ̃wo katã dzi. (Sela)

4 Convert us, O God our saviour: and turn off thy anger from us.
O! Mawu, míaƒe Ɖela, gaɖo mí te, míaƒe nu meganɔ dzi kum na wò o.
5 Wilt thou be angry with us for ever: or wilt thou extend thy wrath from generation to generation?
Ɖe nàdo dɔmedzoe ɖe mía ŋu ɖikaa? Ɖe nàdidi wò dɔmedzoe la wòazɔ ato dzidzimewo katã mea?
6 Thou wilt turn, O God, and bring us to life: and thy people shall rejoice in thee.
Màgagbɔ agbe mí, be wò dukɔ nàkpɔ dzidzɔ ɖe ŋuwò oa?
7 Shew us, O Lord, thy mercy; and grant us thy salvation.
O! Yehowa, ɖe wò lɔlɔ̃ si meʋãna o la fia mí, eye nàna wò xɔname mí.
8 I will hear what the Lord God will speak in me: for he will speak peace unto his people: And unto his saints: and unto them that are converted to the heart.
Maɖo to ase nya si Yehowa Mawu agblɔ; edo ŋutifafa ƒe ŋugbe na eƒe dukɔ, eƒe ame kɔkɔewo, gake ɖeko mègana woatrɔ ayi bometsitsi gbɔ o.
