< Psalms 80 >
1 Unto the end, for them that shall he changed, a testimony for Asaph, a psalm. Give ear, O thou that rulest Israel: thou that leadest Joseph like a sheep. Thou that sittest upon the cherubims, shine forth
Ho an’ ny mpiventy hira. Al-shoshanim-edoth. Salamo nataon’ i Asafa. Ry Mpiandry ny Isiraely ô, mihainoa, Hianao Izay mitondra an’ i Josefa toy ny ondry; Hianao, Izay mipetraka amin’ ny kerobima, mamirapiratra.
2 Before Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasses. Stir up thy might, and come to save us.
Fohazy ny herinao eo anoloan’ i Efraima sy Benjamina ary Manase, ka avia hamonjy anay.
3 Convert us, O God: and shew us thy face, and we shall be saved.
Andriamanitra ô, ampodio izahay, ka ampamirapirato ny Tavanao, ary aoka hovonjena izahay.
4 O Lord God of hosts, how long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy servant?
Jehovah, Andriamanitry ny maro ô, mandra-pahoviana no hanetroka amin’ ny fivavaky ny olonao ny fahatezeranao?
5 How long wilt thou feed us with the bread of tears: and give us for our drink tears in measure?
Mampihinana azy mofo len-dranomaso Hianao, ary mampisotro azy ranomaso tovozina.
6 Thou hast made us to be a contradiction to our neighbours: and our enemies have scoffed at us.
Ataonao ho fifandirana amin’ ny mifanila fonenana aminay izahay; ary ny fahavalonay mifaly handatsa.
7 O God of hosts, convert us: and shew thy face, and we shall be saved.
Andriamanitry ny maro ô, ampodio izahay, ka ampamirapirato ny tavanao, ary aoka hovonjena izahay.
8 Thou hast brought a vineyard out of Egypt: thou hast cast cut the Gentiles and planted it.
Nisy voaloboka nafindranao avy tany Egypta; nandroaka ny jentilisa Hianao ka namboly azy kosa.
9 Thou wast the guide of its journey in its sight: thou plantedst the roots thereof, and it filled the land.
Nitevy teo alohany Hianao, dia namaka lalina izy ka nameno ny tany.
10 The shadow of it covered the hills: and the branches thereof the cedars of God.
Nanaloka ny tendrombohitra ny alokalony, ary ny sampany nanaloka ny sedera andrian-kazo.
11 It stretched forth its branches unto the sea, and its boughs unto the river.
Nampisandrahaka ny rantsany hatramin’ ny ranomasina izy, ary ny sakeliny hatramin’ ny Ony.
12 Why hast thou broken down the hedge thereof, so that all they who pass by the way do pluck it?
Nahoana no noravànao ny fefiny ka anotazan’ izay rehetra mandalo eny an-dalana izy?
13 The boar out of the wood hath laid it waste: and a singular wild beast hath devoured it.
Ny lambo avy any an’ ala mitrongy azy; ary izay bibi-dia any an-tsaha mandàny azy.
14 Turn again, O God of hosts, look down from heaven, and see, and visit this vineyard:
Ry Andriamanitry ny maro ô, miverena, ka tsilovy any an-danitra, ary jereo, ka vangio ity voaloboka ity.
15 And perfect the same which thy right hand hath planted: and upon the son of man whom thou hast confirmed for thyself.
Arovy izay nambolen’ ny tananao ankavanana sy ny zanaka izay nampaherezinao ho Anao.
16 Things set on fire and dug down shall perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.
Voadotry ny afo izy sady voakapa; fongotry ny fananaran’ ny tavanao izy.
17 Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand: and upon the son of man whom thou hast confirmed for thyself.
Aoka ny tananao ho amin’ ny lehilahin’ ny tananao ankavanana, dia amin’ ny zanak’ olombelona izay nampaherezinao ho Anao.
18 And we depart not from thee, thou shalt quicken us: and we will call upon thy name.
Dia tsy hihemotra hiala aminao izahay; velomy izahay, dia hiantso ny anaranao.
19 O Lord God of hosts, convert us: and shew thy face, and we shall be saved.
Ry Jehovah, Andriamanitry ny maro ô, ampodio izahay; ampamirapirato ny tavanao, ary aoka hovonjena Izahay.
