Psalms 70

1 Unto the end, a psalm for David, to bring to remembrance that the Lord saved him. O God, come to my assistance; O Lord, make haste to help me.

၁အောက်မေ့ စေခြင်းငှာ စပ်ဆိုသောဆာလံ။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို နှုတ် ယူတော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မစ ခြင်းငှါ အလျင် အမြန် ပြုတော်မူပါ။

2 Let them be confounded and ashamed that seek my soul:

၂အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို သတ်ခြင်းငှါရှာကြံ သောသူတို့သည် အရှက်ကွဲ ၍ မျက်နှာ ပျက်ကြပါစေသော။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ အန္တရာယ် ပြု ချင်သောသူတို့သည် လှန် ခြင်းကို ခံရ၍ ၊ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြ ပါစေသော။

3 Let them be turned backward, and blush for shame that desire evils to me: Let them be presently turned away blushing for shame that say to me: Tis well, tis well.

၃အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အေ့ဟေ ၊ အေ့ဟေ ဟု ဆို သောသူတို့သည် အရှက် ကွဲခြင်းအားဖြင့် နောက်သို့ လှန် ခြင်းကိုခံရကြပါစေသော။

4 Let all that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee; and let such as love thy salvation say always: The Lord be magnified.

၄ကိုယ်တော် ကို ရှာ သောသူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက် ရွှင်လန်း ကြပါစေသော။ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို နှစ်သက် သောသူတို့သည်၊ ဘုရား သခင်ဘုန်းကြီး တော်မူစေသတည်း ဟု အစဉ် မပြတ်ပြော ကြပါစေသော။

5 But I am needy and poor; O God, help me. Thou art my helper and my deliverer: O Lord, make no delay.

၅အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ၊ ဆင်းရဲ ငတ်မွတ် ပါ၏။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ရှိရာသို့ အလျင် အမြန်ကြွတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မစ သောသူ၊ ကယ်တင် သောသူဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ဆိုင်းလင့် တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။
