Psalms 37
1 A psalm for David himself. Be not emulous of evildoers; nor envy them that work iniquity.
၁သူယုတ်မာတို့၏အတွက်ကြောင့်စိုးရိမ်ပူပန်မှု မဖြစ်နှင့်။
2 For they shall shortly wither away as grass, and as the green herbs shall quickly fall.
၂သူတို့သည်ခြောက်သွေ့သွားသောမြက်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ ပျောက်ပျက်ကြကုန်လိမ့်မည်။ ညှိုးနွမ်းသောအပင်ငယ်များကဲ့သို့ သေကြေပျက်စီးကြလိမ့်မည်။
3 Trust in the Lord, and do good, and dwell in the land, and thou shalt be fed with its riches.
၃ထာဝရဘုရားကိုကိုးစားလျက် အကျင့်ကောင်းကိုပြုကျင့်လော့။ ပြည်တော်တွင်လုံခြုံစွာနေလော့။
4 Delight in the Lord, and he will give thee the requests of thy heart.
၄ထာဝရဘုရား၌မွေ့လျော်ပျော်ပိုက်မှုကို ရှာလော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင်သင်၏အလိုဆန္ဒကိုပြည့်စုံ စေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
5 Commit thy way to the Lord, and trust in him, and he will do it.
၅သင်သည်မိမိကိုယ်ကိုဘုရားသခင်လက်သို့ အပ်နှံလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုကိုးစားလော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင်ကိုယ်တော်သည်သင့်ကို ကူမတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
6 And he will bring forth thy justice as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.
၆သင်၏ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကိုမွန်းတည့်ရောင်ခြည် ကဲ့သို့ ထွန်းလင်းတောက်ပစေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
7 Be subject to the Lord and pray to him Envy not the man who prospereth in his way; the man who doth unjust things.
၇ကိုယ်တော်၏စီရင်တော်မူချက်ကိုသည်းခံ၍ စောင့်မျှော်လော့။ ကောင်းစားသူတို့ကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ အကြံအစည်အောင်မြင်သော ဆိုးညစ်သူတို့ကြောင့်လည်းကောင်းပူပင်သောက မဖြစ်နှင့်။
8 Cease from anger, and leave rage; have no emulation to do evil.
၈မစိုးရိမ်နှင့်။ ဒေါသအမျက်မထွက်နှင့်။ စိုးရိမ်မှုနှင့်ဒေါသအမျက်သည်သင့်အား ဆိုးကျိုးသာပေးလိမ့်မည်။
9 For the evildoers shall be cut off: but they that wait upon the Lord shall inherit the land.
၉ထာဝရဘုရားကိုကိုးစားသောသူတို့ သည် ပြည်တော်ကိုပိုင်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ သို့ရာတွင်သူယုတ်မာတို့မူကားပြည်နှင် ဒဏ်ကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။
10 For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: and thou shalt seek his place, and shalt not find it.
၁၀ကာလအနည်းငယ်အတွင်း၌သူယုတ်မာ တို့သည် ပျောက်ကွယ်သွားကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင်သည်သူတို့ကိုရှာသော်လည်း တွေ့လိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
11 But the meek shall inherit the land, and shall delight in abundance of peace.
၁၁သို့ရာတွင်စိတ်နှိမ့်ချသောသူတို့သည် ပြည်တော်ကိုပိုင်ရလျက်ငြိမ်းချမ်းသာယာမှုနှင့် ကြီးပွားတိုးတက်မှုတို့ကိုခံစားကြရ လိမ့်မည်။
12 The sinner shall watch the just man: and shall gnash upon him with his teeth.
၁၂သူယုတ်မာသည်သူတော်ကောင်းအား မကောင်းကြံလျက်မုန်းစိတ်နှင့်စူးစူးဝါးဝါး ကြည့်တတ်၏။
13 But the Lord shall laugh at him: for he foreseeth that his day shall come.
၁၃သို့ရာတွင်ထိုသူသည်မကြာမမြင့်မီဆုံးပါး ပျက်စီး ရတော့မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ထာဝရဘုရားသိတော်မူသဖြင့်သူ့အား ကြည့်၍ ပြုံးရယ်တော်မူ၏။
14 The wicked have drawn out the sword: they have bent their bow. To cast down the poor and needy, to kill the upright of heart.
၁၄သူယုတ်မာတို့သည်ဆင်းရဲနွမ်းပါးသူတို့အား သတ်ဖြတ်ရန်လည်းကောင်း၊မှန်ရာကိုပြုသူတို့ အား အဆုံးစီရင်ရန်လည်းကောင်း ဋ္ဌားများကိုဆွဲထုတ်၍လေးများကို တင်ကြ၏။
15 Let their sword enter into their own hearts, and let their bow be broken.
၁၅သို့ရာတွင်ထိုသူတို့သည်မိမိ၏ဋ္ဌားများဖြင့် ပင်လျှင် ထိုးသတ်ခံကြရလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့၏လေးများသည်လည်းကျိုးကုန်ကြ လိမ့်မည်။
16 Better is a little to the just, than the great riches of the wicked.
၁၆သူတော်ကောင်းတစ်ယောက်၏ဥစ္စာပစ္စည်း အနည်းငယ်သည် သူယုတ်မာအပေါင်းတို့၏စည်းစိမ်ချမ်းသာ ထက် ပို၍တန်ဖိုးရှိ၏။
17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken in pieces; but the Lord strengtheneth the just.
၁၇အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သူယုတ်မာတို့၏စွမ်းရည်ကိုသိမ်းယူ၍ သူတော်ကောင်းတို့အားကွယ်ကာ စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူမည်ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် တည်း။
18 The Lord knoweth the days of undefiled; and their inheritance shall be for ever.
၁၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏စကားကို နားထောင်သူတို့အားစောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူ၏။ သူတို့သည်ပြည်တော်ကိုထာဝစဉ်ပိုင်ဆိုင် ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
19 They shall not be confounded in the evil time; and in the days of famine they shall be filled:
၁၉ခဲယဉ်းရာကာလများ၌သူတို့သည် ဒုက္ခရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။ အစာငတ်မွတ်ခေါင်းပါးချိန်များ၌အစာ ရေစာ လုံလောက်စွာရရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။
20 Because the wicked shall perish. And the enemies of the Lord, presently after they shall be honoured and exalted, shall come to nothing and vanish like smoke.
၂၀သူယုတ်မာတို့မူကားသေကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရားအားရန်ဘက်ပြုသူတို့သည် တောပန်းများကဲ့သို့ပျောက်ကွယ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ မီးခိုးကဲ့သို့လွင့်ပျောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
21 The sinner shall borrow, and not pay again; but the just sheweth mercy and shall give.
၂၁သူယုတ်မာသည်ချေးငှားပြီးနောက် ပြန်၍မပေးမဆပ်တတ်။ သူတော်ကောင်းမူကားရက်ရောစွာပေးကမ်း တတ်၏။
22 For such as bless him shall inherit the land: but such as curse him shall perish.
၂၂ထာဝရဘုရားကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူသော သူတို့သည် ပြည်တော်ကိုပိုင်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်ကျိန်တော်မူခြင်းခံရသော သူတို့မူကားပြည်နှင်ဒဏ်သင့်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
23 With the Lord shall the steps of a man be directed, and he shall like well his way.
၂၃ထာဝရဘုရားသည်လူတို့လိုက်လျှောက်အပ်သည့် လမ်းကိုပြညွှန်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်နှစ်သက်တော်မူသောသူတို့ကို ကွယ်ကာတော်မူ၏။
24 When he shall fall he shall not be bruised, for the Lord putteth his hand under him.
၂၄ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သူတို့အား ကူမတော်မူမည်ဖြစ်၍သူတို့သည်လဲ သော်လည်း မထဘဲနေလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
25 I have been young, and now am old; and I have not seen the just forsaken, nor his seed seeking bread.
၂၅ယခုအခါငါသည်အသက်ကြီးရင့်လေပြီ။ ငါသည်ကြာရှည်စွာအသက်ရှင်ခဲ့ပါပြီ။ သို့ရာတွင်သူတော်ကောင်းအားထာဝရဘုရား စွန့်ပစ်တော်မူသည်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ သူ၏သားသမီးတို့တောင်းစားရသည်ကို လည်းကောင်း တစ်ချိန်တစ်ခါမျှငါမတွေ့မမြင်ခဲ့ဘူးပါ။
26 He sheweth mercy, and lendeth all the day long; and his seed shall be in blessing.
၂၆သူသည်အစဉ်ပင်သူတစ်ပါးတို့အားရက်ရောစွာ ပေးကမ်းချေးငှားတတ်၏။ သူ၏သားသမီးများသည်လည်းကောင်းချီး မင်္ဂလာကိုခံရကြ၏။
27 Decline from evil and do good, and dwell for ever and ever.
၂၇ဒုစရိုက်ကိုရှောင်ကြဉ်၍သုစရိုက်ကိုပြုလော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင်သင်၏သားမြေးတို့သည်ပြည်တော် တွင် အစဉ်အမြဲနေရလိမ့်မည်။
28 For the Lord loveth judgment, and will not forsake his saints: they shall be preserved for ever. The unjust shall be punished, and the seed of the wicked shall perish.
၂၈အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အမှန်တရားကိုနှစ်သက်တော်မူ၍ မိမိအားသစ္စာစောင့်သည့်လူစုတော်ကို စွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့အားအစဉ်အမြဲ ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်သူယုတ်မာတို့၏သားမြေးများမူကား ပြည်နှင်ဒဏ်သင့်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
29 But the just shall inherit the land, and shall dwell therein for evermore.
၂၉ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတို့သည်ပြည်တော်ကိုပိုင်ဆိုင်၍ အစဉ်နေထိုင်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
30 The mouth of the just shall meditate wisdom: and his tongue shall speak judgment.
၃၀သူတော်ကောင်းသည်ဉာဏ်ပညာအမြော်အမြင်ရှိသော စကားကိုပြောဆိုတတ်၏။ သူသည်အစဉ်ပင်တရားမျှတ၏။
31 The law of his God is in his heart, and his steps shall not be supplanted.
၃၁သူသည်မိမိဘုရား၏တရားတော်ကို နှလုံးသွင်း၍ထား၏။ အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှထိုတရားတော်မှ သွေဖည်၍မသွားပေ။
32 The wicked watcheth the just man, and seeketh to put him to death,
၃၂သူယုတ်မာသည်သူတော်ကောင်းအားချောင်းမြောင်း၍ သတ်ရန်ကြိုးစားတတ်၏။
33 But the Lord will not leave in his hands; nor condemn him when he shall be judged.
၃၃သို့ရာတွင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် သူတော်ကောင်းအားရန်သူ၏လက်တွင်စွန့်ပစ်၍ ထားတော်မူလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။ သူသည်တရားရုံးသို့ရောက်၍အစစ်ခံရသော် သူ့အား အပြစ်ဒဏ်သင့်စေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
34 Expect the Lord and keep his way: and he will exalt thee to inherit the land: when the sinners shall perish thou shalt see.
၃၄ထာဝရဘုရားကိုမျှော်ကိုးလျက်ပညတ်တော် တို့ကို စောင့်ထိန်းလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်သင့်အားပြည်တော်ကို ပိုင်ဆိုင်ရသောအခွင့်နှင့်ချီးမြှင့်တော်မူ လိမ့်မည်။ သင်သည်သူယုတ်မာတို့ပြည်နှင်ဒဏ် သင့်ကြသည်ကိုမြင်ရလိမ့်မည်။
35 I have seen the wicked highly exalted, and lifted up like the cedars of Libanus.
၃၅ငါသည်ပိုင်စိုးပိုင်နင်းပြုတတ်သည့် သူယုတ်မာတစ်ယောက်ကိုတွေ့မြင်ဖူး၏။ သူသည်လေဗနုန်တောမှအာရဇ်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ လူအပေါင်းတို့အပေါ်တွင်လွှမ်းမိုးလျက်နေ၏။
36 And I passed by, and lo, he was not: and I sought him and his place was not found.
၃၆သို့ရာတွင်နောက်တစ်ကြိမ်ငါဖြတ်သွားသော အခါ သူသည်ထိုအရပ်တွင်မရှိတော့ပြီ။ သူ့ကိုရှာသော်လည်းမတွေ့မမြင်နိုင်တော့ပေ။
37 Keep innocence, and behold justice: for there are remnants for the peaceable man.
၃၇သူတော်ကောင်းကိုကြည့်ရှုလော့။ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူကိုကြည့်ရှုဆင်ခြင်လော့။ ငြိမ်းချမ်းမှုကိုလိုလားသူတွင်သားမြေး အဆက်အနွယ်ထွန်းကား၏။
38 But the unjust shall be destroyed together: the remnants of the wicked shall perish.
၃၈သို့ရာတွင်အပြစ်ကူးသူတို့မူကား တစ်ယောက်မကျန်ဆုံးပါးပျက်စီးကြ ကုန်၏။ သူတို့၏သားမြေးအဆက်အနွယ်များသည်လည်း သုတ်သင်ဖယ်ရှားခြင်းကိုခံကြရ၏။
39 But the salvation of the just is from the Lord, and he is their protector in the time of trouble.
၃၉ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတို့ကို ကယ်တော်မူ၏။ ဒုက္ခရောက်ချိန်များ၌သူတို့အား ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူ၏။
40 And the Lord will help them and deliver them: and he will rescue them from the wicked, and save them, because they have hoped in him.
၄၀ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့အားကူမတော်မူ၏။ ကယ်မတော်မူ၏။ သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်၏ထံတော်တွင် ခိုလှုံကြသည်ဖြစ်၍ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့အား သူယုတ်မာများ၏လက်မှကယ်တော်မူ၏။
