< Psalms 34 >

1 For David, when he changed his countenance before Achimelech, who dismissed him, and he went his way. I will bless the Lord at all times, his praise shall be always in my mouth.
Idaydayawko ni Yahweh iti amin a tiempo; ti panangidayaw kenkuana ket kankanayon nga adda iti ngiwatko.
2 In the Lord shall my soul be praised: let the meek hear and rejoice.
Idaydayawko ni Yahweh; denggen koma dagiti maidaddadanes ket agragsakda.
3 O magnify the Lord with me; and let us extol his name together.
Kadduaandak a mangidaydayaw kenni Yahweh; agmaymaysatayo a mangitag-ay iti naganna.
4 I sought the Lord, and he heard me; and he delivered me from all my troubles.
Immawagak kenni Yahweh, ket sinungbatannak, ken pinagballiginak kadagiti amin a pagbutbutngak.
5 Come ye to him and be enlightened: and your faces shall not be confounded.
Naragsak dagiti kumita kenkuana, ken saan a mabain dagiti rupada.
6 This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him: and saved him out of all his troubles.
Immasug daytoy naidadanes a tao, ket nangngeg ni Yahweh isuna ken insalakanna isuna kadagiti amin a pakariribukanna.
7 The angel of the Lord shall encamp round about them that fear him: and shall deliver them.
Agkamkampo ti anghel ni Yahweh iti aglawlaw dagiti agbuteng kenkuana, ket is-ispalenna ida.
8 O taste, and see that the Lord is sweet: blessed is the man that hopeth in him.
Ramanan ken kitaenyo a ni Yahweh ket naimbag; nagasat ti tao a kumamang kenkuana.
9 Fear the Lord, all ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
Agbutengkayo kenni Yahweh, dakayo a nasantoan a tattaona; awan pagkurangan para kadagiti agbuteng kenkuana.
10 The rich have wanted, and have suffered hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not be deprived of any good.
No dadduma ket agkurang ti taraon dagiti urbon a leon ket agsagabada iti panagbisin; ngem dagiti mangbirok kenni Yahweh ket saan nga agkurang iti aniaman a banag a nasayaat.
11 Come, children, hearken to me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
Umaykayo, annak, dumngegkayo kaniak; isurok kadakayo ti panagbuteng kenni Yahweh.
12 Who is the man that desireth life: who loveth to see good days?
Siasino ti agtarigagay iti biag ken agtarigagay nga agbiag iti adu nga aldaw ken maaddaan iti nasayaat a biag?
13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
Adaywam ngarud ti agsao iti dakes, ken lappedam dagita bibigmo nga agsao kadagiti inuulbod.
14 Turn away from evil and do good: seek after peace and pursue it.
Adaywam ti kinadakes ket agaramidka iti kinaimbag; birukem ti kappia ket surotem daytoy.
15 The eyes of the Lord are upon the just: and his ears unto their prayers.
Dagiti mata ni Yahweh ket adda kadagiti nalinteg, ken nakaturong dagiti lapayagna kadagiti asugda.
16 But the countenance of the Lord is against them that do evil things: to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
Busoren ti Dios dagiti managdakdakes, tapno mapunas dagiti pakalaglagipanda manipud iti daga.
17 The just cried, and the Lord heard them: and delivered them out of all their troubles.
Umasug dagiti nalinteg, ket denggen ken ispalen ni Yahweh ida manipud kadagiti amin a pakariribukanda.
18 The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a contrite heart: and he will save the humble of spirit.
Asideg ni Yahweh kadagiti napasaktan ti pusona, ken isalakanna dagiti narumek ti espirituna.
19 Many are the afflictions of the just; but out of them all will the Lord deliver them.
Adu dagiti pakariribukan ti nalinteg, ngem pagballigien ni Yahweh isuna kadagitoy.
20 The Lord keepeth all their bones, not one of them shall be broken.
Salsalaknibanna amin a tulangna; awan ti uray maysa a matukkol kadagitoy.
21 The death of the wicked is very evil: and they that hate the just shall be guilty.
Papatayen dagiti dakes dagiti nadangkes; madusanto dagiti manggurgura kadagiti nalinteg.
22 The Lord will redeem the souls of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall offend.
Subboten ni Yahweh dagiti kararua dagiti adipenna; awanto ti madusa kadagiti agkamang kenkuana.
