Psalms 21

1 Unto the end. A psalm for David. In thy strength, O Lord, the king shall joy; and in thy salvation he shall rejoice exceedingly.

၁အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ မင်းကြီး သည် ကိုယ်တော် ၏အစွမ်း သတ္တိကြောင့် ဝမ်းမြောက် ၍ ၊ ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်း အားဖြင့် အလွန် ရွှင်လန်း ပါ၏။

2 Thou hast given him his heart’s desire: and hast not withholden from him the will of his lips.

၂သူ ၏နှုတ် နှင့် ဆုတောင်း သည်ကို ငြင်းပယ် တော်မ မူ။ သူ ၏စိတ် အလို ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ပေး သနားတော်မူပြီ။

3 For thou hast prevented him with blessings of sweetness: thou hast set on his head a crown of precious stones.

၃ကောင်းမြတ် သော မင်္ဂလာ တို့ကို အဦး ပြု၍ ပေး တော်မူပြီ။ ရွှေစင် သရဖူ ကို သူ ၏ခေါင်း ပေါ် မှာ တင် တော်မူပြီ။

4 He asked life of thee: and thou hast given him length of days for ever and ever.

၄သူ သည် အသက် ကို ဆုတောင်း ၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည်အသက်မက၊ ထာဝရ အသက် ကို ပေး သနားတော်မူပြီ။

5 His glory is great in thy salvation: glory and great beauty shalt thou lay upon him.

၅ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းအားဖြင့် သူ သည် ဘုန်း ကြီး ၍၊ လက်တော်မှ ဂုဏ် အသရေနှင့် တန်ခိုး အာနုဘော်ကိုခံရ ပါ၏။

6 For thou shalt give him to be a blessing for ever and ever: thou shalt make him joyful in gladness with thy countenance.

၆ကိုယ်တော် သည် သူ့ ကိုထာဝရ မင်္ဂလာ အရာ၌ ခန့်ထား ၍ ၊ မျက်နှာ တော်အားဖြင့် အလွန် ဝမ်းမြောက် စေ တော်မူ၏။

7 For the king hopeth in the Lord: and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved.

၇အကြောင်း မူကား၊ မင်းကြီး သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကိုးစား ၍ ၊ အမြင့်ဆုံး သောဘုရား၏ကရုဏာ တော်ကြောင့် တည်ကြည် တတ်ပါ၏။

8 Let thy hand be found by all thy enemies: let thy right hand find out all them that hate thee.

၈ကိုယ်တော် ၏လက် သည် ရန်သူ အပေါင်း တို့ကိုတွေ့ ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကိုမုန်း သောသူတို့ကို လက်ျာ လက်တော်သည် တွေ့ တော်မူမည်။

9 Thou shalt make them as an oven of fire, in the time of thy anger: the Lord shall trouble them in his wrath, and fire shall devour them.

၉အမျက် တော်ထွက်သောကာလ ၌ သူ တို့ကို မီးဖို ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် စေတော်မူမည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အမျက် တော် အားဖြင့် သူ တို့ကို မျို တော်မူ၍ ၊ မီး သည်လည်း လောင် စားပါလိမ့်မည်။

10 Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth: and their seed from among the children of men.

၁၀သူ တို့အမျိုး အနွယ်ကို မြေကြီး မှ ပယ်ရှင်း ၍ ၊ သား စဉ်မြေးဆက်တို့ကို လူမျိုး ထဲက ဖျက်ဆီးတော်မူမည်။

11 For they have intended evils against thee: they have devised counsels which they have not been able to establish.

၁၁အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော် တဘက် ၌ မကောင်း သော အကြံကိုကြံစည် ၍၊ မကောင်းသောပရိယာယ် ကိုပြု ကြပါပြီ။ သို့ရာတွင်အကြံမ ထ မြောက်ကြပါ။

12 For thou shalt make them turn their back: in thy remnants thou shalt prepare their face.

၁၂ထိုကြောင့် သူ တို့မျက်နှာ တဘက် ၌ လေး မြှားတို့ ကိုရွယ် ၍၊ သူ တို့ကျော ကို လှည့် စေတော်မူမည်။

13 Be thou exalted, O Lord, in thy own strength: we will sing and praise thy power.

၁၃အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အစွမ်း တန်ခိုးတော်အားဖြင့် ချီးမြှောက် ခြင်းရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် တန်ခိုး တော်ကို ထောမနာ သီချင်းဆို ကြပါမည်။
