Psalms 20

1 Unto the end. A psalm for David. May the Lord hear thee in the day of tribulation: may the name of the God of Jacob protect thee.

ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನಿಗಾಗಿರುವ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಿ; ಯಾಕೋಬನ ದೇವರ ಹೆಸರು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಲಿ.

2 May he send thee help from the sanctuary: and defend thee out of Sion.

ದೇವರು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಿ; ಅವರು ಚೀಯೋನಿನಿಂದ ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಧಾರ ನೀಡಲಿ.

3 May he be mindful of all thy sacrifices: and may thy whole burnt offering be made fat.

ನಿಮ್ಮ ಯಜ್ಞಾರ್ಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು, ನಿಮ್ಮ ದಹನಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಿ.

4 May he give thee according to thy own heart; and confirm all thy counsels.

ದೇವರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯದ ಬಯಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಲಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಯಶಸ್ಸನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಿ.

5 We will rejoice in thy salvation; and in the name of our God we shall be exalted.

ನಾವು ದೇವರ ಜಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದ ಘೋಷಮಾಡಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಧ್ವಜಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತುವೆವು. ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಿನ್ನಹಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಪೂರೈಸಲಿ.

6 The Lord fulfill all thy petitions: now have I known that the Lord hath saved his anointed. He will hear him from his holy heaven: the salvation of his right hand is in powers.

ಈಗ ನಾನು ಇದನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು: ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಷಿಕ್ತನಿಗೆ ಜಯ ನೀಡುವರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಜಯದ ಬಲಗೈಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದಲೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡುವರು.

7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will call upon the name of the Lord our God.

ಕೆಲವರು ರಥಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೆಲವರು ಕುದುರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಭರವಸೆಯಿಡುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನಾವಾದರೋ ನಮ್ಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನಿಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.

8 They are bound, and have fallen; but we are risen, and are set upright.

ಅವರು ಬಗ್ಗಿ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಾರೆ, ನಾವಾದರೋ ಎದ್ದು ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವೆವು.

9 O Lord, save the king: and hear us in the day that we shall call upon thee.

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಜಯಕೊಡಿರಿ! ನಾವು ಕರೆಯುವಾಗ ನಮಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡಿರಿ!
