Psalms 108
1 A canticle of a psalm for David himself. My heart is ready, O God, my heart is ready: I will sing, and will give praise, with my glory.
૧ગાયન: દાઉદનું ગીત. હે ઈશ્વર, મેં મારું હૃદય દૃઢ કર્યું છે; હું મારા અંતઃકરણથી ગીત ગાઈશ અને સ્તુતિ કરીશ.
2 Arise, my glory; arise, psaltery and harp: I will arise in the morning early.
૨વીણા, સિતાર, જાગો; હું જાતે પરોઢિયાને જગાડીશ.
3 I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: and I will sing unto thee among the populations.
૩હે યહોવાહ, હું લોકોમાં તમારો આભાર માનીશ; પ્રજાઓમાં હું તમારાં સ્તોત્ર ગાઈશ.
4 For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth even unto the clouds.
૪કારણ કે તમારી કૃપા આકાશો કરતાં ઊંચી છે; અને તમારું વિશ્વાસુપણું આભ સુધી પહોંચે છે.
5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens, and thy glory over all the earth:
૫હે ઈશ્વર, તમે આકાશો કરતાં ઊંચા મનાઓ અને તમારું ગૌરવ આખી પૃથ્વી કરતાં ઊંચું મનાઓ.
6 That thy beloved may be delivered. Save with thy right hand and hear me.
૬કે જેથી જેઓ તમને પ્રેમ કરે છે તેઓનો છૂટકો થાય, તમારા જમણા હાથથી અમને છોડાવો અને ઉત્તર આપો.
7 God hath spoken in his holiness. I will rejoice, and I will divide Sichem and I will mete out the vale of tabernacles.
૭ઈશ્વર પોતાની પવિત્રતાએ બોલ્યા છે; “હું હરખાઈશ; હું શખેમના ભાગ કરીશ અને સુક્કોથની ખીણ વહેંચી આપીશ.
8 Galaad is mine, and Manasses is mine and Ephraim the protection of my head. Juda is my king:
૮ગિલ્યાદ મારું છે અને મનાશ્શા મારું છે; એફ્રાઇમ મારા માથાનો ટોપ છે; યહૂદિયા મારો રાજદંડ છે.
9 Moab the pot of my hope. Over Edom I will stretch out my shoe: the aliens are become my friends.
૯મોઆબ મારા હાથ ધોવાનો કૂંડ છે; અદોમ ઉપર હું મારાં પગરખાં ફેંકીશ; પલિસ્તીઓને કારણે હું વિજયમાં આનંદ કરીશ.
10 Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?
૧૦મને કોટબંધ નગરમાં કોણ લઈ જશે? મને અદોમમાં કોણ દોરી જશે?”
11 Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our armies?
૧૧હે ઈશ્વર, શું તમે અમને તરછોડ્યા નથી? તમે અમારા સૈન્યોની સાથે બહાર આવતા નથી.
12 O grant us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.
૧૨અમને અમારા શત્રુઓ સામે મદદ કરો, કેમ કે માણસની મદદ તો મિથ્યા છે.
13 Through God we shall do mightily: and he will bring our enemies to nothing.
૧૩અમે ઈશ્વરની સહાયથી પરાક્રમો કરીશું; તે જ અમારા શત્રુઓને કચડી નાખશે.
