Psalms 103
1 For David himself. Bless the Lord, O my soul: and let all that is within me bless his holy name.
၁အို ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေး လော့။ ငါ ၏ အထဲ မှာ ရှိသမျှ တို့၊ သန့်ရှင်း သော နာမ တော်ကို ကောင်းကြီးပေးကြလော့။
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and never forget all he hath done for thee.
၂အို ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးလော့။ ကျေးဇူး တော်အပေါင်း ကို မ မေ့လျော့ နှင့်။
3 Who forgiveth all thy iniquities: who healeth all thy diseases.
၃သင် ၏အပြစ် အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို ဖြေလွှတ် ၍၊ သင် ၏ အနာ ရောဂါရှိသမျှ တို့ကိုလည်း ပျောက် စေတော်မူ၏။
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction: who crowneth thee with mercy and compassion.
၄သင် ၏အသက် ကို ဖျက်ဆီး ခြင်းထဲက ရွေး ၍ ကျေးဇူးတော်၊ ကရုဏာ တော်များနှင့် သင် ၏ခေါင်းကို ပတ်ရစ် တော်မူ၏။
5 Who satisfieth thy desire with good things: thy youth shall be renewed like the eagle’s.
၅သင့်ကို အသက်ကြီးစဉ်၊ ကောင်း သောအရာနှင့် ရောင့်ရဲ စေတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ သင် ၏အရွယ် သည် ရွှေလင်းတ ၏အရွယ်ကဲ့သို့ ပြုပြင် ခြင်းရှိ၏။
6 The Lord doth mercies, and judgment for all that suffer wrong.
၆ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ညှဉ်းဆဲ ခြင်းကိုခံရသမျှ သောသူတို့ အဘို့ တရား ပေး၍ စီရင် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူ၏။
7 He hath made his ways known to Moses: his wills to the children of Israel.
၇ဘာသာ ဓလေ့တော်တို့ကို မောရှေ ၌ ၎င်း၊ စီရင် တော်မူသောအမှု အရာတို့ကို ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့၌ ၎င်း ပြ တော်မူပြီ။
8 The ford is compassionate and merciful: longsuffering and plenteous in mercy.
၈ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သနား တတ်သောသဘော၊ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတတ်သောသဘော၊ စိတ်ရှည် ၍ ၊ ကရုဏာ ကြွယ်ဝ သော သဘောရှိတော်မူ၏။
9 He will not always be angry: nor will he threaten for ever.
၉အစဉ် မပြတ်အပြစ်တင် တော်မူသည်မဟုတ်။ အငြိုး ကို အမြဲ ထားတော်မူသည်မဟုတ်။
10 He hath not dealt with us according to our sins: nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
၁၀ငါ တို့ပြစ်မှား ခြင်းနှင့် အလျောက်ငါ တို့၌ ပြု တော် မ မူတတ်။ ငါ တို့၌ ဒုစရိုက် ရှိသည်အတိုင်း အပြစ် ကိုပေး တော်မ မူတတ်၊
11 For according to the height of the heaven above the earth: he hath strengthened his mercy towards them that fear him.
၁၁မြေကြီး ပေါ် တွင် ကောင်းကင် အမြင့် ရှိသည် အတိုင်း ၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ကြောက်ရွံ သောသူတို့ ၌ ကရုဏာ တော်သည် အားကြီး ပေ၏။
12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our iniquities from us.
၁၂အရှေ့ မျက်နှာစွန်းသည် အနောက် မျက်နှာစွန်း နှင့် ဝေး သည်အတိုင်း ၊ ငါ တို့အပြစ် များကို ငါ တို့နှင့် ဝေး စေ တော်မူ၏။
13 As a father hath compassion on his children, so hath the Lord compassion on them that fear him:
၁၃အဘ သည်သား တို့ကို သနား စုံမက်သည်နည်းတူ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူတို့ကို သနား စုံမက်တော်မူ၏။
14 For he knoweth our frame. He remembereth that we are dust:
၁၄အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ငါ တို့ကိုယ် ခန္ဓါကို သိ တော်မူ ၏။ ငါ တို့သည် မြေမှုန့် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကို အောက်မေ့ တော်မူ ၏။
15 Man’s days are as grass, as the flower of the field so shall he flourish.
၁၅လူ တို့၏ နေ့ရက် ကာလသည် မြက်ပင် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၏။ လူသည် လယ်ပြင် ၌ရှိသောပန်းပွင့် ကဲ့သို့ ပွင့် တတ်၏။
16 For the spirit shall pass in him, and he shall not be: and he shall know his place no more.
၁၆လေ သည် လွန် သွားလျှင် အပွင့်ပျောက် ၍ ၊ သူ ၏နေရာ သည် နောက် တဖန် သူ့ ကိုမ သိ ရာ။
17 But the mercy of the Lord is from eternity and unto eternity upon them that fear him: And his justice unto children’s children,
၁၇ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ကရုဏာ တော်မူကား ၊ ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူတို့ အပေါ် သို့ ကာလ အစဉ်အဆက် သက်ရောက် တတ်၏။
18 To such as keep his covenant, And are mindful of his commandments to do them.
၁၈သစ္စာ တော်ကိုစောင့် ၍ ပညတ် တော်တို့ကို ကျင့် ခြင်းငှါ ၊ သတိပြု သောသူတို့၏ သား စဉ်မြေးဆက်တို့သည် ကုသလတရားတော်နှင့် ဆိုင်ရကြ၏။
19 The Lord hath prepared his throne in heaven: and his kingdom shall rule over all.
၁၉ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ပလ္လင် တော်ကို ကောင်းကင် ဘုံ၌ တည် တော်မူ၍ ၊ အာဏာ တော်သည် ခပ်သိမ်း သော အရပ်တို့ကို နှံ့ပြား၏။
20 Bless the Lord, all ye his angels: you that are mighty in strength, and execute his word, hearkening to the voice of his orders.
၂၀တန်ခိုး ကြီး၍ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်အသံ ကို နားထောင် လျက် ၊ အမိန့် တော်အတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက် သော ကောင်းကင် တမန်တော်တို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးကြလော့။
21 Bless the Lord, all ye his hosts: you ministers of his that do his will.
၂၁အလို တော်သို့လိုက် သော အမှုတော် ထမ်း၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ တော်အပေါင်း တို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးကြလော့။
22 Bless the Lord, all his works: in every place of his dominion, O my soul, bless thou the Lord.
၂၂နိုင်ငံ တော်အရပ်ရပ် ၌ စီရင် ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသမျှ တို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးကြလော့။ အို ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးလော့။
