Numbers 6
1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
௧யெகோவா மோசேயை நோக்கி:
2 Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them: When a man, or woman, shall make a vow to be sanctified, and will consecrate themselves to the Lord:
௨“நீ இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களோடு சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: “ஆணோ பெண்ணோ யெகோவாக்கென்று விரதம் செய்து கொண்டவர்களாக இருக்கும்படி நசரேய விரதமாகிய ஒரு விசேஷித்த பொருத்தனையை செய்தால்,
3 They shall abstain from wine, and from every thing that may make a man drunk. They shall not drink vinegar of wine, or of any other drink, nor any thing that is pressed out of the grape: nor shall they eat grapes either fresh or dried.
௩அப்படிப்பட்டவன் திராட்சைரசத்தையும் மதுபானத்தையும் விலக்கவேண்டும்; அவன் திராட்சைரசத்தின் காடியையும் மற்ற மதுபானத்தின் காடியையும், திராட்சைரசத்தினால் செய்த எவ்விதமான பானத்தையும் குடிக்காமலும், திராட்சைப்பழங்களையோ திராட்சைவற்றல்களையோ சாப்பிடாமலும்,
4 All the days that they are consecrated to the Lord by vow: they shall eat nothing that cometh of the vineyard, from the raisin even to the kernel.
௪தான் நசரேயனாக இருக்கும் நாளெல்லாம் திராட்சைச்செடி விதைமுதல் தோல்வரை உள்ளவைகளினால் செய்யப்பட்ட எதையும் சாப்பிடாமலும் இருக்கவேண்டும்.
5 All the time of his separation no razor shall pass over his head, until the day be fulfilled of his consecration to the Lord. He shall be holy, and shall let the hair of his head grow.
௫“அவன் நசரேய விரதமிருக்கும் நாட்களெல்லாம் சவரகன் கத்தி அவனுடைய தலையின்மேல் படக்கூடாது; அவன் யெகோவாக்கென்று விரதமிருக்கும் காலம் நிறைவேறும்வரை பரிசுத்தமாக இருந்து, தன்னுடைய தலைமுடியை வளரவிடவேண்டும்.
6 All the time of his consecration he shall not go in to any dead,
௬அவன் யெகோவாவுக்கென்று விரதமிருக்கும் நாட்களெல்லாம் யாதொரு பிரேதத்தின் அருகில் போகக்கூடாது.
7 Neither shall he make himself unclean, even for his father, or for his mother, or for his brother, or for his sister, when they die, because the consecration of his God is upon his head.
௭அவன் தன்முடைய தேவனுக்கென்று செய்த நசரேய விரதம் அவனுடைய தலைமேல் இருக்கிறபடியால், மரணமடைந்த தன்னுடைய தகப்பனாலாகிலும் தாயினாலாகிலும் சகோதரனாலோ சகோதரியினாலோ தன்னைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்தக்கூடாது.
8 All the days of his separation he shall be holy to the Lord.
௮அவன் நசரேயனாக இருக்கும் நாட்களெல்லாம் யெகோவாவுக்குப் பரிசுத்தமாக இருப்பான்.
9 But if any man die suddenly before him: the head of his consecration shall be defiled: and he shall shave it forthwith on the same day of his purification, and again on the seventh day.
௯“அவனருகில் ஒருவன் திடீரென மரணமடைந்ததால், நசரேய விரதமுள்ள அவனுடைய தலை தீட்டுப்பட்டதென்றால், அவன் தன்னுடைய சுத்திகரிப்பின் நாளாகிய ஏழாம் நாளில் தன்னுடைய தலைமுடியைச் சிரைத்துக்கொண்டு,
10 And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons to the priest in the entry of the covenant of the testimony.
௧0எட்டாம் நாளில் இரண்டு காட்டுப்புறாக்களையோ இரண்டு புறாக்குஞ்சுகளையோ ஆசரிப்புக்கூடாரத்தின் வாசலில் ஆசாரியனிடம் கொண்டுவரவேண்டும்.
11 And the priest shall offer one for sin, and the other for a holocaust, and shall pray for him, for that he hath sinned by the dead: and he shall sanctify his head that day:
௧௧அப்பொழுது ஆசாரியன் ஒன்றைப் பாவநிவாரணபலியாகவும், மற்றொன்றைச் சர்வாங்க தகனபலியாகவும் செலுத்தி, பிணத்தினால் அவனுக்கு உண்டான தீட்டை நிவிர்த்திசெய்து, அவனுடைய தலையை அந்தநாளில் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்தவேண்டும்.
12 And shall consecrate to the Lord the days of his separation, offering a lamb of one year for sin: yet so that the former days be made void, because his sanctification was profaned.
௧௨அவன் திரும்பவும் தன்னுடைய விரதநாட்களைக் யேகோவாக்கென்று காத்து, ஒரு வயதுள்ள ஆட்டுக்குட்டியைக் குற்றநிவாரணபலியாகக் கொண்டுவரவேண்டும்; அவனுடைய நசரேய விரதம் தீட்டுப்பட்டதால் சென்ற நாட்கள் வீணாகும்.
13 This is the law of consecration. When the days which he had determined by vow shall be expired, he shall bring him to the door of the tabernacle of the covenant,
௧௩“நசரேயனுக்குரிய பிரமாணமாவது: அவன் விரதமிருக்கும் நாட்கள் நிறைவேறின அன்றைக்கே, அவன் ஆசரிப்புக்கூடாரத்தின் வாசலிலே வந்து,
14 And shall offer his oblation to the Lord: one he lamb of a year old without blemish for a holocaust, and one awe lamb of a year old without blemish for a sin offering, and one ram without blemish for a victim of peace offering,
௧௪சர்வாங்க தகனபலியாக ஒருவயதுடைய பழுதற்ற ஒரு ஆட்டுக்குட்டியையும், பாவநிவாரணபலியாக ஒருவயதுடைய பழுதற்ற ஒரு பெண்ணாட்டுக்குட்டியையும், சமாதானபலியாக பழுதற்ற ஒரு ஆட்டுக்கடாவையும்,
15 A basket also of unleavened bread, tempered with oil, and wafers without leaven anointed with oil, and the libations of each:
௧௫ஒரு கூடையில் எண்ணெயிலே பிசைந்த புளிப்பில்லாத மெல்லிய மாவினால் செய்த அதிரசங்களையும், எண்ணெய் தடவப்பட்ட புளிப்பில்லாத அடைகளையும், அவைகளுக்கு அடுத்த போஜனபலியையும், பானபலிகளையும் யெகோவாவுக்குத் தன்னுடைய காணிக்கையாகச் செலுத்தவேண்டும்.
16 And the priest shall present them before the Lord, and shall offer both the sin offering and the holocaust.
௧௬அவைகளை ஆசாரியன் யெகோவாவுடைய சந்நிதியில் கொண்டுவந்து, அவனுடைய பாவநிவாரணபலியையும் அவனுடைய சர்வாங்கதகனபலியையும் செலுத்தி,
17 But the ram he shall immolate for a sacrifice of peace offering to the Lord, offering at the same time the basket of unleavened bread, and the libations that are due by custom.
௧௭ஆட்டுக்கடாவைக் கூடையில் இருக்கும் புளிப்பில்லாத அப்பங்களோடுங்கூடக் யெகோவாவுக்குச் சமாதான பலியாகச் செலுத்தி, அவனுடைய போஜனபலியையும் பானபலியையும் படைக்கவேண்டும்.
18 Then shall the hair of the consecration of the Nazarite, be shaved off before the door of the tabernacle of the covenant: and he shall take his hair, and lay it upon the fire, which is under the sacrifice of the peace offerings.
௧௮அப்பொழுது நசரேயன் ஆசரிப்புக்கூடாரத்தின் வாசலிலே, பொருத்தனை செய்யப்பட்ட தன்னுடைய தலையைச் சிரைத்து, பொருத்தனை செய்யப்பட்ட தன்னுடைய தலைமுடியை எடுத்து, சமாதானபலியின்கீழ் எரிகிற அக்கினியில் போடவேண்டும்.
19 And shall take the boiled shoulder of the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and he shall deliver them into the hands of the Nazarite, after his head is shaven.
௧௯நசரேயன் பொருத்தனை செய்யப்பட்ட தன் தலைமுடியைச் சிரைத்துக்கொண்டபின்பு, ஆசாரியன் ஆட்டுக்கடாவினுடைய வேகவைக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு முன்னந்தொடையையும், கூடையில் இருக்கிறவைகளிலே புளிப்பில்லாத ஒரு அதிரசத்தையும் புளிப்பில்லாத ஒரு அடையையும் எடுத்து, அவனுடைய உள்ளங்கைகளில் வைத்து,
20 And receiving them again from him, he shall elevate them in the sight of the Lord: and they being sanctified shall belong to the priest, as the breast, which was commanded to be separated, and the shoulder. After this the Nazarite may drink wine.
௨0அவைகளைக் யெகோவாவுடைய சந்நிதியில் அசைவாட்டவேண்டும்; அது அசைவாட்டப்பட்ட மார்புப்பகுதியோடும், ஏறெடுத்துப் படைக்கப்பட்ட முன்னந்தொடையோடும், ஆசாரியனைச் சேரும்; அது பரிசுத்தமானது. பின்பு நசரேயன் திராட்சைரசம் குடிக்கலாம்.
21 This is the law of the Nazarite, when he hath vowed his oblation to the Lord in the time of his consecration, besides those things which his hand shall find, according to that which he had vowed in his mind, so shall he do for the fulfilling of his sanctification.
௨௧“பொருத்தனைசெய்த நசரேயனுக்கும், அவன் தன்னுடைய கைக்கு உதவுகிறதைத்தவிர, தன் நசரேய விரதத்திற்காக யெகோவாவுக்குச் செலுத்தும் காணிக்கையின் பிரமாணம் இதுவே. அவன் செய்த பொருத்தனையின்படியே தன்னுடைய பொருத்தனையின் பிரமாணத்துக்கேற்றபடி செய்து முடிக்கவேண்டும் என்று சொல் என்றார்.
22 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
௨௨பின்னும் யெகோவா மோசேயை நோக்கி:
23 Say to Aaron and his sons: Thus shall you bless the children of Israel, and you shall say to them:
௨௩“நீ ஆரோனோடும் அவனுடைய மகன்களோடும் சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: நீங்கள் இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களை ஆசீர்வதிக்கும்போது, அவர்களைப் பார்த்துச் சொல்லவேண்டியதாவது:
24 The Lord bless thee, and keep thee.
௨௪“யெகோவா உன்னை ஆசீர்வதித்து, உன்னைக் காப்பார்.
25 The Lord shew his face to thee, and have mercy on thee.
௨௫“யெகோவா தம்முடைய முகத்தை உன்மேல் பிரகாசிக்கச்செய்து, உன்மேல் கிருபையாக இருபாராக.
26 The Lord turn his countenance to thee, and give thee peace.
௨௬“யெகோவா தம்முடைய முகத்தை உன்மேல் பிரசன்னமாக்கி, உனக்குச் சமாதானம் கட்டளையிடுவார், என்பதே.
27 And they shall invoke my name upon the children of Israel, and I will bless them.
௨௭“இந்த விதமாக அவர்கள் என்னுடைய நாமத்தை இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள்மேல் கூறவேண்டும்; அப்பொழுது நான் அவர்களை ஆசீர்வதிப்பேன் என்று சொல்” என்றார்.
