Nehemiah 3

1 Then Eliasib the high priest arose, and his brethren the priests, and they built the flock gate: they sanctified it, and set up the doors thereof, even unto the tower of a hundred cubits they sanctified it unto the tower of Hananeel.

അങ്ങനെ മഹാപുരോഹിതനായ എല്യാശീബും അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ പുരോഹിതന്മാരും എഴുന്നേറ്റു ആട്ടിൻ വാതിൽ പണിതു: അവർ അതു പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചു അതിന്റെ കതകുകളും വെച്ചു; ഹമ്മേയാഗോപുരംവരെയും ഹനനയേൽഗോപുരംവരെയും അവർ അതു പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചു.

2 And next to him the men of Jericho built: and next to them built Zachur the son of Amri.

അവർ പണിതതിന്നപ്പുറം യെരീഹോക്കാർ പണിതു; അവരുടെ അപ്പുറം ഇമ്രിയുടെ മകനായ സക്കൂർ പണിതു.

3 But the fish gate the sons of Asnaa built: they covered it, and set up the doors thereof, and tire locks, and the bars. And next to them built Marimuth the son of Urias the son of Accus.

മീൻവാതിൽ ഹസ്സെനായക്കാർ പണിതു; അവർ അതിന്റെ പടികൾ വെച്ചു കതകും ഓടാമ്പലും അന്താഴവും ഇണക്കി.

4 And next to him built Mosollam tile son of Barachias, the sell of Merezebel, and next to them built Sadoc the son of Baana.

അവരുടെ അപ്പുറം ഹക്കോസിന്റെ മകനായ ഊരീയാവിന്റെ മകൻ മെരേമോത്ത് അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു. അവരുടെ അപ്പുറം മെശേസ്സബെയേലിന്റെ മകനായ ബേരെഖ്യാവിന്റെ മകൻ മെശുല്ലാം അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു. അവരുടെ അപ്പുറം ബാനയുടെ മകൻ സാദോക്ക് അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

5 And next to them the Thecuites built: but their great men did not put their necks to the work of their Lord.

അവരുടെ അപ്പുറം തെക്കോവ്യർ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു; എന്നാൽ അവരുടെ ശ്രേഷ്ഠന്മാർ കർത്താവിന്റെ വേലെക്കു ചുമൽ കൊടുത്തില്ല.

6 And Joiada the son of Phasea, and Mosollam the son of Besodia built the old gate: they covered it and set up the doors thereof, and the locks, and the bars.

പഴയവാതിൽ പാസേഹയുടെ മകനായ യോയാദയും ബെസോദ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ മെശുല്ലാമും അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു; അവർ അതിന്റെ പടികൾ വെച്ചു കതകും ഓടാമ്പലും അന്താഴവും ഇണക്കി.

7 And next to them built Meltias the Gabaonite, and Jadon the Meronathite, the men of Gabaon and Maspha, for the governor that was in the country beyond the river.

അവരുടെ അപ്പുറം ഗിബെയോന്യനായ മെലത്യാവും മെരോനോഥ്യനായ യാദോനും ഗിബെയോന്യരും മിസ്പായരും നദിക്കു ഇക്കരെയുള്ള ദേശാധിപതിയുടെ ന്യായാസനസ്ഥലംവരെ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

8 And next to him built Eziel the son of Araia the goldsmith: and next to him built Ananias the son of the perfumer: and they left Jerusalem unto the wall of the broad street.

അതിന്നപ്പുറം തട്ടാന്മാരിൽ ഹർഹയ്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ ഉസ്സീയേൽ അറ്റംകുറ്റം തീർത്തു. അവന്റെ അപ്പുറം തൈലക്കാരിൽ ഒരുവനായ ഹനന്യാവു അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു വീതിയുള്ള മതിൽവരെ യെരൂശലേമിനെ ഉറപ്പിച്ചു.

9 And next to him built Raphaia the son of Hur, lord of the street of Jerusalem.

അവരുടെ അപ്പുറം യെരൂശലേം ദേശത്തിന്റെ പാതിക്കു പ്രഭുവായ ഹൂരിന്റെ മകൻ രെഫായാവു അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

10 And next to him Jedaia the son of Haromaph over against his own house: and next to him built Hattus the son of Hasebonia.

അവരുടെ അപ്പുറം ഹരൂമഫിന്റെ മകൻ യെദായാവു തന്റെ വീട്ടിന്നു നേരെയുള്ള ഭാഗം അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു; അവന്റെ അപ്പുറം ഹശബ്നെയാവിന്റെ മകൻ ഹത്തൂശ് അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

11 Melchias the son of Herem, and Hasub the son of Phahath Moab, built half the street, and the tower of the furnaces.

മറ്റൊരു ഭാഗവും ചൂളകളുടെ ഗോപുരവും ഹാരീമിന്റെ മകൻ മല്ക്കീയാവും പഹത്ത്-മോവാബിന്റെ മകൻ ഹശ്ശൂബും അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

12 And next to him built Sellum the son of Alohes, lord of half the street of Jerusalem, he and his daughters.

അവന്റെ അപ്പുറം യെരൂശലേംദേശത്തിന്റെ മറ്റെ പാതിക്കു പ്രഭുവായ ഹല്ലോഹേശിന്റെ മകൻ ശല്ലൂമും അവന്റെ പുത്രിമാരും അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

13 And the gate of the valley Hanun built, and the inhabitants of Zanoe: they built it, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks, and the bars, and a thousand cubits in the wall unto the gate of the dunghill.

താഴ്‌വരവാതിൽ ഹനൂനും സാനോഹ് നിവാസികളും അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു: അവർ അതു പണിതു അതിന്റെ കതകും ഓടാമ്പലും അന്താഴവും ഇണക്കി കുപ്പ വാതിൽവരെ മതിൽ ആയിരം മുഴം കേടുപോക്കി.

14 And the gate of the dunghill Melchias the son of Rechab built, lord of the street of Bethacharam: he built it, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks, and the bars.

കുപ്പവാതിൽ ബേത്ത്-ഹഖേരെംദേശത്തിന്റെ പ്രഭുവായ രേഖാബിന്റെ മകൻ മല്ക്കീയാവു അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു; അവൻ അതു പണിതു അതിന്റെ കതകും ഓടാമ്പലും അന്താഴവും ഇണക്കി.

15 And the gate of the fountain Sellum the son of Cholhoza built, lord of the street of Maspha: he built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks, and the bare, and the walls of the pool of Siloe unto the king’s guard, and unto the steps that go down from the city of David.

ഉറവുവാതിൽ മിസ്പാദേശത്തിന്റെ പ്രഭുവായ കൊൽ-ഹോസെയുടെ മകനായ ശല്ലൂൻ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു; അവൻ അതു പണിതു മേച്ചൽ കഴിച്ചു കതകും ഓടാമ്പലും അന്താഴവും ഇണക്കി രാജോദ്യാനത്തിന്റെ നീർപ്പാത്തിക്കരികെയുള്ള കുളത്തിന്റെ മതിലും ദാവീദിന്റെ നഗരത്തിൽ നിന്നു ഇറങ്ങുന്ന കല്പടിവരെ തീർത്തു.

16 After him built Nehemias the son of Azboc, lord of half the street of Bethsur, as far as over against the sepulchre of David, and to the pool, that was built with great labour, and to the house of the mighty.

അവന്റെ അപ്പുറം ബേത്ത്സൂർദേശത്തിന്റെ പാതിക്കു പ്രഭുവായ അസ്ബൂക്കിന്റെ മകൻ നെഹെമ്യാവു ദാവീദിന്റെ കല്ലറകളുടെ നേരെയുള്ള സ്ഥലംവരെയും വെട്ടിക്കുഴിച്ച കുളംവരെയും വീരന്മാരുടെ ആഗാരംവരെയും അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

17 After him built the Levites, Rehum the son of Benni. After him built Hasebias, lord of half the street of Ceila in his own street.

അതിന്നപ്പുറം ലേവ്യരിൽ ബാനിയുടെ മകൻ രെഹൂം അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു. അവന്റെ അപ്പുറം കെയീലാദേശത്തിന്റെ പാതിക്കു പ്രഭുവായ ഹശബ്യാവു തന്റെ ദേശത്തിന്റെ പേർക്കു അറ്റകുറ്റം തിർത്തു.

18 After him built their brethren Bavai the son of Enadad, lord of half Ceila.

അതിന്റെശേഷം അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരിൽ കെയീലാദേശത്തിന്റെ മറ്റെ പാതിക്കു പ്രഭുവായ ഹേനാദാദിന്റെ മകൻ ബവ്വായി അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

19 And next to him Aser the son of Josue, lord of Maspha, built another measure, over against the going up of the strong corner.

അവന്റെ അപ്പുറം മിസ്പാപ്രഭുവായ യേശുവയുടെ മകൻ ഏസെർ കോണിങ്കലെ ആയുധശാലെക്കുള്ള കയറ്റത്തിന്നു നേരെ മറ്റൊരു ഭാഗം അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

20 After him in the mount Baruch the son of Zachai built another measure, from the corner to the door of the house of Eliasib the high priest.

അതിന്റെശേഷം സബ്ബായിയുടെ മകൻ ബാരൂക്ക് ആ കോണുതുടങ്ങി മഹാപുരോഹിതനായ എല്യാശീബിന്റെ വീട്ടുവാതിൽവരെ മറ്റൊരു ഭാഗം ജാഗ്രതയോടെ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

21 After him Merimuth the son of Urias the son of Haccus, built another measure, from the door of the house of Eliasib, to the end of the house of Eliasib.

അതിന്റെ ശേഷം ഹക്കോസിന്റെ മകനായ ഊരീയാവിന്റെ മകൻ മെരേമോത്ത് എല്യാശീബിന്റെ വീട്ടുവാതിൽ തുടങ്ങി എല്യാശീബിന്റെ വീട്ടിന്റെ അറ്റംവരെ മറ്റൊരു ഭാഗം അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

22 And after him built the priests, the men of the plains of the Jordan.

അതിന്റെശേഷം നാട്ടുപുറക്കാരായ പുരോഹിതന്മാർ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

23 After him built Benjamin and Hasub, over against their own house: and after him built Azarias the son of Maasias the son of Ananias over against his house.

അതിന്റെശേഷം ബെന്യാമീനും ഹശ്ശൂബും തങ്ങളുടെ വീട്ടിന്നു നേരെ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു. അതിന്റെശേഷം അനന്യാവിന്റെ മകനായ മയസേയാവിന്റെ മകൻ അസര്യാവു തന്റെ വീട്ടിന്നരികെ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

24 After him built Bennui the son of Hanadad another measure, from the house of Azarias unto the bending, and unto the corner.

അതിന്റെശേഷം ഹേനാദാദിന്റെ മകൻ ബിന്നൂവി അസര്യാവിന്റെ വീടുമുതൽ കോണിന്റെ തിരിവുവരെ മറ്റൊരുഭാഗം അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

25 Phalel, the son of Ozi, over against the bending and the tower, which lieth out from the king’s high house, that is, in the court of the prison: after him Phadaia the son of Pharos.

ഊസായിയുടെ മകൻ പാലാൽ കോണിന്നും കാരാഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ മുറ്റത്തോടു ചേർന്നതായി രാജധാനി കവിഞ്ഞു മുമ്പോട്ടു നില്ക്കുന്ന ഉന്നതഗോപുരത്തിന്നും നേരെ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു; അതിന്റെശേഷം പരോശിന്റെ മകൻ പെദായാവു അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

26 And the Nathinites dwelt in Ophel, as far as over against the water gate toward the east, and the tower that stood out.

ദൈവാലയദാസന്മാർ ഓഫേലിൽ കിഴക്കു നീർവ്വാതിലിന്നെതിരെയുള്ള സ്ഥലംമുതൽ കവിഞ്ഞുനില്ക്കുന്ന ഗോപുരംവരെ പാർത്തുവന്നു.

27 After him the Thecuites built another measure over against, from the great tower that standeth out unto the wall of the temple.

അതിന്റെശേഷം തെക്കോവ്യർ കവിഞ്ഞുനില്ക്കുന്ന വലിയ ഗോപുരത്തിന്നു നേരെ ഓഫേലിന്റെ മതിൽവരെ മറ്റൊരു ഭാഗം അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

28 And upward from the horse gate the priests built, every man over against his house.

കുതിരവാതിൽമുതൽ പുരോഹിതന്മാർ ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ വീട്ടിന്നു നേരെ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

29 After them built Sadoc the son of Emmer over against his house. And after him built Semaia the son of Sechenias, keeper of the east gate.

അതിന്റെ ശേഷം ഇമ്മേരിന്റെ മകൻ സാദോക്ക് തന്റെ വീട്ടിന്നു നേരെ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു. അതിന്റെശേഷം കിഴക്കെ വാതിൽകാവല്ക്കാരനായ ശെഖന്യാവിന്റെ മകൻ ശെമയ്യാവു അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

30 After him built Hanania the son of Selemia, and Hanun the sixth son of Seleph, another measure: after him built Mosollam the son of Barachias over against his treasury.

അതിന്റെശേഷം ശേലെമ്യാവിന്റെ മകൻ ഹനന്യാവും സാലാഫിന്റെ ആറാമത്തെ മകൻ ഹാനൂനും മറ്റൊരു ഭാഗം അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു. അതിന്റെശേഷം ബേരെഖ്യാവിന്റെ മകൻ മെശുല്ലാം തന്റെ അറയുടെ നേരെ അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

31 After him Melcias the goldsmith’s son built unto the house of the Nathinites, and of the sellers of small wares, over against the judgment gate, and unto the chamber of the corner.

അതിന്റെശേഷം തട്ടാന്മാരിൽ ഒരുവനായ മല്ക്കീയാവു ഹമ്മീഫ്ഖാദ് വാതിലിന്നു നേരെ ദൈവാലയദാസന്മാരുടെയും കച്ചവടക്കാരുടെയും സ്ഥലംവരെയും കോണിങ്കലെ മാളികമുറിവരെയും അറ്റകുറ്റം തീർത്തു.

32 And within the chamber of the corner of the dock gate, the goldsmiths and the merchants built.

കോണിങ്കലെ മാളികമുറിക്കും ആട്ടുവാതിലിന്നും മദ്ധ്യേ തട്ടാന്മാരും കച്ചവടക്കാരും അറ്റകുറ്റം തിർത്തു.
