Job 8
1 The Baldad the Suhite answered, and said:
၁ရှုအာအမျိုးသားဗိလဒဒ် မြွက်ဆိုသည်ကား၊
2 How long wilt thou speak these things, and how long shall the words of thy mouth be like a strong wind?
၂သင်သည် အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံး ဤသို့ပြောမည်နည်း။ သင်ပြောသောစကားသည် အဘယ်မျှကာလ ပတ်လုံး လေပြင်းကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်မည်နည်း။
3 Doth God pervert judgment, or doth the Almighty overthrow that which is just?
၃ဘုရားသခင်သည် မတရားသဖြင့် အပြစ်ပေးတော်မူမည်လော။ အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်သည် တရားကို ဖျက်တော်မူမည်လော။
4 Although thy children have sinned against him, and he hath left them in the hand of their iniquity:
၄သင်၏သားသမီးတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်ကို ပြစ်မှားသောကြောင့်၊ ပြစ်မှားစဉ်တွင်၊ သူတို့ကိုသုတ်သင် ပယ်ရှင်းတော်မူသော်လည်း၊
5 Yet if thou wilt arise early to God, and wilt beseech the Almighty:
၅သင်သည်မဆိုင်းမလင့်၊ သန့်ရှင်းဖြောင့်မတ်သောသဘောနှင့် ဘုရားသခင်ကိုရှာ၍၊ အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင် အား တောင်းပန်လျှင်၊
6 If thou wilt walk clean and upright, he will presently awake onto thee, and will make the dwelling of thy justice peaceable:
၆စင်စစ်သင့်အတွက် ကိုယ်တော်သည်ထပြီးလျှင် သင်၏ဖြောင့်မတ်သောနေရာကို ကောင်းစားစေတော်မူ သဖြင့်၊
7 Insomuch, that if thy former things were small, thy latter things would be multiplied exceedingly.
၇သင်သည်အစဦး၌ ငယ်သော်လည်း၊ နောက်ဆုံး၌ အလွန်ကြီးပွါးလိမ့်မည်။
8 For inquire of the former generation, and search diligently into the memory of the fathers:
၈လွန်လေပြီးသောကာလကိုစစ်၍၊ ရှေးဘိုးဘေးတို့ကို မေးမြန်းခြင်းငှါ အားထုတ်ပါတော့။
9 (For we are but of yesterday, and are ignorant that our days upon earth are but a shadow: )
၉ငါတို့သည် မနေ့၏သားဖြစ်၍ အလျှင်းမသိရပါ။ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ငါတို့နေရသော နေ့ရက်ကာလသည် အရိပ်သက်သက်ဖြစ်၏။
10 And they shall teach thee: they shall speak to thee, and utter words out of their hearts.
၁၀ထိုသူတို့မူကား၊ သင့်ကိုဆုံးမသွန်သင်၍ မိမိတို့ စိတ်နှလုံးထဲက မြွက်ဆိုကြလိမ့်မည်။
11 Can the rush be green without moisture? or a sedge-bush grow without water?
၁၁ဂမာပင်သည် ရွံ့မရှိဘဲကြီးပွားနိုင်သလော။ မြစ်နားမှာ ပေါက်သောမြက်ပင်သည် ရေမရှိဘဲ ကြီးပွား နိုင်သလော။
12 When it is yet in flower, and is not plucked up with the hand, it withereth before all herbs.
၁၂ထိုအပင်သည် စိမ်းလျက်မရိတ်မဖြတ်သော်လည်း၊ အခြားအပင် ထက်သာ၍ ညှိုးနွမ်းတတ်၏။
13 Even so are the ways of all that forget God, and the hope of the hypocrite shall perish:
၁၃ထိုသို့ဘုရားသခင်ကို မေ့လျော့သော သူ အပေါင်းတို့သည် ဆုံးခြင်းသို့ရောက်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ အဓမ္မလူ မြော်လင့်စရာအကြောင်းသည် ပျက်လိမ့်မည်။
14 His folly shall not please him, and his trust shall be like the spider’s web.
၁၄ထိုသူမြော်လင့်စရာလမ်းသည် ပြတ်လိမ့်မည်။ မှီခိုသောအရာသည်လည်း ပင့်ကူမြှေးကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။
15 He shall lean upon his house, and it shall not stand: he shall prop it up, and it shall not rise:
၁၅ထိုသူသည် မိမိအိမ်ကိုမှီ၍ အိမ်သည်အမှီမခံ။ လက်နှင့်ကိုင်သော်လည်း မတည်စေနိုင်။
16 He seemeth to have moisture before the sun cometh, and at his rising his blossom shall shoot forth.
၁၆သူသည် နေပူမှာစိမ်းလန်းလျက်၊အခက်အလက် အားဖြင့် မိမိဥယျာဉ်ကို နှံ့ပြားလျက်၊
17 His roots shall be thick upon a heap of stones, and among the stones he shall abide.
၁၇အမြစ်အားဖြင့် စမ်းရေတွင်းကိုဝိုင်း၍ ကျောက် ထူသောအရပ်ကို တွေ့မြင်လျက်ရှိသော်လည်း၊
18 If one swallow him up out of his place, he shall deny him, and shall say: I know thee not.
၁၈သူ့ကိုသုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်း၍၊ မိမိနေရာအရပ်က သင်သည်ငါမတွေ့မမြင်စဖူးဟူ၍ သူ့ကိုငြင်းပယ်လိမ့်မည်။
19 For this is the joy of his way, that others may spring again out of the earth.
၁၉ထိုသူဝမ်းမြောက်ရာလမ်းသည် ထိုသို့ဖြစ်၍၊ သူနေရာမြေ၌ အခြားသူတို့သည် ပေါက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
20 God will not cast away the simple, nor reach out his hand to the evildoer:
၂၀စုံလင်သောသူကိုကား၊ ဘုရားသခင် စွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူ။ မတရားသဖြင့်ပြုသော သူတို့ကိုကား မစတော် မမူ။
21 Until thy mouth be filled with laughter, and thy lips with rejoicing.
၂၁ရယ်မောရသောအခွင့်၊ ရွှင်လန်းစွာ နှုတ်မြွက် ရသောအခွင့်ကို သင်၌ပေးကောင်းပေးတော်မူမည်။
22 They that hate thee, shall be clothed with confusion: and the dwelling of the wicked shall not stand.
၂၂သင့်ကိုမုန်းသော သူတို့သည် ရှက်ခြင်းနှင့် ဖုံးလွှမ်းလျက်ရှိရကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဆိုးသောသူနေရာအရပ် သည်လည်း ဆုံးရှုံးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရလိမ့်မည်ဟု မြွက်ဆို ၏။
