Jeremiah 30
1 This is the word that came to Jeremias from the Lord, saying:
൧യഹോവയിൽനിന്ന് യിരെമ്യാവിനുണ്ടായ അരുളപ്പാട് എന്തെന്നാൽ:
2 Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel, saying: Write thee all the words that I have spoken to thee, in a book.
൨“യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “ഞാൻ നിന്നോട് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന സകലവചനങ്ങളും ഒരു പുസ്തകത്തിൽ എഴുതിവയ്ക്കുക.
3 For behold the days come, saith the Lord, and I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Juda, saith the Lord: and I will cause them to return to the land which I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.
൩ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേലും യെഹൂദയുമാകുന്ന എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ പ്രവാസം മാറ്റുവാനുള്ള കാലം വരും” എന്ന് യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്: “ഞാൻ അവരുടെ പൂര്‍വ്വ പിതാക്കന്മാർക്കു കൊടുത്ത ദേശത്തേക്ക് അവരെ മടക്കിവരുത്തും; അവർ അതിനെ കൈവശമാക്കും” എന്ന് യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
4 And these are the words that the Lord hath spoken to Israel and to Juda:
൪യഹോവ യിസ്രായേലിനെയും യെഹൂദയെയും കുറിച്ച് അരുളിച്ചെയ്ത വചനങ്ങൾ ഇതാകുന്നു:
5 For thus saith the Lord: We have heard a voice of terror: there is fear and no peace.
൫യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “നാം നടുക്കത്തിന്റെ മുഴക്കം കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; സമാധാനമല്ല, ഭയമത്രെ ഉള്ളത്.
6 Ask ye, and see if a man bear children? why then have I seen every man with his hands on his loins, like a woman in labour, and all faces are turned yellow?
൬പുരുഷൻ പ്രസവിക്കാറുണ്ടോ എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചുനോക്കുവിൻ! ഏതു പുരുഷനും നോവുകിട്ടിയ സ്ത്രീയെപ്പോലെ കൈ നടുവിനു കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നതും ഏതു മുഖവും വിളറിയിരിക്കുന്നതും ഞാൻ കാണുന്നത് എന്ത്?
7 Alas, for that day is great, neither is there the like to it; and it Is the time of tribulation to Jacob, but he shall be saved out of it.
൭ആ നാൾപോലെ വേറെ ഇല്ലാത്തവിധം അത് വലുതായിരിക്കുന്നു കഷ്ടം! അത് യാക്കോബിന്റെ കഷ്ടകാലം തന്നെ; എങ്കിലും അവൻ അതിൽ നിന്നു വിടുവിക്കപ്പെടും.
8 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst his bands: and strangers shall no more rule over him:
൮അന്ന് ഞാൻ അവന്റെ നുകം നിന്റെ കഴുത്തിൽനിന്ന് ഒടിച്ച് ബന്ധനങ്ങൾ അറുത്തുകളയും; അന്യന്മാർ ഇനി അവനെക്കൊണ്ടു സേവ ചെയ്യിക്കുകയുമില്ല” എന്ന് സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
9 But they shall serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up to them.
൯“അവർ അവരുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെയും ഞാൻ അവർക്ക് എഴുന്നേല്പിക്കുവാനുള്ള രാജാവായ ദാവീദിനെയും സേവിക്കും.
10 Therefore fear thou not, my servant Jacob, saith the Lord, neither be dismayed, O Israel: for behold, I will save thee from a country afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity: and Jacob shall return, and be at rest, and abound with all good things, and there shall be none whom he may fear:
൧൦ആകയാൽ എന്റെ ദാസനായ യാക്കോബേ, നീ ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ; യിസ്രായേലേ, നീ പരിഭ്രമിക്കേണ്ടാ” എന്ന് യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്; “ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ദൂരത്തുനിന്നും നിന്റെ സന്തതിയെ പ്രവാസദേശത്തുനിന്നും രക്ഷിക്കും; യാക്കോബ് മടങ്ങിവന്ന് സ്വസ്ഥമായും സ്വൈരമായും ഇരിക്കും; ആരും അവനെ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തുകയില്ല.
11 For I am with thee, saith the Lord, to save thee: for I will utterly consume all the nations, among which I have scattered thee: but I will not utterly consume thee: but I will chastise thee in judgment, that thou mayst not seem to thyself innocent.
൧൧നിന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ ഞാൻ നിന്നോടുകൂടെയുണ്ട്” എന്ന് യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്; “നിന്നെ ഞാൻ എവിടേക്ക് ചിതറിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞുവോ, അവിടെയുള്ള സകലജനതകളെയും ഞാൻ നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും; എങ്കിലും, നിന്നെ ഞാൻ നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയുകയില്ല; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ന്യായത്തോടെ ശിക്ഷിക്കും; ശിക്ഷിക്കാതെ വിടുകയില്ലതാനും”.
12 For thus saith the Lord: Thy bruise is incurable, thy wound is very grievous.
൧൨യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “നിന്റെ പരുക്ക് മാറാത്തതും നിന്റെ മുറിവ് വിഷമമുള്ളതുമാകുന്നു.
13 There is none to judge thy judgment to bind it up: thou hast no healing medicines.
൧൩നിന്റെ വ്യവഹാരം നടത്തുവാൻ ആരുമില്ല; നിന്റെ മുറിവിന് ഇടുവാൻ മരുന്നും കുഴമ്പും ഇല്ല.
14 All thy lovers have forgotten thee, and will not seek after thee: for I have wounded thee with the wound of an enemy, with a cruel chastisement: by reason of the multitude of thy iniquities, thy sins are hardened.
൧൪നിന്റെ സ്നേഹിതന്മാരെല്ലാം നിന്നെ മറന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ അകൃത്യത്തിന്റെ ആധിക്യംനിമിത്തവും നിന്റെ പാപത്തിന്റെ പെരുപ്പംനിമിത്തവും ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ശത്രു അടിക്കുന്നതുപോലെയും ക്രൂരൻ ശിക്ഷിക്കുന്നതുപോലെയും അടിച്ചിരിക്കുകകൊണ്ട് അവർ നിന്നെ നോക്കുന്നില്ല.
15 Why criest thou for thy affliction? thy sorrow is incurable: for the multitude of thy iniquity, and for thy hardened sins I have done these things to thee.
൧൫നിന്റെ പരുക്കിനെയും മാറാത്ത വേദനയെയും കുറിച്ച് നിലവിളിക്കുന്നത് എന്തിന്? നിന്റെ അകൃത്യത്തിന്റെ ആധിക്യംനിമിത്തവും നിന്റെ പാപത്തിന്റെ പെരുപ്പംനിമിത്തവും അല്ലയോ ഞാൻ ഇതു നിന്നോട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്.
16 Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured: and all thy enemies shall be carried into captivity: and they that waste thee shall be wasted, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.
൧൬അതുകൊണ്ട് നിന്നെ തിന്നുകളയുന്നവരെയെല്ലാവരും തിന്നുകളയപ്പെടും; നിന്റെ സകല വൈരികളും ഒട്ടൊഴിയാതെ പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്കു പോകും; നിന്നെ കൊള്ളയിടുന്നവർ കൊള്ളയായിത്തീരും; നിന്നെ കവർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നവരെയെല്ലാം ഞാൻ കവർച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഏല്പിക്കും.
17 For I will close up thy scar, and will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord. Because they have called thee, O Sion, an outcast: This is she that hath none to seek after her.
൧൭അവർ നിന്നെ ഭ്രഷ്ടയെന്നും ആരും തിരിഞ്ഞു നോക്കാത്ത സീയോനെന്നും വിളിക്കുകകൊണ്ട്, ഞാൻ നിന്റെ മുറിവുകളെ സൗഖ്യമാക്കി നിനക്ക് ആരോഗ്യം വരുത്തും” എന്ന് യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
18 Thus saith the Lord: Behold I bring back the captivity of the pavilions of Jacob, and will have pity on his houses, and the city shall be built in her place, and the temple shall be found according to the order thereof.
൧൮യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “ഞാൻ യാക്കോബിന്റെ കൂടാരങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവാസം മാറ്റി അവന്റെ നിവാസങ്ങളോടു കരുണ കാണിക്കും; നഗരം അതിന്റെ കൽക്കുന്നിന്മേൽ പണിയപ്പെടും; അരമനയും യഥാസ്ഥാനപ്പെടും.
19 And out of them shall come forth praise, and the voice of them that play: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be made few: and I will glorify them, and they shall not be lessened.
൧൯അവയിൽ നിന്നു സ്തോത്രവും സന്തോഷിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ഘോഷവും പുറപ്പെടും; ഞാൻ അവരെ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കും; അവർ കുറഞ്ഞുപോകുകയില്ല; ഞാൻ അവരെ മഹത്വീകരിക്കും; അവർ എളിമപ്പെടുകയുമില്ല.
20 And their children shall be as from the beginning, and their assembly be permanent before me: and I will against all that afflict them.
൨൦അവരുടെ മക്കളും പണ്ടത്തെപ്പോലെയാകും; അവരുടെ സഭ എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ നിലനില്ക്കും; അവരെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവരെയും ഞാൻ സന്ദർശിക്കും.
21 And their leader shall be of themselves: and their prince shall come forth from the midst of them: and I will bring him near, and he shall come to me: for who is this that setteth his heart to approach to me, saith the Lord?
൨൧അവരുടെ പ്രഭു അവരിൽ നിന്നുതന്നെ ഉണ്ടാകും; അവരുടെ അധിപതി അവരുടെ നടുവിൽനിന്ന് ഉത്ഭവിക്കും; ഞാൻ അവനെ അടുക്കൽവരുത്തും; അവൻ എന്നോട് അടുക്കും; അല്ലാതെ എന്നോട് അടുക്കുവാൻ ആരാണ് ധൈര്യപ്പെടുന്നത്?” എന്ന് യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്.
22 And you shall be my people: and I will be your God.
൨൨“അങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങൾ എനിക്ക് ജനമായും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ദൈവമായും ഇരിക്കും.
23 Behold the whirlwind of the Lord, his fury going forth, a violent storm, it shall rest upon the head of the wicked.
൨൩യഹോവയുടെ ക്രോധം എന്ന ചുഴലിക്കാറ്റ്, കടുപ്പമായി അടിക്കുന്ന ചുഴലിക്കാറ്റ് തന്നെ, പുറപ്പെടുന്നു; അത് ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ തലമേൽ വന്നുപതിക്കും.
24 The Lord will not turn away the wrath of his indignation, till he have executed and performed the thought o his heart: in the latter days you shall understand these things.
൨൪യഹോവയുടെ ഉഗ്രകോപം അവിടുത്തെ മനസ്സിലെ ഉദ്ദേശ്യങ്ങൾ നിവർത്തിക്കുവോളം പിന്മാറുകയില്ല; ഭാവികാലത്ത് നിങ്ങൾ അത് ഗ്രഹിക്കും”.
