Jeremiah 25

1 The word that came to Jeremias concerning all the people of Juda, in the fourth year of Joakim the son of Josias king of Juda, (the same is the first year of Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon, )

၁ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင် ယောရှိ မင်းကြီးသား ယောယကိမ် နန်းစံစတုတ္ထ နှစ် ၊ ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် နေဗုခဒ်နေဇာ နန်းစံပဌမ နှစ် တွင်၊ ယုဒ ပြည်သား အပေါင်း တို့ကို ရည်မှတ် ၍၊ ယေရမိ သို့ ရောက် လာသော နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို၊

2 Which Jeremias the prophet spoke to all the people of Juda, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying:

၂ယုဒ ပြည်သူ ၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သား အပေါင်း တို့ အား ၊ ယေရမိ ဆင့်ဆို ဟောပြောရသည်ကား ၊

3 From the thirteenth year of Josias the son of Ammon king of Juda until this day: this is the three and twentieth year, the word of the Lord hath come to me, and I have spoken to you, rising before day, and speaking, and you have not hearkened.

၃ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင် အာမုန် သား ယောရှိ နန်းစံဆယ် သုံး နှစ် မှစ၍ ယခု တိုင် အောင်၊ အနှစ်နှစ်ဆယ် သုံး နှစ် ပတ်လုံး ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် ငါ့ ဆီသို့ ရောက် လာသည်အတိုင်း၊ ငါသည် စော စောထ၍ အမိန့် တော်ကို အထပ်ထပ်ဆင့် ဆိုသော်လည်း ၊ သင်တို့သည် နား မ ထောင်ဘဲ နေကြ၏။

4 And the Lord hath sent to you all his servants the prophets, rising early, and sending, and you have not hearkened, nor inclined your ears to hear.

၄ထာဝရဘုရား သည်လည်း၊ စောစောထ ၍ မိမိ ကျွန် ပရောဖက် အပေါင်း တို့ကို၊ သင် တို့ရှိရာသို့ အထပ်ထပ်စေလွှတ် တော်မူသော်လည်း ၊ သင်တို့သည် နား မ ထောင်ကြ။ အမိန့်တော်ကို ကြား ခြင်းငှါ နား ကို မ လှည့် ဘဲ နေကြ၏။

5 When he said: Return ye, every one from his evil way, and from your wicked devices, and you shall dwell in the land which the Lord hath given to you, and your fathers for ever and ever.

၅ထိုပရောဖက်တို့က၊ သင်တို့အသီးအသီး လိုက် သောလမ်း ဆိုး နှင့် အကျင့် ဆိုး များကို ပယ်ရှား၍၊ သင် တို့နှင့် ဘိုးဘေး တို့အား ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အမြဲ ပေး တော်မူ သော ပြည် ၌ နေ ကြလော့။

6 And go not after strange gods to serve them, and adore them: nor provoke me to wrath by the works of your hands, and I will not afflict you.

၆အခြား တပါးသော ဘုရား နောက် သို့ လိုက် ၍ ဝတ် မ ပြု၊ မကိုးကွယ် ကြနှင့်။ ကိုယ် လက် နှင့် လုပ် သော အရာများအားဖြင့် ၊ ငါ ၏အမျက် ကို မ ထွက်စေကြနှင့်။ ငါသည်လည်း ၊ သင် တို့ကို မ ညှဉ်းဆဲ ဟု ဆင့် ဆိုကြ၏။

7 And you have not heard me, saith the Lord, that you might provoke me to anger with the works of your hands, to your own hurt.

၇ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ထိုသို့ ဆင့်ဆိုကြသော်လည်း၊ သင် တို့သည် ကိုယ်၌အကျိုးနည်း ဖြစ်စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ ကိုယ် လက် နှင့် လုပ် သော အရာများအားဖြင့် ၊ ငါ ၏အမျက် ကို ထွက်စေသော အခွင့်ရှိမည် အကြောင်း ၊ ငါ့ စကားကို နား မ ထောင်ဘဲနေကြပြီ။

8 Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts: Because you have not heard my words:

၈ထိုကြောင့်၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ သင်တို့သည် ငါ့ စကား ကို နား မ ထောင်သောကြောင့် ၊

9 Behold I will send, and take all the kindreds of the north, saith the Lord, and Nabuchodonosor the king of Babylon my servant: and I will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all the nations that are round about it: and I will destroy them, and make them an astonishment and a hissing, and perpetual desolations.

၉ဤ ပြည် နှင့် ပြည် သား များကို၎င်း၊ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ၌ရှိသောလူအမျိုးမျိုး တို့ကို၎င်းစစ်တိုက်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ ငါ ၏ ကျွန် ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် နေဗုခဒ်နေဇာ အစရှိသော မြောက် ပြည်သား အမျိုးမျိုး အပေါင်းတို့ကို ငါ မှာ လိုက်၍ ဆောင် ခဲ့ပြီးလျှင်၊ ရှင်းရှင်းဖျက်ဆီး ၍ ၊ ဤ ပြည်သား တို့ကို အံ့ဩ ဘွယ်ရာ၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့ သံကိုကြားရာ၊ အစဉ် အမြဲလူဆိတ်ညံ ရာ ဖြစ် စေမည်။

10 And I will take away from them the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the sound of the mill, and the light of the lamp.

၁၀ဤသူတို့တွင် ဝမ်းမြောက် သော အသံ ၊ ရွှင်လန်း သောအသံ ၊ မင်္ဂလာဆောင်သတို့သား ၏အသံ ၊ သတို့သမီး ၏အသံ ၊ ကြိတ်ဆုံ သံ နှင့် မီးခွက် အလင်း ကို ငါကွယ် ပျောက်စေမည်။

11 And all this land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment: and all these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.

၁၁ဤ ပြည် တရှောက် လုံးသည် လူဆိတ်ညံ ရာ၊ အံ့ဩဘွယ် ရာ ဖြစ် လိမ့်မည်။ ဤ လူမျိုး တို့သည် အနှစ် ခုနစ်ဆယ် ပတ်လုံးဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် ၏ အမှုကို ဆောင်ရွက် ရကြလိမ့်မည်။

12 And when the seventy years shall be expired, I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the Lord, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans: and I will make it perpetual desolations.

၁၂ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ အနှစ် ခုနစ်ဆယ် စေ့ သောအခါ ၊ ဗာဗုလုန် ရှင်ဘုရင် နှင့် သူ၏ နိုင်ငံ တည်းဟူသောခါလဒဲ တိုင်း နိုင်ငံ၏ အပြစ် ကြောင့်၊ ငါသည် သူတို့ကို ဒဏ် ပေး၍ ၊ ထိုနိုင်ငံ ကို အစဉ် အမြဲ လူဆိတ်ညံ ရာအရပ် ဖြစ် စေမည်။

13 And I will bring upon the land all my words, that I have spoken against it, all that is written in this book, all that Jeremias hath prophesied against all nations:

၁၃ငါခြိမ်း သော စကား များတည်းဟူသော ယေရမိ သည် ခပ်သိမ်း သော တိုင်း နိုင်ငံတို့တဘက်၌ ဟောပြော ၍၊ ဤ စာ ၌ ရေး ထားသော စကားရှိသမျှ တို့ကို ခါလဒဲ တိုင်း နိုင်ငံအပေါ် မှာ ငါသက်ရောက် စေမည်။

14 For they have served them, whereas they were many nations, and great kings: and I will repay them according to their deeds, and according to the works of their hands.

၁၄များစွာ သော လူမျိုး တို့နှင့် ကြီး သော ရှင် ဘုရင်တို့သည် ခါလဒဲပြည်သားတို့ကို စေစား ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူ တို့ ကျင့်သောအကျင့် ၊ သူတို့ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြုသောအမှု နှင့် အလျောက် ၊ အကျိုးအပြစ်ကို ငါဆပ် ပေးမည်။

15 For thus saith the Lord of hosts the God of Israel: Take the cup of wine of this fury at my hand: and thou shalt make all nations to drink thereof, unto which I shall send thee.

၁၅ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ကလည်း ၊ အမျက် တော်စပျစ်ရည် ဖလား ကို ငါ့ လက် မှ ခံယူ လော့။ ငါ သည်သင့် ကို စေလွှတ် သော လူမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့ကို သောက် စေလော့။

16 And they shall drink, and be troubled, and be mad because of the sword, which I shall send among them.

၁၆သူ တို့အလယ် သို့ ငါ စေလွှတ် သော ထား ကြောင့် သူတို့သည် သောက် ၍ ယစ်မူး တိမ်းယိမ်း ခြင်းသို့ ရောက် ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ငါ့ အား မိန့် တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း ၊

17 And I took the cup at the hand of the Lord, and I presented it to all the nations to drink of it, to which the Lord sent me:

၁၇ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ လက် တော်မှ ထို ဖလား ကိုခံယူ ၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ငါ့ ကို စေလွှတ် တော်မူသော လူမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့ကို သောက် စေ၏။

18 To wit, Jerusalem, and the cities of Juda, and the kings thereof, and the princes thereof: to make them a desolation, and an astonishment, and a hissing, and a curse, as it is at this day.

၁၈ထိုလူမျိုးများဟူမူကား၊ ယနေ့ ရှိသည်အတိုင်း လူဆိတ်ညံ ရာ၊ အံ့ဩဘွယ်ရာ၊ ကဲ့ရဲ့ သံကိုကြားရာ၊ ကျိန်ဆဲ ရာဖြစ် စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ သောက်ရသောယေရုရှလင် မြို့သူ၊ ယုဒ ပြည် သား၊ ယုဒရှင် ဘုရင်များ၊ မှူးမတ် များ၊

19 Pharao the king of Egypt, and his servants, and his princes, and all his people,

၁၉အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်ကို အစိုးရ သောဖာရော ဘုရင် အစရှိသောသူ ၏ ကျွန် ၊ မှူးမတ် ၊ ပြည်သူ ပြည်သား၊ သူတို့နှင့် ရောနှောသော တပါးအမျိုးသား ရှိသမျှ ၊

20 And all in general: all the kings of the land of Ausitis, and all the kings of the land of the Philistines, and Ascalon, and Gaza, and Accaron, and the remnant of Azotus.

၂၀ဥဇ မင်းအပေါင်း ၊ ဖိလိတ္တိ မင်း အပေါင်း ၊ အာရှကေလုန် ပြည်သား၊ ဂါဇ ပြည်သား၊ ဧကြုန် ပြည်သား၊ ကျန်ကြွင်း သော အာဇုတ် ပြည်သား၊

21 And Edom, and Moab, and the children of Ammon.

၂၁ဧဒုံ ပြည်သား၊ မောဘ ပြည်သား၊ အမ္မုန် ပြည်သား ၊

22 And all the kings of Tyre, and all the kings of Sidon: and the kings of the land of the islands that are beyond the sea.

၂၂တုရု မင်း အပေါင်း ၊ ဇိဒုန် မင်း အပေါင်း ၊ ပင်လယ် တဘက် ၌ အစိုးရသောမင်း များ၊

23 And Dedan, and Thema, and Buz, and all that have their hair cut round.

၂၃ဒေဓန် ပြည်သား၊ တေမ ပြည်သား၊ ဗုဇ ပြည်သား၊ ပါးမုန်း ကိုရိတ် တတ်သော ပြည်သားရှိသမျှ ၊

24 And all the kings of Arabia, and all the kings of the west, that dwell in the desert.

၂၄အာရပ် မင်း အပေါင်း ၊ တော ၌ နေ ၍ အမျိုး မစစ် သော လူများကို အစိုးရသောမင်း အပေါင်း ၊

25 And all the kings of Zambri, and all the kings of Elam, and all the kings of Medes:

၂၅ဇိမရိ မင်း အပေါင်း ၊ ဧလံ မင်း အပေါင်း ၊ မေဒိ မင်း အပေါင်း ၊

26 And all the kings of the north far and near, every one against his brother: and all the kingdoms of the earth, which are upon the face thereof: and the king of Sesac shall drink after them.

၂၆တပါးနှင့်တပါးနီး သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ဝေး သည်ဖြစ်စေ၊ မြောက် ပြည်မင်း ရှိသမျှ တို့နှင့်၊ မြေကြီး တပြင်လုံး ၌ ရှိသမျှ သော လောကီ နိုင်ငံ အပေါင်း ပါကြသတည်း။ နောက်ဆုံး ၌ ရှေရှက် ရှင်ဘုရင် သောက် ရမည်။

27 And thou shalt say to them: Thus saith the Lord of hosts the God of Israel: Drink ye, and be drunken, and vomit: and fall, and rise no more, because of the sword, which I shall send among you.

၂၇သင် တို့အလယ် သို့ ငါ စေလွှတ် သော ထား ကြောင့် သောက် ၍ ယစ်မူး ကြ။ အော့အန် ကြ၊ လဲ ကြ၊ နောက်တဖန် မ ထ ကြနှင့်ဟု ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင် ၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူကြောင်းကို သူ တို့အား ဆင့်ဆို လော့။

28 And if they refuse to take the cup at thy hand to drink, thou shalt say to them: Thus saith the Lord of hosts: Drinking you shall drink:

၂၈သူတို့သည် သောက်ခြင်းငှါထိုဖလား ကို သင် ၏ လက် မှ မခံ၊ ငြင်းပယ် လျှင်လည်း၊ စင်စစ်သောက် ရကြမည် ဟု၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူကြောင်းကို သူ တို့အား ပြန်ပြော လော့။

29 For behold I begin to bring evil on the city wherein my name is called upon: and shall you be as innocent and escape free? you shall not escape free: for I will call for the sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, saith the Lord of hosts.

၂၉အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ငါ ၏နာမ ဖြင့် သမုတ် သော မြို့ ကို ငါ သည် အပြစ်ပေးစ ပြုလျှင်၊ သင်တို့သည် ဒဏ် အလျှင်းမခံဘဲ နေရကြမည်လော။ ဒဏ် မခံဘဲမနေရကြ။ ငါ သည် မြေကြီး သား ရှိသမျှ တို့အဘို့ ထား ကို မှာ လိုက် မည်ဟု ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။

30 And thou shalt prophesy unto them all these words, and thou shalt say to them: The Lord shall roar from on high, and shall utter his voice from his holy habitation: roaring he shall roar upon the place of his beauty: the shout as it were of them that tread grapes shall be given out against all the inhabitants of the earth.

၃၀ထိုကြောင့် ၊ သင် သည် ပရောဖက် ပြုလျက် သူ တို့ အား ဟော ပြောရသောစကား များဟူမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မြင့် သော အရပ် က ကြွေးကြော် တော်မူ မည်။ သန့်ရှင်း သော ဘုံဗိမာန် တော်က အသံ ကို လွှင့် တော်မူမည်။ ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရာအရပ် ဌာန တဘက် ၌ ပြင်းစွာကြွေးကြော် တော်မူမည်။ စပျစ်သီးကို နင်းနယ် သောသူများ အော်ဟစ် သကဲ့သို့ ၊ မြေကြီး သား များ တဘက် ၌ အော်ဟစ် တော်မူမည်။

31 The noise is come even to the ends of the earth: for the Lord entereth into judgement with the nations: he entereth into judgement with all flesh; the wicked I have delivered up to the sword, saith the Lord.

၃၁မြေကြီး စွန်း တိုင်အောင် အသံ နှံ့ပြား လိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် လူ အမျိုးမျိုးတို့နှင့် တရား တွေ့စရာ အကြောင်းရှိ၍၊ ခပ်သိမ်း သော သတ္တဝါ တို့ကို အမှုလုပ် တော်မူမည်။ ဆိုး သောသူတို့ကို ထား နှင့်ကွပ်မျက်စေခြင်းငှါ အပ် တော်မူမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ ၏။

32 Thus saith the Lord of hosts: Behold evil shall go forth from nation to nation: and a great whirlwind shall go forth from the ends of the earth.

၃၂ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား ၊ ဘေး သည် တပြည် မှ တပြည် သို့ ကူး သွားလိမ့်မည်။ မြေကြီး အစွန်း အနားတို့ မှ ပြင်းစွာ သော လေဘွေ သည် ထ လိမ့်မည်။

33 And the slain of the Lord shall be at that day from one end of the earth even to the other end thereof: they shall not be lamented, and they shall not be gathered up, nor buried: they shall lie as dung upon the face of the earth.

၃၃ထိုအခါ ထာဝရဘုရား ကွပ်မျက် တော်မူခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့ သည် မြေကြီး တဘက် မှ တဘက် တိုင်အောင် နှံ့ပြားကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့ကို မ မြည်တမ်း ရ။ မ စု မပုံရ။ မ သင်္ဂြိုဟ် ရ။ မြေ ပေါ် မှာ မစင် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ကြ လိမ့်မည်။

34 Howl, ye shepherds, and cry: and sprinkle yourselves with ashes, ye leaders of the flock: for the days of your slaughter and your dispersion are accomplished, and you shall fall like precious vessels.

၃၄အို သိုးထိန်း တို့၊ ငိုကြွေး အော်ဟစ်ကြလော့။ အို သိုး ကြီး သိုးမြတ်တို့၊ ပြာ၌လူးလည်းလျက်နေကြလော့။ သင် တို့ကိုသတ် ရသောအချိန် ရောက် လေပြီ။ အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ငါမောင်းသဖြင့်၊ သင်တို့သည် အဘိုး ထိုက်သော တန်ဆာ ကျ သကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။

35 And the shepherds shall have no way to flee, nor the leaders of the flock to save themselves.

၃၅သိုးထိန်း တို့သည် ပြေးစရာလမ်းမရှိ။ သိုး ကြီး သိုးမြတ်တို့သည် လွတ် ရာလမ်းကို ရှာ၍ မတွေ့ရကြ။

36 A voice of the cry of the shepherds, and a howling of the principal of the flock: because the Lord hath wasted their pastures.

၃၆သိုးထိန်း များ ငိုကြွေး သံ နှင့် သိုး ကြီး သိုးမြတ်များ မြည်သံ ကိုကြားရ၏။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သူ တို့ကျက်စား ရာအရပ်ကို ဖျက်ဆီး တော်မူ၏။

37 And the fields of peace have been silent, because of the fierce anger of the Lord.

၃၇ထာဝရဘုရား သည်ပြင်းစွာ အမျက် ထွက်တော်မူသော အားဖြင့် ငြိမ်ဝပ် စွာ နေရာ အရပ်တို့ သည်လည်း ပယ်ရှင်း ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းကိုခံရကြ၏။

38 He has forsaken his covert as the lion, for the land is laid waste because of the wrath of the dove, and because of the fierce anger of the Lord.

၃၈ခြင်္သေ့ ဘာသာဓလေ့၊ နေတော်မူရာခြုံ ကို စွန့် ထွက်တော်မူပြီ။ ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောသူ ၏ပြင်းထန်ခြင်း၊ ပြင်းစွာ အမျက် ထွက်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ၊ သူ တို့ ပြည် သည် လူဆိတ်ညံ ရာအရပ် ဖြစ်ရ၏။
