< Hebrews 9 >
1 The former indeed had also justifications of divine service, and a worldly sanctuary.
Azɔ la, nubabla gbãtɔ ɖo ɖoɖowo anyi na subɔsubɔ, eye wotu anyigba dzi kɔkɔeƒe hã.
2 For there was a tabernacle made the first, wherein were the candlesticks, and the table, and the setting forth of loaves, which is called the holy.
Wotu Agbadɔ; le Agbadɔ la ƒe xɔ gbãtɔ me la, akaɖiti, kplɔ̃ kple ŋkumeɖobolo nɔ anyi, eye woyɔ teƒe sia be Kɔkɔeƒe.
3 And after the second veil, the tabernacle, which is called the holy of holies:
Wotsɔ xɔmetsovɔ tso xɔ sia mee, eye woyɔ agbadɔ si le xɔmetsovɔa megbe la be, Kɔkɔeƒewo ƒe Kɔkɔeƒe.
4 Having a golden censer, and the ark of the testament covered about on every part with gold, in which was a golden pot that had manna, and the rod of Aaron, that had blossomed, and the tables of the testament.
5 And over it were the cherubims of glory overshadowing the propitiatory: of which it is not needful to speak now particularly.
Ke míate ŋu adzro nya siawo me ayi edzi fifia o.
6 Now these things being thus ordered, into the first tabernacle the priests indeed always entered, accomplishing the offices of sacrifices.
Ne nu sia nu sɔ gbe vɔ la, nunɔlawo gena ɖe xɔ ŋgɔgbetɔ me ɖaa edzedzi, eye wowɔa mawusubɔsubɔdɔ.
7 But into the second, the high priest alone, once a year: not without blood, which he offereth for his own, and the people’s ignorance:
Ke nunɔlagã ɖeka koe gena ɖe xɔ emetɔ me, eye wòwɔa esia zi ɖeka ko le ƒe ɖeka me. Ne eyina la, megbea ʋutsɔtsɔ ɖe asi o, ʋu si wòtsɔna sãa vɔe, ɖe eya ŋutɔ kple dukɔ la ƒe nu vɔ̃ siwo wowɔ le manyamanya me la ta.
8 The Holy Ghost signifying this, that the way into the holies was not yet made manifest, whilst the former tabernacle was yet standing.
Gbɔgbɔ Kɔkɔe ɖee fia to esia dzi be womeklo nu le mɔ si yi Kɔkɔeƒe ƒe Kɔkɔeƒe la dzi haɖe o, zi ale si Agbadɔ gbãtɔ la gale te nu ko.
9 Which is a parable of the time present: according to which gifts and sacrifices are offered, which can not, as to the conscience, make him perfect that serveth, only in meats and in drinks,
Esiae nye nufiafia tso fifia ƒe ɣeyiɣiwo ŋuti, esi le asi tɔm edzi be nunana kple vɔsa siwo wowɔna na Mawu la mate ŋu aɖe vɔ̃ ɖa le ame si le subɔsubɔ wɔm la ƒe susu me o.
10 And divers washings, and justices of the flesh laid on them until the time of correction.
11 But Christ, being come an high priest of the good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hand, that is, not of this creation:
Esi Kristo va abe nu nyui siwo li xoxo ƒe nunɔlagã ene la, eto agbadɔ si lolo hede blibo wu la me, agbadɔ si wometsɔ asi tui o alo míagblɔ be menye nuwɔwɔ la ƒe akpa aɖe o.
12 Neither by the blood of goats, or of calves, but by his own blood, entered once into the holies, having obtained eternal redemption. (aiōnios )
Mege ɖe Kɔkɔeƒewo ƒe Kɔkɔeƒe la me to gbɔ̃wo kple nyiviwo ƒe ʋu me o, ke boŋ ege ɖe Kɔkɔeƒewo ƒe Kɔkɔeƒe la me zi ɖeka hɔ̃ɔ hena ɣeyiɣiwo katã to eya ŋutɔ ƒe ʋu me, esia me wòto xɔ ɖeɖe mavɔ na mí. (aiōnios )
13 For if the blood of goats and of oxen, and the ashes of an heifer being sprinkled, sanctify such as are defiled, to the cleansing of the flesh:
Nenye be gbɔ̃wo kple nyitsuwo ƒe ʋu kple nyiviwo ƒe afi si wohlẽ ɖe ame siwo ŋuti mekɔ o la ŋu wɔnɛ be woƒe ŋuti kɔna le gotagome la,
14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who by the Holy Ghost offered himself unspotted unto God, cleanse our conscience from dead works, to serve the living God? (aiōnios )
ekema Kristo, ame si to Gbɔgbɔ mavɔ la me tsɔ eɖokui na Mawu fɔɖiɖimanɔmee la ƒe ʋu aklɔ míaƒe dzitsinyawo ŋuti tso nu siwo hea ku vanɛ la me wu, ale be míate ŋu asubɔ Mawu gbagbe la. (aiōnios )
15 And therefore he is the mediator of the new testament: that by means of his death, for the redemption of those transgressions, which were under the former testament, they that are called may receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
16 For where there is a testament, the death of the testator must of necessity come in.
17 For a testament is of force, after men are dead: otherwise it is as yet of no strength, whilst the testator liveth.
18 Whereupon neither was the first indeed dedicated without blood.
Esia tae womewɔ nubabla gbãtɔ me nyawo dzi ʋumanɔmee o.
19 For when every commandment of the law had been read by Moses to all the people, he took the blood of calves and goats, with water, and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people,
20 Saying: This is the blood of the testament, which God hath enjoined unto you.
Tete wògblɔ be, “Esia nye nubabla la ƒe ʋu, nubabla si Mawu de se na mi be mialé ɖe asi.”
21 The tabernacle also and all the vessels of the ministry, in like manner, he sprinkled with blood.
Nenema ke wòhlẽ ʋu ɖe agbadɔ la kple nu siwo katã ŋuti dɔ wowɔna le subɔsubɔ me la ŋuti.
22 And almost all things, according to the law, are cleansed with blood: and without shedding of blood there is no remission.
Le nyateƒe me la, se la bia be woakɔ nu sia nu kloe ŋuti kple ʋu, eye ne womekɔ ʋu ɖi o la, nu vɔ̃ tsɔtsɔke manɔ anyi o.
23 It is necessary therefore that the patterns of heavenly things should be cleansed with these: but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
Eya ta ehiã kokoko be woakɔ nu siwo nye dziƒonuwo ƒe vɔvɔli ŋuti kple vɔsa siawo, gake woakɔ dziƒonuawo ŋutɔ ŋu kple vɔsa siwo de ŋgɔ wu esiawo.
24 For Jesus is not entered into the holies made with hands, the patterns of the true: but into heaven itself, that he may appear now in the presence of God for us.
Elabena Kristo meyi ɖe kɔkɔeƒe si wowɔ kple asi la me esi nye vavãtɔ ƒe vɔvɔli la me o, ke boŋ eyi ɖe dziƒotɔ la ŋutɔ me afi si wòdo ɖe Mawu ŋkume le azɔ ɖe mía teƒe
25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holies, every year with the blood of others:
Nenema ke meyi ɖe dziƒo be wòatsɔ eɖokui ana zi geɖe abe ale si nunɔlagã la gena ɖe Kɔkɔeƒe ƒe Kɔkɔeƒe la ƒe sia ƒe kple ʋu si menye eya ŋutɔ tɔ o la ene o.
26 For then he ought to have suffered often from the beginning of the world: but now once at the end of ages, he hath appeared for the destruction of sin, by the sacrifice of himself. (aiōn )
Ne ele alea la, ele na Kristo be wòatsɔ eɖokui ana fukpekpe zi geɖe tso esime ke woɖo xexea me gɔme anyi, gake azɔ la, eva zi ɖeka hena ɣeyiɣiwo katã le ɣeyiɣi siawo ƒe nuwuwu be wòaɖe nu vɔ̃ ɖa to eɖokui tsɔtsɔ sa vɔe me. (aiōn )
27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, and after this the judgment:
Abe ale si woɖoe na ame be wòaku zi ɖeka, eye le esia megbe wòadze ŋgɔ ʋɔnudɔdrɔ̃ ene la,
28 So also Christ was offered once to exhaust the sins of many; the second time he shall appear without sin to them that expect him unto salvation.
nenema ke wotsɔ Kristo hã sa vɔe zi ɖeka be wòaɖe ame geɖewo ƒe nu vɔ̃ ɖa, eye agava zi evelia menye be wòagava ɖe nu vɔ̃ ɖa o ke boŋ be wòahe ɖeɖe vɛ na ame siwo katã le elalam.
