< Hebrews 13 >
1 Let the charity of the brotherhood abide in you.
Kí ìfẹ́ ará kí o wà títí.
2 And hospitality do not forget; for by this some, being not aware of it, have entertained angels.
Ẹ má ṣe gbàgbé láti máa ṣe àlejò; nítorí pé nípa bẹ́ẹ̀ ni àwọn ẹlòmíràn ṣe àwọn angẹli ní àlejò láìmọ̀.
3 Remember them that are in bands, as if you were bound with them; and them that labour, as being yourselves also in the body.
Ẹ máa rántí àwọn òǹdè bí ẹni tí a dè pẹ̀lú wọn, àti àwọn tí a ń pọn lójú bí ẹ̀yin tìkára yín pẹ̀lú tí ń bẹ nínú ara.
4 Marriage honourable in all, and the bed undefiled. For fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
Kí ìgbéyàwó lọ́lá láàrín gbogbo ènìyàn, kí àkéte si jẹ́ aláìléèérí, nítorí àwọn àgbèrè àti àwọn panṣágà ni Ọlọ́run yóò dá lẹ́jọ́.
5 Let your manners be without covetousness, contented with such things as you have; for he hath said: I will not leave thee, neither will I forsake thee.
Kí ọkàn yín má ṣe fà sí ìfẹ́ owó, ki ohun tí ẹ ní tó yin; nítorí òun tìkára rẹ̀ ti wí pé, “Èmi kò jẹ́ fi ọ́ sílẹ̀, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni èmi kò jẹ́ kọ̀ ọ́ sílẹ̀.”
6 So that we may confidently say: The Lord is my helper: I will not fear what man shall do to me.
Nítorí náà ni àwa ṣe ń fi ìgboyà wí pé, “Olúwa ni olùrànlọ́wọ́ mi, èmi kì yóò bẹ̀rù; kín ni ènìyàn lè ṣe sí mi?”
7 Remember your prelates who have spoken the word of God to you; whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation,
Ẹ máa rántí àwọn tiwọn jẹ́ aṣáájú yín, tiwọn ti sọ ọ̀rọ̀ Ọlọ́run fún yín; kí ẹ máa ro òpin ìwà ayé wọn, kí ẹ sì máa ṣe àfarawé ìgbàgbọ́ wọn.
8 Jesus Christ, yesterday, and today; and the same for ever. (aiōn )
Jesu Kristi ọ̀kan náà ni lánàá, àti lónìí, àti títí láé. (aiōn )
9 Be not led away with various and strange doctrines. For it is best that the heart be established with grace, not with meats; which have not profited those that walk in them.
Ẹ má ṣe jẹ́ kí a fi onírúurú àti àjèjì ẹ̀kọ́ gbá yin kiri. Nítorí ó dára kí a mú yin lọ́kàn le nípa oore-ọ̀fẹ́, kì í ṣe nípa oúnjẹ nínú èyí tí àwọn tí ó ti rìn nínú wọn kò ní èrè.
10 We have an altar, whereof they have no power to eat who serve the tabernacle.
Àwa ní pẹpẹ kan, níbi èyí tí àwọn ti ń sin àgọ́ kò ni agbára láti máa jẹ.
11 For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the holies by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.
Nítorí nígbà tí olórí àlùfáà bá mú ẹ̀jẹ̀ àwọn ẹran wá si Ibi Mímọ́ Jùlọ gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìrúbọ ẹ̀ṣẹ̀, òkú àwọn ẹran náà ni a o sun lẹ́yìn ibùdó.
12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people by his own blood, suffered without the gate.
Nítorí náà Jesu pẹ̀lú, kí ó lè fi ẹ̀jẹ̀ ara rẹ̀ sọ àwọn ènìyàn di mímọ́, ó jìyà lẹ́yìn ibodè.
13 Let us go forth therefore to him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
Nítorí náà ẹ jẹ́ kí a jáde tọ̀ ọ́ lọ lẹ́yìn ibùdó, kí a máa ru ẹ̀gàn rẹ̀.
14 For we have not here a lasting city, but we seek one that is to come.
Nítorí pé àwa kò ní ìlú tí o wa títí níhìn-ín, ṣùgbọ́n àwa ń wá èyí tí ń bọ.
15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise always to God, that is to say, the fruit of lips confessing to his name.
Ǹjẹ́ nípasẹ̀ rẹ̀, ẹ jẹ́ kí a máa rú ẹbọ ìyìn si Ọlọ́run nígbà gbogbo, èyí yìí ni èso ètè wa, tí ń jẹ́wọ́ orúkọ rẹ̀.
16 And do not forget to do good, and to impart; for by such sacrifices God’s favour is obtained.

17 Obey your prelates, and be subject to them. For they watch as being to render an account of your souls; that they may do this with joy, and not with grief. For this is not expedient for you.
Ẹ máa gbọ́ ti àwọn tí ń ṣe olórí yín, kí ẹ sì máa tẹríba fún wọ́n, nítorí wọn ń ṣọ́ ẹ̀ṣọ́ nítorí ọkàn yín, bí àwọn ti yóò ṣe ìṣirò, kí wọn lè fi ayọ̀ ṣe èyí, kì í ṣe pẹ̀lú ìbànújẹ́, nítorí èyí yìí yóò jẹ àìlérè fún yín.
18 Pray for us. For we trust we have a good conscience, being willing to behave ourselves well in all things.
Ẹ máa gbàdúrà fún wa, nítorí àwa gbàgbọ́ pé àwa ni ẹ̀rí ọkàn rere, a sì ń fẹ́ láti máa hùwà títọ́ nínú ohun gbogbo.
19 And I beseech you the more to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.
Ṣùgbọ́n èmi ń bẹ̀ yín gidigidi sí i láti máa ṣe èyí, kí a ba lè tètè fi mi fún yín padà.
20 And may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great pastor of the sheep, our Lord Jesus Christ, in the blood of the everlasting testament, (aiōnios )
Ǹjẹ́ Ọlọ́run àlàáfíà, ẹni tí o tún mu olùṣọ́-àgùntàn ńlá ti àwọn àgùntàn, ti inú òkú wá, nípa ẹ̀jẹ̀ májẹ̀mú ayérayé, àní Olúwa wa Jesu. (aiōnios )
21 Fit you in all goodness, that you may do his will; doing in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom is glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )

22 And I beseech you, brethren, that you suffer this word of consolation. For I have written to you in a few words.
Èmi sì ń bẹ̀ yín ará, ẹ gbà ọ̀rọ̀ ìyànjú mi; nítorí ìwé kúkúrú ni mo kọ sí yín.
23 Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty: with whom (if he come shortly) I will see you.
