Zechariah 6
1 And I lifted up mine eyes again, and saw, and behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass.
| و بار دیگر چشمان خود را برافراشته، نگریستم و اینک چهار ارابه از میان دو کوه بیرون می‌رفت و کوهها کوههای مسین بود. | ۱ |
2 In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses;
| درارابه اول اسبان سرخ و در ارابه دوم اسبان سیاه، | ۲ |
3 and in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled, strong horses.
| و در ارابه سوم اسبان سفید و در ارابه چهارم اسبان ابلق قوی بود. | ۳ |
4 And I spoke and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord?
| و فرشته را که با من تکلم می‌نمود خطاب کرده، گفتم: «ای آقایم اینهاچیستند؟» | ۴ |
5 And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.
| فرشته در جواب من گفت: «اینها چهار روح افلاک می‌باشند که از ایستادن به حضور مالک تمامی جهان بیرون می‌روند. | ۵ |
6 That in which are the black horses goeth forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the grisled go forth towards the south country;
| اماآنکه اسبان سیاه را دارد، اینها بسوی زمین شمال بیرون می‌روند و اسبان سفید در عقب آنهابیرون می‌روند و ابلقها به زمین جنوب بیرون می‌روند.» | ۶ |
7 and the strong go forth, and seek to go that they may walk to and fro through the earth. And he said, Go, walk to and fro through the earth. And they walked to and fro through the earth.
| و آن اسبان قوی بیرون رفته، آرزو دارند که بروند و در جهان گردش نمایند؛ و او گفت: «بروید و در جهان گردش نمایید.» پس در جهان گردش کردند. | ۷ |
8 And he cried unto me, and spoke unto me, saying, See, these that go forth towards the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.
| و او به من ندا در‌داد و مرا خطاب کرده، گفت: «ببین آنهایی که به زمین شمال بیرون رفته‌اند، خشم مرا در زمین شمال فرو نشانیدند.» | ۸ |
9 And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
| و کلام خداوند به من نازل شده، گفت: | ۹ |
10 Take [gifts] of them of the captivity, of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, and come thou the same day, and enter into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah, whither they are come from Babylon;
| «ازاسیران یعنی از حلدای و طوبیا و یدعیا که از بابل آمده‌اند بگیر و در همان روز بیا و به خانه یوشیاابن صفیا داخل شو. | ۱۰ |
11 yea, take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set [them] upon the head of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest;
| پس نقره و طلا بگیر وتاجی ساخته، آن را بر سر یهوشع بن یهوصادق رئیس کهنه بگذار. | ۱۱ |
12 and speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh Jehovah of hosts, saying, Behold a man whose name is [the] Branch; and he shall grow up from his own place, and he shall build the temple of Jehovah:
| و او را خطاب کرده، بگو: یهوه صبایوت چنین می‌فرماید و می‌گوید: اینک مردی که به شاخه مسمی است و از مکان خودخواهد رویید و هیکل خداوند را بنا خواهدنمود. | ۱۲ |
13 even he shall build the temple of Jehovah; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne; and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
| پس او هیکل خداوند را بنا خواهد نمودو جلال را متحمل خواهد شد و بر کرسی اوجلوس نموده، حکمرانی خواهد کرد وبر کرسی او کاهن خواهد بود و مشورت سلامتی در میان هر دوی ایشان خواهد بود. | ۱۳ |
14 And the crowns shall be for Helem, and for Tobijah, and for Jedaiah, and for Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of Jehovah.
| و آن تاج برای حالم و طوبیا و یدعیا و حین بن صفنیا به جهت یادگاری در هیکل خداوند خواهد بود. | ۱۴ |
15 And they that are far off shall come and build at the temple of Jehovah: and ye shall know that Jehovah of hosts hath sent me unto you. And [this] shall come to pass, if ye will diligently hearken to the voice of Jehovah your God.
| وآنانی که دورند خواهند آمد و در هیکل خداوند بنا خواهند نمود و خواهید دانست که یهوه صبایوت مرا نزد شما فرستاده است و اگر قول یهوه خدای خویش را بکلی اطاعت نمایید این واقع خواهد شد.» | ۱۵ |
