Zechariah 10
1 Ask of Jehovah rain in the time of the latter rain; Jehovah will make lightnings, and he will give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.
௧பின்மாரிகாலத்து மழையைக் கர்த்தரிடத்தில் வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுங்கள்; அப்பொழுது யெகோவா மின்னல்களை உண்டாக்கி, வயல்வெளியில் அவரவருக்குப் பயிருண்டாக அவர்களுக்கு மழையைக் கட்டளையிடுவார்.
2 For the teraphim have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams: they comfort in vain. Therefore they have gone away as a flock, they are in distress, because there is no shepherd.
௨சுரூபங்கள் பொய்யானதைச் சொல்லிற்று; குறிசொல்லுகிறவர்கள் பொய்யை கண்டார்கள்; சொப்பனக்காரர்கள் வீணானதைச் சொல்லி, பயனில்லாததைச் சொல்லி தேற்றினார்கள்; ஆகையால் மக்கள் ஆடுகளைப்போல சிதறி, மேய்ப்பனில்லாததினால் சிறுமைப்பட்டார்கள்.
3 Mine anger is kindled against the shepherds, and I will punish the he-goats; for Jehovah of hosts visiteth his flock, the house of Judah, and maketh them as his majestic horse in the battle.
௩மேய்ப்பருக்கு விரோதமாக என் கோபம் மூண்டது; கடாக்களைத் தண்டித்தேன்; சேனைகளின் யெகோவா யூதா வம்சத்தாராகிய தமது மந்தையை விசாரித்து, அவர்களை யுத்தத்திலே தமது சிறந்த குதிரையாக நிறுத்துவார்.
4 From him shall come forth the corner-stone, from him the nail, from him the battle bow, from him every exactor together.
௪அவர்களிலிருந்து மூலைக்கல்லும், அவர்களிலிருந்து கூடாரமுளையும், அவர்களிலிருந்து யுத்தவில்லும் வரும்; அவர்களிலிருந்து ஆளுகிற அனைவரும் ஒன்றாகப் புறப்படுவார்கள்.
5 And they shall be as mighty men, treading down the mire of the streets in the battle; and they shall fight, for Jehovah is with them, and the riders on horses shall be put to shame.
௫அவர்கள் போரிலே தங்கள் எதிரிகளை வீதிகளின் சேற்றில் மிதிக்கிற பராக்கிரமசாலிகளைப்போல இருந்து போர் செய்வார்கள்; யெகோவா அவர்களுடன் இருப்பார்; குதிரைகளின்மேல் ஏறிவருகிறவர்கள் வெட்கப்படுவார்கள்.
6 And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them back again; for I will have mercy upon them; and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am Jehovah their God, and I will answer them.
௬நான் யூதா வம்சத்தாரைப் பலப்படுத்தி, யோசேப்பு வம்சத்தாரை காப்பாற்றி, அவர்களைத் திரும்ப நிலைக்கச்செய்வேன்; நான் அவர்களுக்கு இரங்கினேன்; அவர்கள் என்னால் ஒருக்காலும் தள்ளிவிடப்படாதவர்களைப்போல இருப்பார்கள்; நான் அவர்களுடைய தேவனாகிய யெகோவா, நான் அவர்களுக்குச் செவிகொடுப்பேன்.
7 And [they of] Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their hearts shall rejoice as through wine; and their children shall see [it], and rejoice; their heart shall be joyful in Jehovah.
௭எப்பிராயீம் மக்கள் திறமையானவர்களைப்போல இருப்பார்கள்; மதுபானத்தால் களிப்பதுபோல, அவர்களுடைய இருதயம் களிக்கும்; அவர்களுடைய பிள்ளைகளும் அதைக் கண்டு மகிழுவார்கள்; அவர்கள் இருதயம் யெகோவாவுக்குள் களிகூரும்.
8 I will hiss for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them: and they shall multiply as they used to multiply.
௮நான் அவர்களைப் பார்த்து சைகைகாட்டி அவர்களைக் கூட்டிக்கொள்ளுவேன்; அவர்களை மீட்டுக்கொண்டேன்; அவர்கள் பெருகியிருந்ததுபோலவே பெருகுவார்கள்.
9 And I will sow them among the peoples, and they shall remember me in far countries; and they shall live with their children and return.
௯நான் அவர்களை மக்களுக்குள்ளே சிதறடித்தபின்பு, அவர்கள் தூரதேசங்களிலே என்னை நினைத்து தங்கள் பிள்ளைகளுடன் பிழைத்துத் திரும்புவார்கள்.
10 And I will bring them again out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and [place] shall not be found for them.
௧0நான் அவர்களை எகிப்து தேசத்திலிருந்து திரும்பிவரச்செய்து, அவர்களை அசீரியாவிலிருந்து கூட்டிக்கொண்டு, அவர்களைக் கீலேயாத் தேசத்திற்கும் லீபனோனுக்கும் வரச்செய்வேன்; அவர்களுக்கு இடம் போதாமலிருக்கும்.
11 And he shall pass through the sea of affliction, and shall smite the billows in the sea, and all the depths of the Nile shall dry up; and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away.
௧௧இடுக்கமென்கிற சமுத்திரத்தைக் கடக்கும்போது அவர் சமுத்திரத்தின் அலைகளை அடிப்பார்; அப்பொழுது நதியின் ஆழங்கள் எல்லாம் வறண்டுபோகும்; அசீரியாவின் கர்வம் தாழ்த்தப்படும், எகிப்தின் கொடுங்கோல் விலகிப்போகும்.
12 And I will strengthen them in Jehovah; and they shall walk in his name, saith Jehovah.
௧௨நான் அவர்களைக் யெகோவாவுக்குள் பலப்படுத்துவேன்; அவர்கள் அவருடைய நாமத்திலே நடந்துகொள்ளுவார்கள் என்று யெகோவா சொல்லுகிறார்.
