Titus 3

1 Put them in mind to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient to rule, to be ready to do every good work,

เต ยถา เทศาธิปานำ ศาสกานาญฺจ นิฆฺนา อาชฺญาคฺราหิณฺศฺจ สรฺวฺวไสฺม สตฺกรฺมฺมเณ สุสชฺชาศฺจ ภเวยุ:

2 to speak evil of no one, not to be contentious, [to be] mild, shewing all meekness towards all men.

กมปิ น นินฺเทยุ รฺนิวฺวิโรธิน: กฺษานฺตาศฺจ ภเวยุ: สรฺวฺวานฺ ปฺรติ จ ปูรฺณํ มฺฤทุตฺวํ ปฺรกาศเยยุศฺเจติ ตานฺ อาทิศฯ

3 For we were once ourselves also without intelligence, disobedient, wandering in error, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, [and] hating one another.

ยต: ปูรฺวฺวํ วยมปิ นิรฺพฺโพธา อนาชฺญาคฺราหิโณ ภฺรานฺตา นานาภิลาษาณำ สุขานาญฺจ ทาเสยา ทุษฺฏเตฺวรฺษฺยาจาริโณ ฆฺฤณิตา: ปรสฺปรํ เทฺวษิณศฺจาภวาม: ฯ

4 But when the kindness and love to man of our Saviour God appeared,

กินฺตฺวสฺมากํ ตฺราตุรีศฺวรสฺย ยา ทยา มรฺตฺตฺยานำ ปฺรติ จ ยา ปฺรีติสฺตสฺยา: ปฺราทุรฺภาเว ชาเต

5 not on the principle of works which [have been done] in righteousness which we had done, but according to his own mercy he saved us through [the] washing of regeneration and renewal of [the] Holy Spirit,

วยมฺ อาตฺมกฺฤเตโภฺย ธรฺมฺมกรฺมฺมภฺยสฺตนฺนหิ กินฺตุ ตสฺย กฺฤปาต: ปุนรฺชนฺมรูเปณ ปฺรกฺษาลเนน ปฺรวิตฺรสฺยาตฺมโน นูตนีกรเณน จ ตสฺมาตฺ ปริตฺราณำ ปฺราปฺตา:

6 which he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;

ส จาสฺมากํ ตฺราตฺรา ยีศุขฺรีษฺเฏนาสฺมทุปริ ตมฺ อาตฺมานํ ปฺรจุรเตฺวน วฺฤษฺฏวานฺฯ

7 that, having been justified by his grace, we should become heirs according to [the] hope of eternal life. (aiōnios g166)

อิตฺถํ วยํ ตสฺยานุคฺรเหณ สปุณฺยีภูย ปฺรตฺยาศยานนฺตชีวนสฺยาธิการิโณ ชาตา: ฯ (aiōnios g166)

8 The word [is] faithful, and I desire that thou insist strenuously on these things, that they who have believed God may take care to pay diligent attention to good works. These things are good and profitable to men.

วากฺยเมตทฺ วิศฺวสนียมฺ อโต เหโตรีศฺวเร เย วิศฺวสิตวนฺตเสฺต ยถา สตฺกรฺมฺมาณฺยนุติษฺเฐยุสฺตถา ตานฺ ทฺฤฒมฺ อาชฺญาปเยติ มมาภิมตํฯ ตาเนฺยโวตฺตมานิ มานเวภฺย: ผลทานิ จ ภวนฺติฯ

9 But foolish questions, and genealogies, and strifes, and contentions about the law, shun; for they are unprofitable and vain.

มูเฒภฺย: ปฺรศฺนวํศาวลิวิวาเทโภฺย วฺยวสฺถายา วิตณฺฑาภฺยศฺจ นิวรฺตฺตสฺว ยตสฺตา นิษฺผลา อนรฺถกาศฺจ ภวนฺติฯ

10 An heretical man after a first and second admonition have done with,

โย ชโน พิภิตฺสุสฺตมฺ เอกวารํ ทฺวิรฺวฺวา ปฺรโพธฺย ทูรีกุรุ,

11 knowing that such a one is perverted, and sins, being self-condemned.

ยตสฺตาทฺฤโศ ชโน วิปถคามี ปาปิษฺฐ อาตฺมโทษกศฺจ ภวตีติ ตฺวยา ชฺญายตำฯ

12 When I shall send Artemas to thee, or Tychicus, use diligence to come to me to Nicopolis; for I have decided to winter there.

ยทาหมฺ อารฺตฺติมำ ตุขิกํ วา ตว สมีปํ เปฺรษยิษฺยามิ ตทา ตฺวํ นีกปเลา มม สมีปมฺ อาคนฺตุํ ยตสฺว ยตสฺตไตฺรวาหํ ศีตกาลํ ยาปยิตุํ มติมฺ อการฺษํฯ

13 Zenas the lawyer and Apollos set forward diligently on their way, that nothing may be lacking to them;

วฺยวสฺถาปก: สีนา อาปลฺลุศฺไจตโย: กสฺยาปฺยภาโว ยนฺน ภเวตฺ ตทรฺถํ เตา ยตฺเนน ตฺวยา วิสฺฤเชฺยตำฯ

14 and let ours also learn to apply themselves to good works for necessary wants, that they may not be unfruitful.

อปรมฺ อสฺมทียโลกา ยนฺนิษฺผลา น ภเวยุสฺตทรฺถํ ปฺรโยชนีโยปการายา สตฺกรฺมฺมาณฺยนุษฺฐาตุํ ศิกฺษนฺตำฯ

15 All with me salute thee. Salute those who love us in [the] faith. Grace [be] with you all.

มม สงฺคิน: สเวฺว ตฺวำ นมสฺกุรฺวฺวเตฯ เย วิศฺวาสาทฺ อสฺมาสุ ปฺรียนฺเต ตานฺ นมสฺกุรุ; สรฺเวฺวษุ ยุษฺมาสฺวนุคฺรโห ภูยาตฺฯ อาเมนฺฯ
