Romans 9
1 I say [the] truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience bearing witness with me in [the] Holy Spirit,
၁ငါ့ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ်သိ သော စိတ်သည် သန့်ရှင်း သော ဝိညာဉ် တော်နှင့်တကွ ငါ့ ဘက်၌ သက်သေခံ လျက်၊ ငါသည်မုသာ မ ပါ၊ ခရစ်တော် ရှေ့၌ မှန်ကန် စွာ ပြော သည်ကား၊
2 that I have great grief and uninterrupted pain in my heart,
၂ငါ သည် အလွန် ဝမ်းနည်း ခြင်းရှိ ၏။ စိတ် နှလုံး ထဲ၌ မခြားမလပ် ပူပန် ခြင်းဝေဒနာရှိ၏။
3 for I have wished, I myself, to be a curse from the Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen, according to flesh;
၃အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ဇာတိ အားဖြင့် ငါ့ အမျိုးသား ချင်းဖြစ်သော ငါ့ ညီအစ်ကို တို့အတွက် ၊ ငါ သည်ကိုယ်တိုင် ခရစ်တော် နှင့် ခွာ ၍ ကျိန် ခြင်းကိုခံချင်လောက်အောင် စိတ် ရှိ၏။
4 who are Israelites; whose [is] the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the law-giving, and the service, and the promises;
၄ထိုသူ တို့သည် ဣသရေလ လူဖြစ် ၍၊ သား အရာ၌ ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းနှင့်၎င်း ၊ ဘုန်း အာနုဘော်တော်နှင့်၎င်း ၊ ပဋိညာဉ် တရားတို့နှင့်၎င်း ၊ ပညတ် တရားထားခြင်းနှင့် ၎င်း ၊ ဝတ်ပြု ခြင်းနှင့်၎င်း ၊ ဂတိ တော်တို့နှင့်၎င်း၊ ဆိုင်ကြ၏။
5 whose [are] the fathers; and of whom, as according to flesh, [is] the Christ, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
၅ဘိုးဘေး များတို့နှင့်ဆက်နွယ်သောသူလည်း ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ခရစ်တော် သည်လည်း ၊ ဇာတိ အမျိုးအားဖြင့် ထိုသူ တို့၏ အမျိုးဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုခရစ်တော် သည်လည်း ခပ်သိမ်း သောအရာတို့ကို အစိုးရ တော်မူ၍ ထာဝရ မင်္ဂလာ ရှိ တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အာမင် (aiōn g165)
6 Not however as though the word of God had failed; for not all [are] Israel which [are] of Israel;
၆ထိုသို့ဆိုသော်ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဂတိ တော်မ တည် ဟု ငါမဆိုလို။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ဣသရေလ နှင့် ဆက်နွယ်သော သူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ဣသရေလ လူမှန်မ ဟုတ်။
7 nor because they are seed of Abraham [are] all children: but, In Isaac shall a seed be called to thee.
၇ထိုနည်းတူအာဗြဟံ ၏ အမျိုးအနွယ် ဖြစ် သော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် အာဗြဟံ၏သား မှန်မ ဟုတ်။ ဣဇာက် ၌ သာ သင် ၏အမျိုး တည်လိမ့်မည်ဟု ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ရှိ၏။
8 That is, [they that are] the children of the flesh, these [are] not the children of God; but the children of the promise are reckoned as seed.
၈ထိုကြောင့်၊ ဇာတိ အမျိုးသားတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား မှန်မ ဟုတ်။ ဂတိ တော်နှင့်ဆိုင်သော သား တို့သည် အမျိုးအနွယ်မှန်သည်ဟု မှတ် တော်မူ၏။
9 For this word [is] of promise, According to this time I will come, and there shall be a son to Sarah.
၉ဂတိ တော်အချက် ဟူမူကား ၊ ယခု မှစ၍ကာလ အချိန်စေ့သောအခါ ၊ ငါလာ ၍ စာရာ သည် သား ကို ရ လိမ့်မည်ဟု လာသတည်း။
10 And not only [that], but Rebecca having conceived by one, Isaac our father,
၁၀ထိုမျှမက ၊ ရေဗက္ကာ သည် ငါ တို့ အဘ ဣဇာက် နှင့် စုံဘက် ၍ ပဋိသန္ဓေစွဲယူ သောအခါ ၊
11 [the children] indeed being not yet born, or having done anything good or worthless (that the purpose of God according to election might abide, not of works, but of him that calls),
၁၁ဘုရားသခင် ရွေးကောက် တော်မူခြင်းနှင့် ယှဉ်သောအကြံ တော်သည် အကျင့်အားဖြင့် မ တည် ၊ ခေါ် တော်မူသော သူ ၏အလိုတော်အားဖြင့် တည်မည် အကြောင်း ၊ သားမ ဘွား မှီ ၊ ထိုသားတို့သည် ကောင်း သောအကျင့်၊ မ ကောင်းသောအကျင့်ကိုမကျင့် မှီ၊
12 it was said to her, The greater shall serve the less:
၁၂သားအကြီး သည် သားအငယ် ၌ ကျွန် ခံရလိမ့်မည်ဟု ထိုမိန်းမ အားဗျာဒိတ် ပေးတော်မူ၏။
13 according as it is written, I have loved Jacob, and I have hated Esau.
၁၃ထိုသို့နှင့်အညီ၊ ယာကုပ် ကိုငါချစ် ၏။ ဧသော ကို မုန်း ၏ဟု ကျမ်းစာ လာသတည်း။
14 What shall we say then? [Is there] unrighteousness with God? Far be the thought.
၁၄သို့ဖြစ်၍ ၊ အဘယ်သို့ ပြော ရမည်နည်း။ ဘုရားသခင် သည် မတရား သောအမှုကို ပြုတော်မူသလော။ ထိုသို့မ ပြောရ
15 For he says to Moses, I will shew mercy to whom I will shew mercy, and I will feel compassion for whom I will feel compassion.
၁၅ဘုရားသခင်က၊ ငါသည်ကျေးဇူး ပြုလိုသောသူ ကိုကျေးဇူး ပြုမည်။ သနား လိုသောသူ ကိုလည်း သနား မည်ဟု မောရှေ ကို မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
16 So then [it is] not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shews mercy.
၁၆ထိုကြောင့် ၊ လိုချင် သောသူ သည် တတ်နိုင်သည် မ ဟုတ်။ ပြေး သောသူ သည်လည်း တတ်နိုင်သည်မ ဟုတ်။ ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင် သာလျှင် တတ်နိုင်တော်မူ၏။
17 For the scripture says to Pharaoh, For this very thing I have raised thee up from amongst [men], that I might thus shew in thee my power, and so that my name should be declared in all the earth.
၁၇ကျမ်းစာ ၌ ဖာရော ဘုရင်ကိုဆိုသည်ကား၊ ငါ့ တန်ခိုး ကို သင် ၌ ငါပြ ခြင်းငှာ ၎င်း ၊ ငါ့ နာမ ကို မြေကြီး တပြင်လုံး တွင် ကျော်စော စေခြင်းငှာ ၎င်း၊ သင့် ကို ချီးမြှောက် ခဲ့ပြီဟု ဆို သတည်း။
18 So then, to whom he will he shews mercy, and whom he will he hardens.
၁၈ထိုသို့နှင့်အညီ၊ ကျေးဇူးပြုလို သောသူ ကို ကျေးဇူး ပြုတော်မူ၏။ ခိုင်မာစေလို သောသူ ကိုလည်း ခိုင်မာ စေတော်မူ၏။
19 Thou wilt say to me then, Why does he yet find fault? for who resists his purpose?
၁၉သို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည်အဘယ်ကြောင့် အပြစ်တင် တော်မူသေး သနည်း။ အဘယ်သူ သည် အလို တော်ကို ဆီးတား ဘူးသနည်းဟု ဆို မည်လော။
20 Aye, but thou, O man, who art thou that answerest again to God? Shall the thing formed say to him that has formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?
၂၀ဘုရားသခင် ကို ငြင်းဆန် သော အချင်း လူ ၊ သင် သည်ကား အဘယ်သူ နည်း။ လုပ်အပ် သော အရာ သည် လုပ် တတ်သောသူ အား၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် ငါ့ ကို ဤသို့ လုပ် သနည်းဟု ဆို ရမည်လော။
21 Or has not the potter authority over the clay, out of the same lump to make one vessel to honour, and another to dishonour?
၂၁အိုးထိန်း သမားသည် အိုးမြေကို ပိုင် သည် မ ဟုတ်လော။ အိုး မြေတပုံ တည်း နှင့် အိုး မြတ် ၊ အိုးယုတ် ကို လုပ် ပိုင်သည်မဟုတ်လော။
22 And if God, minded to shew his wrath and to make his power known, endured with much long-suffering vessels of wrath fitted for destruction;
၂၂ဘုရားသခင် သည် မိမိ အမျက် တော်ကိုပြ ၍ ၊ တန်ခိုး တော်ကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှာအလို တော်ရှိလျက်၊ ပျက်စီး ခြင်းအဘို့ ပြင်ဆင် သော အမျက် ရာအိုး များတို့ကို အလွန် သည်းခံ ခြင်းခန္တီနှင့်သည်းခံ တော်မူသည် မှန်လျှင် အဘယ်ပြောဘွယ်ရှိအံ့နည်း။
23 and that he might make known the riches of his glory upon vessels of mercy, which he had before prepared for glory,
၂၃ချီးမြှောက် ခြင်းအဘို့ ပြင်ဆင် တော်မူနှင့်သော ကရုဏာ ခံရာ အိုး များတည်းဟူသော၊
24 us, whom he has also called, not only from amongst [the] Jews, but also from amongst [the] nations?
၂၄ယုဒ အမျိုးသားတို့အထဲ မှသာ မ ဟုတ်၊ တစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့အထဲ မှ ပရောဖက်ဟောရှေဆိုသည်အတိုင်း ခေါ် တော်မူသောငါတို့၌ ဘုန်း အာနုဘော်တော် ကြွယ်ဝ ခြင်းကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှာ ပြုတော်မူသည် မှန်လျှင်၊ အဘယ်ပြောဘွယ်ရှိအံ့နည်း။
25 As he says also in Hosea, I will call not-my-people My people; and the-not-beloved Beloved.
၂၅ဟောရှေ ၏ ကျမ်းစာ၌ လာ သည်ကား၊ ငါ ၏ လူ မ ဟုတ်သော သူ ကိုငါ ၏လူ ဟူ၍ငါခေါ် မည်။ မ ချစ် သော သတို့သမီး ကိုလည်း အချစ် ဟူ၍ငါခေါ်မည်။
26 And it shall be, in the place where it was said to them, Ye [are] not my people, there shall they be called Sons of [the] living God.
၂၆သင်တို့သည်ငါ ၏လူ မ ဟုတ် ဟုပြောဆို ရာ အရပ် ၌ နေ သောသူ တို့သည်၊ အသက် ရှင်တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား ဟု ခေါ်ဝေါ် ခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု လာသတည်း။
27 But Esaias cries concerning Israel, Should the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, the remnant shall be saved:
၂၇ပရောဖက်ဟေရှာယ သည်လည်း ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ရည်မှတ် ၍ ကြွေးကြော် သည်ကား၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့သည် သမုဒ္ဒရာ သဲလုံး နှင့်အမျှ များ သော်လည်း ၊ ကြွင်း သောသူ တို့သာလျှင်ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
28 for [he] is bringing the matter to an end, and [cutting [it] short in righteousness; because] a cutting short of the matter will [the] Lord accomplish upon the earth.
၂၈အမှု တော်ကို တရားသဖြင့် ပြီးစီး စေခြင်းငှာဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူမည်။ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည်မြေ ပေါ်မှာ ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူသော အမှုကို ပြုတော်မူလိမ့်မည်ဟု ဆိုသတည်း။
29 And according as Esaias said before, Unless [the] Lord of hosts had left us a seed, we had been as Sodom, and made like even as Gomorrha.
၂၉ထိုသို့ နှင့်အညီ၊ ဟေရှာယ သည် အထက် က ဆိုပြန်သည်ကား၊ ကောင်းကင် ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင်ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည်ငါ တို့၌ မျိုးစေ့ ကို ကြွင်း စေတော်မ မူလျှင် ၊ ငါတို့သည်သောဒုံ မြို့ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် ၍ ဂေါမောရ မြို့နှင့် တူ ကြပြီ။
30 What then shall we say? That [they of the] nations, who did not follow after righteousness, have attained righteousness, but [the] righteousness that is on the principle of faith.
၃၀ထိုကြောင့် ၊ အဘယ်သို့ ပြော ရမည်နည်းဟူမူကား ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို မှီအောင် မ လိုက် သောတစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို မှီ ကြ၏။ ထိုသို့ဆိုသော်၊ ယုံကြည် ခြင်းအားဖြင့် မှီ သောဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို ဆိုလိုသတည်း။
31 But Israel, pursuing after a law of righteousness, has not attained to [that] law.
၃၁ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရား ကိုမှီအောင်လိုက် သော ဣသရေလ လူတို့မူကား၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းတရား ကို မ မှီ ကြ။
32 Wherefore? Because [it was] not on the principle of faith, but as of works. They have stumbled at the stumblingstone,
၃၂အဘယ်ကြောင့် မမှီကြသနည်း။ ယုံကြည် ခြင်း အားဖြင့် မ လိုက်၊ ပညတ်တရား၏ အကျင့် အားဖြင့် သာ လိုက်ကြ သတည်း။
33 according as it is written, Behold, I place in Zion a stone of stumbling and rock of offence: and he that believes on him shall not be ashamed.
၃၃ကျမ်းစာ၌လာ သည်ကား ၊ ထိမိ ၍ လဲစရာ ကျောက် ၊ မှားယွင်း စရာကျောက် ကို ဇိအုန် တောင်ပေါ်မှာ ငါချထား ၏။ ထိုကျောက် ကို အမှီပြု သောသူ မည်သည်ကား၊ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းမ ရှိ နိုင်ရာဟုလာသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ထိုကျောက်ကို ဣသရေလလူတို့သည် ထိမိ၍ လဲကြ၏။
