< Romans 11 >
1 I say then, Has God cast away his people? Far be the thought. For I also am an Israelite, of [the] seed of Abraham, of [the] tribe of Benjamin.
Adunadi eina hang-i, Tengban Mapuna mahakki misingbu hundokpirabra? Tasengna madu natte! Ei isamak Israel macha amani, Abraham-gi charol surolni, Benjamin-gi salaidagini.
2 God has not cast away his people whom he foreknew. Know ye not what the scripture says in [the history of] Elias, how he pleads with God against Israel?
Tengban Mapuna ahoubadagi khankhraba mahakki misingbu hundokpide. Elijah-gi maramda Mapugi puyana kari haibage haiba nakhoina khangdra-- madudi mahakna Israel-gi misinggi mathakta Tengban Mapugi maphamda hanggatchakhi:
3 Lord, they have killed thy prophets, they have dug down thine altars; and I have been left alone, and they seek my life.
“MAPU IBUNGO, makhoina Ibungogi wa phongdokpa maichousing hatkhre aduga nahakki latnapungsing thugaikhre; ei ithanta ngaihoure, aduga makhoina eibu hatnaba hotnari.”
4 But what says the divine answer to him? I have left to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed knee to Baal.
Maduda Tengban Mapuna mangonda kari paokhum pikhibage? “Baal-da khuru khudak kundriba nupa lising taret khaaktuna eina eigidamak thamle.”
5 Thus, then, in the present time also there has been a remnant according to election of grace.
Adugumduna houjiksu Tengban Mapugi thoujalna khandokpa khara leiri.
6 But if by grace, no longer of works: since [otherwise] grace is no more grace.
Mahakki thoujalna khandokpiba oirabadi, makhoina toukhiba thabakki maramna oiba yade; madu oiramlabadi thoujal adu thoujal oiramloi.
7 What [is it] then? What Israel seeks for, that he has not obtained; but the election has obtained, and the rest have been blinded,
Adunadi karino? Israel-gi misingna thiriba adu makhoina phangdre. Tengban Mapuna khanggatpiba makhoi kharatana madu phangle; atei pumnamak adudi mapukning kansinkhre.
8 according as it is written, God has given to them a spirit of slumber, eyes not to see, and ears not to hear, unto this day.
Mapugi puyada asumna ikhibagumbani, “Tengban Mapuna makhoigi wakhal amadi thammoibu tanthahalle; ngasiphaoba makhoina tabasu ubasu ngamdre.”
9 And David says, Let their table be for a snare, and for a gin, and for a fall-trap, and for a recompense to them:
Aduga David-na hai, “Makhoigi chakkhangbasing aduna makhoibu phaaba amadi langda thuhanba oisanu; makhoi tuba oisanu, makhoi cheirak phangba oisanu!
10 let their eyes be darkened not to see, and bow down their back alway.
Makhoi uba ngamdanaba makhoigi mamit mamsinba oisanu; aduga matam leiba khibikta awaba potlumna makhoigi manam polhanba oihallu.”
11 I say then, Have they stumbled in order that they might fall? Far be the thought: but by their fall [there is] salvation to the nations to provoke them to jealousy.
Adunadi eina amukka hang-i: Semba yaroidaba phibhamda makhoi tukhrabra? Tasengna madu natte! Makhoina pap toubagi maramna Jihudi nattaba phurupsingda aran-khubham thungle madu Israel-gi misingbu kallak-hananabani.
12 But if their fall [be the] world's wealth, and their loss [the] wealth of [the] nations, how much rather their fulness?
Makhoina pap toubana taibangpanda yaipha thoujal pubirakpa oirabadi aduga makhoigi maithibana Jihudi nattaba phurupsingda yaipha thoujal pubirakpa oirabadi, makhoi pumnamakpu tinsinlakpa matamdadi kayagi matik yaipha thoujal oigadaba!
13 For I speak to you, the nations, inasmuch as I am apostle of nations, I glorify my ministry;
Jihudi nattaba nakhoida eina hairibani: eina Jihudi nattabasingda pakhonchatpa oiribamakhei, eina toujaba thougal asida eina chaothokchagani.
14 if by any means I shall provoke to jealousy [them which are] my flesh, and shall save some from among them.
Yarabadi eigi phurupki misingbu kallak-hallaga, makhoi kharadang oirabasu kanbiba yananabani.
15 For if their casting away [be the] world's reconciliation, what [their] reception but life from among [the] dead?
Makhoibu hundokpana taibangpan-gi taisinnabiba oirabadi, makhoibu lousinba adudi sibadagi hinggatpa nattana kari oigani?
16 Now if the first-fruit [be] holy, the lump also; and if the root [be] holy, the branches also.
Anoiba yam matumdagi saruk ama Tengban Mapuda katlabadi lemhouba saruk pumnamak adusu Ibungogi oire; u-pal amagi maru adu Tengban Mapuda katlabadi, masasing adusu Ibungogi oire.
17 Now if some of the branches have been broken out, and thou, being a wild olive tree, hast been grafted in amongst them, and hast become a fellow-partaker of the root and of the fatness of the olive tree,
Chorophon pambigi usa khara kakthatlaga, lamgi chorophon pambigi masa amabu kolom semduna hapchille. Jihudi nattaba nakhoi lamgi chorophon pambiga pangkhakni, Jihudisinggi akanba thawaigi punsi adugi saruk nakhoina phangle.
18 boast not against the branches; but if thou boast, [it is] not thou bearest the root, but the root thee.
Nahakna tekkhraba usa ateising adugi mathakta usittaba touroidabani. Karamna nakhoina napan tougadouribano? Nahakti usa khakta oibani; nakhoina mara adubu puba natte, mara aduna nahakpu pubani.
19 Thou wilt say then, The branches have been broken out in order that I might be grafted in.
Adubu nahakna haigani, “Eibu kolom semba yananaba masasing adu kakthatkhibani.”
20 Right: they have been broken out through unbelief, and thou standest through faith. Be not high-minded, but fear:
Madu achumbani. Makhoina thajadabagi maramna makhoibu kakthatkhibani, nahakti thajabagi maramna mapham aduda leire. Adubu chaothokpa touganu, madugi mahutta kiyu.
21 if God indeed has not spared the natural branches; lest it might be he spare not thee either.
Tengban Mapuna mahousagi oiba usasing haibadi Jihudising adubu khakpidrabadi, Ibungo mahakna nahakpu khakpigani khanbra?
22 Behold then [the] goodness and severity of God: upon them who have fallen, severity; upon thee goodness of God, if thou shalt abide in goodness, since [otherwise] thou also wilt be cut away.
Maram aduna Tengban Mapugi thoujal heiba amasung sathiba adu khanduna yeng-u; tukhibasinggidamak sathiba, adubu nahakna Ibungogi thoujalda lengdana leirabadi, Ibungogi thoujal nangonda leigani. Nattrabadi, nahakpusu kakthatkhigani.
23 And they too, if they abide not in unbelief, shall be grafted in; for God is able again to graft them in.
Aduga makhoina thajadaba adu thadoklabadi, makhoi amuk hanna kolom sembigani; maramdi madu Tengban Mapuna touba ngam-i.
24 For if thou hast been cut out of the olive tree wild by nature, and, contrary to nature, hast been grafted into the good olive tree, how much rather shall they, who are according to nature be grafted into their own olive tree?
Jihudi nattaba nakhoidi kaklaga, mahousaga onna-teinabada ingkholgi chorophon pambida kolom semlaba lamgi chorophon masasinggumbani. Jihudisingdi ingkholgi pambisinggumbani; kakthatkhraba masasing oiriba makhoibu masamakki chorophon pambida amuk hanna Tengban Mapuna kolom sembibada yamna henna laiba oigani!
25 For I do not wish you to be ignorant, brethren, of this mystery, that ye may not be wise in your own conceits, that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the nations be come in;
Eigi ichil-inaosa, athuppa asigi maramda nakhoina khangdaba eina pamde, nattrabadi nakhoi nawanglakpa yai: Israel-gi misingna thammoi kanba adu matam pumnamakki oiba natte madu atoppa phurupsingna masing suna Tengban Mapugi maphamda changlaktriba phaobagi matam adu phaobatani.
26 and so all Israel shall be saved. According as it is written, The deliverer shall come out of Zion; he shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob.
Asumna Israel pumnamakpu kanbigani. Masi Mapugi puyada ikhibagumnani, “Kanbiba Mapu adu Zion-dagi lakkani, aduga Jacob-ki charol suroldagi phattaba pumnamak louthokpigani.
27 And this is the covenant from me to them, when I shall have taken away their sins.
Eina makhoigi papsing louthokpiba matamda, eina makhoiga walepnaba asi lepkani.”
28 As regards the glad tidings, [they are] enemies on your account; but as regards election, beloved on account of the fathers.
Aphaba Paogi maramda, makhoi nakhoigi maramgidamak yeknabasingni; adubu khandokpagi maramda ipa ipusinggi maramgidamak makhoidi nungsibibasingni.
29 For the gifts and the calling of God [are] not subject to repentance.
Maramdi Tengban Mapugi khudolsing amasung mahakki koubiba adu hongba leite.
30 For as indeed ye [also] once have not believed in God, but now have been objects of mercy through the unbelief of these;
Jihudi nattaba nakhoigidamakti matam amada nakhoi Tengban Mapuna haiba illamde, adubu houjikti Jihudisingna haiba indabagi maramna nakhoina chanbiba phangjare,
31 so these also have now not believed in your mercy, in order that they also may be objects of mercy.
matou asumna, nakhoina phangba chanbiba adugi maramna makhoinasu Tengban Mapugi chanbiba phangnanaba makhoina houjik haiba indaba oire.
32 For God hath shut up together all in unbelief, in order that he might shew mercy to all. (eleēsē )
Maramdi Tengban Mapuna mioi pumnamakta chanbiba utnaba mahakna mioi pumnamakpu haiba indabadagi phadok oihalle. (eleēsē )
33 O depth of riches both of [the] wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable his judgments, and untraceable his ways!
Tengban Mapugi lan kayada chaokhrabano! Ibungogi lousing amasung khangba kayada lukhrabano! Kanana mahakki warepsingbu sandokna takpa ngamgani? Kanana mahakki lambibu wakhal taba ngamgani?
34 For who has known [the] mind of [the] Lord, or who has been his counsellor?
Mapugi puyana asumna hai, “Kanana MAPU IBUNGO-gi wakhal khangbage? Kanana Ibungoda paotak piba ngamgani?
35 or who has first given to him, and it shall be rendered to him?
Ibungona amuk singlaknaba, Ibungoda karigumba amata pikhiba kana leibage?”
36 For of him, and through him, and for him [are] all things: to him be glory for ever. Amen. (aiōn )
Maramdi pot pumnamak Ibungona semkhibani aduga pot pumnamak Ibungogi mapanna amadi Ibungogidamak leibani. Matik mangal matam pumnamakki oina Tengban Mapugi oirasanu! Amen. (aiōn )
