Romans 10
1 Brethren, the delight of my own heart and my supplication which [I address] to God for them is for salvation.

2 For I bear them witness that they have zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.
Чүнки шуниңға гувалиқ беримәнки, уларниң Худаға һәқиқәтәнму қизғин интилиши бар, бирақ уларниң интилиши һәқиқий билим үстигә қурулған әмәс.
3 For they, being ignorant of God's righteousness, and seeking to establish their own [righteousness], have not submitted to the righteousness of God.
Чүнки улар Худаниң һәққанийлиғини билмигәчкә, униң орниға өзлириниң һәққанийлиғини тикләшкә тиришип, Худаниң һәққанийлиғиға бойсунмиди.
4 For Christ is [the] end of law for righteousness to every one that believes.
Чүнки Тәврат қануниниң нишан-мәхсити Мәсиһниң Өзидур; шуниң билән етиқат қилғучиларниң һәр бири үчүн һәққанийлиқ бар болди.
5 For Moses lays down in writing the righteousness which is of the law, The man who has practised those things shall live by them.
Чүнки Тәврат қануниға әмәл қилиштин кәлгән һәққанийлиқ һәққидә Муса пәйғәмбәр мундақ язған; «Қанунниң әмирлиригә әмәл қилғанлар шу ишлиридин һаятлиқ тапиду».
6 But the righteousness of faith speaks thus: Do not say in thine heart, Who shall ascend to the heavens? that is, to bring Christ down;
Лекин етиқаттин болған һәққанийлиқ мундақ дәйду: — «Көңлүңдә: — «Ким асманға чиқар?» (йәни «Ким Мәсиһни асмандин елип чүшүрәр?»)
7 or, Who shall descend into the abyss? that is, to bring up Christ from among [the] dead. (Abyssos g12)
вә яки «Һаң тегигә ким чүшәр?» (йәни «Мәсиһни өлүмдин ким қайтурар?») — демигин». (Abyssos g12)
8 But what says it? The word is near thee, in thy mouth and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach:
Әнди шу [һәққанийлиқ] немә дәйду? — «Сөз-калам саңа йеқиндур, тилиңда вә дилиңдидур!» — бу сөз-калам дәл биз җакалайдиған етиқатниң сөзидур.
9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth Jesus as Lord, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from among [the] dead, thou shalt be saved.
Демәк, «Әйсаниң Рәб екәнлигини ағзиң билән етирап қилсаң вә қәлбиңдә Худаниң уни өлүкләр арисидин тирилдүргәнлигигә ишәнсәң, қутқузулисән»!
10 For with [the] heart is believed to righteousness; and with [the] mouth confession made to salvation.
Чүнки инсан қәлбидә етиқат қилиш билән һәққаний қилиниду, еғизида етирап қилиш билән ниҗатқа еришиду.
11 For the scripture says, No one believing on him shall be ashamed.
Муқәддәс язмиларда дейилгәндәк; «Униңға етиқат қилғучиниң һәр бири һәргиз йәргә қаритилмас».
12 For there is no difference of Jew and Greek; for the same Lord of all [is] rich towards all that call upon him.
Чүнки бу җәһәттә Йәһудийлар билән Грекларниң пәрқи йоқ; һәр иккисиниң Рәбби һәмминиң Рәббидур вә Өзигә нида қилғанларниң һәммисигә мол байлиқлирини айимайду.
13 For every one whosoever, who shall call on the name of the Lord, shall be saved.
Чүнки: «Кимдиким Рәбниң намини чақирип нида қилса қутқузулиду».
14 How then shall they call upon him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe on him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without one who preaches?
Лекин Рәбгә ишәнмигән киши қандақму Униңға нида қилалисун? У тоғрилиқ аңлимиған киши қандақму Униңға ишәнсун? Хуш хәвәр җакалиғучи болмиса, улар уни қандақму аңлиялисун?
15 and how shall they preach unless they have been sent? according as it is written, How beautiful the feet of them that announce glad tidings of peace, of them that announce glad tidings of good things!
Шу җакалиғучилар әвәтилмигән болса, хуш хәвәрни қандақму йәткүзәлисун? Муқәддәс язмиларда йезилғинидәк: «Аман-хатирҗәмлик тоғрилиқ хуш хәвәрни, бәхит-саадәт тоғрилиқ хуш хәвәрни йәткүзгәнләрниң аяқлири немидегән гөзәл-һә!».
16 But they have not all obeyed the glad tidings. For Esaias says, Lord, who has believed our report?
Бирақ, худди Йәшая [пәйғәмбәрниң] «И Пәрвәрдигар, бизниң хәвиримизгә кимму ишәнди?» дегинидәк һәммә адәм хуш хәвәргә итаәт қилған әмәс.
17 So faith then [is] by a report, but the report by God's word.
Шуңа етиқат хәвәрни аңлаштин келиду вә шу хәвәр Мәсиһ тоғрилиқ сөздә аңлитилиду.
18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yea, surely, Their voice has gone out into all the earth, and their words to the extremities of the habitable world.
Лекин шуни сораймәнки, улар шу хәвәрни аңлимиғанмиду? Әлвәттә аңлиди: — «Уларниң садаси пүткүл дунияға, Сөзлири йәр йүзиниң қәрлиригә йәтти».
19 But I say, Has not Israel known? First, Moses says, I will provoke you to jealousy through [them that are] not a nation: through a nation without understanding I will anger you.
Йәнә шуни сораймәнки, Исраиллар [шу хәвәрдин] вақип болмиғанмиду? Алди билән, Муса [Исраилға] мундақ бешарәт бәргән: — ««Һеч хәлиқ әмәс» болған бир хәлиқ арқилиқ силәрдә һәсәт қозғаймән, Надан бир хәлиқ арқилиқ ғәзивиңларни қозғаймән».
20 But Esaias is very bold, and says, I have been found by those not seeking me; I have become manifest to those not inquiring after me.
Кейин, Йәшая пәйғәмбәр интайин жүрәклик һалда шу бешарәтни берип: — «Өзүмгә интилмигәнләргә Өзүмни тапқуздум, Мени соримиғанларға Өзүм көрүндүм» — деди.
21 But unto Israel he says, All the day long I have stretched out my hands unto a people disobeying and opposing.
Лекин, У Исраиллар һәққидә: — «Мән күн бойи бу итаәтсиз вә тәрса хәлиққә қоллиримни узитип интилип кәлдим!» — дәйду.
