Psalms 87

1 Of the sons of Korah. A Psalm. A Song. His foundation is in the mountains of holiness.

Što je sam osnovao na gorama svetijem,

2 Jehovah loveth the gates of Zion more than all the habitations of Jacob.

Vrata Sionska ljubi Gospod više svijeh stanova Jakovljevijeh.

3 Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. (Selah)

Slavno kazuju za tebe, grade Božji!

4 I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon among them that know me; behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia: this [man] was born there.

“Meðu one, koji me znaju, brojiæu Misir i Vavilon. Gle i Filisteji i Tir s Etiopskom ondje su se rodili.”

5 And of Zion it shall be said, This one and that one was born in her; and the Most High himself shall establish her.

O Sionu æe se govoriti: taj se i taj rodio u njemu; sam višnji utvrðuje ga.

6 Jehovah will count, when he inscribeth the peoples, This [man] was born there. (Selah)

Gospod æe u prijepisu naroda zavikati: ovaj se rodio u njemu.

7 As well the singers as the dancers [shall say], All my springs are in thee.

I koji pjevaju i vesele se, svi su izvori moji u tebi.
