Psalms 7
1 Shiggaion of David, which he sang to Jehovah, concerning the words of Cush the Benjaminite. Jehovah my God, in thee have I trusted: save me from all my pursuers, and deliver me;
Oh SEÑOR mi Dios, puse mi fe en ti; sácame de las manos de todos los que me persiguen y hazme libre;
2 Lest he tear my soul like a lion, crushing it while there is no deliverer.
Para que no destruyan mi alma como un león, y me despedacen, sin quien haya quien me salve.
3 Jehovah my God, if I have done this, if there be iniquity in my hands;
Oh Señor mi Dios, si he hecho esto; si mis manos han hecho algo mal;
4 If I have rewarded evil to him that was at peace with me; (indeed I have freed him that without cause oppressed me; )
Si he devuelto el mal al que estaba en paz conmigo, o si he tomado algo del que estuvo en mi contra sin causa;
5 Let the enemy pursue after my soul, and take [it], and let him tread down my life to the earth, and lay my glory in the dust. (Selah)
Deja que mi enemigo vaya tras mi alma y la tome; deja que mi vida sea arrastrada en la tierra y mi honor en el polvo. (Selah)
6 Arise, Jehovah, in thine anger; lift thyself up against the raging of mine oppressors, and awake for me: thou hast commanded judgment.
Levántate, Señor, en tu ira; se levantado contra mis enemigos; Y despierta en favor mío el juicio que mandaste.
7 And the assembly of the peoples shall encompass thee; and for their sakes return thou on high.
La reunión de las naciones te rodeará; toma tu trono, entonces, sobre ellos, en lo alto.
8 Jehovah shall minister judgment to the peoples. Judge me, Jehovah, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity which is in me.
El Señor juzgará a los pueblos; júzgame, oh Señor, a causa de mi justicia, y conforme a mi integridad.
9 Oh let the wrong of the wicked come to an end, and establish thou the righteous [man]; even thou that triest the hearts and reins, the righteous God.
Ojalá el mal del malvado llegue a su fin, pero de fortaleza a los justos: porque el Dios de justicia prueba las mentes y los corazones de los hombres.
10 My shield is with God, who saveth the upright in heart.
Mi protección está en Dios, que es el salvador de los rectos de corazón.
11 God is a righteous judge, and a God who is indignant all the day.
Dios es un juez justo, y está enojado con los malvados todos los días.
12 If one turn not, he will sharpen his sword; he hath bent his bow and made it ready,
Si el hombre no se aparta de su maldad, afilará su espada; su arco está preparado y listo.
13 And he hath prepared for him instruments of death; his arrows hath he made burning.
Él preparó para él los instrumentos de la muerte; él hace sus flechas llamas de fuego.
14 Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, yea, he hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood:
Miren al malvado; concibió maldad, se preñó de iniquidad, y dio a luz mentira.
15 He digged a pit, and hollowed it out, and is fallen into the hole that he made.
Hizo un hoyo en lo profundo de la tierra, y está cayendo en el hoyo que hizo.
16 His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violence shall come down upon his own pate.
Su maldad volverá a él, y su comportamiento violento caerá sobre su cabeza.
17 I will praise Jehovah according to his righteousness, and will sing forth the name of Jehovah the Most High.
Alabaré a Jehová por su justicia; cantaré una canción al nombre del Señor Altísimo.
