Psalms 69
1 To the chief Musician. Upon Shoshannim. [A Psalm] of David. Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto [my] soul.
௧சோஷனீம் வாத்தியத்தில் வாசிக்க இராகத்தலைவனுக்கு ஒப்புவிக்கப்பட்ட தாவீதின் பாடல். தேவனே, என்னைக் காப்பாற்றும்; வெள்ளங்கள் என்னுடைய ஆத்துமாவரை பெருகிவருகிறது.
2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing; I am come into the depths of waters, and the flood overfloweth me.
௨ஆழமான உளையில் அமிழ்ந்திருக்கிறேன், நிற்க நிலையில்லை, ஆழமான தண்ணீரில் இருக்கிறேன்; வெள்ளங்கள் என்மேல் புரண்டுபோகிறது.
3 I am weary with my crying, my throat is parched; mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.
௩நான் கூப்பிடுகிறதினால் இளைத்தேன்; என்னுடைய தொண்டை வறண்டுபோனது; என் தேவனுக்கு நான் காத்திருக்கும்போது, என்னுடைய கண்கள் பூத்துப்போனது.
4 They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head; they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.
௪காரணமில்லாமல் என்னைப் பகைக்கிறவர்கள் என்னுடைய தலைமுடியிலும் அதிகமாக இருக்கிறார்கள்; வீணாக எனக்கு எதிரிகளாகி என்னை அழிக்கவேண்டும் என்றிருக்கிறவர்கள் பலத்திருக்கிறார்கள்; நான் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளாததை நான் கொடுக்கவேண்டியதானது.
5 Thou, O God, knowest my foolishness, and my trespasses are not hidden from thee.
௫தேவனே, நீர் என்னுடைய புத்தியீனத்தை அறிந்திருக்கிறீர்; என்னுடைய குற்றங்கள் உமக்கு மறைந்திருக்கவில்லை.
6 Let not them that wait on thee, Lord, Jehovah of hosts, be ashamed through me; let not those that seek thee be confounded through me, O God of Israel.
௬சேனைகளின் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவரே, உமக்காகக் காத்திருக்கிறவர்கள் என்னால் வெட்கப்பட்டுப் போகாமலிருப்பார்களாக; இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனே, உம்மைத் தேடுகிறவர்கள் என்னிமித்தம் வெட்கமடையாதிருப்பார்களாக.
7 Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; confusion hath covered my face.
௭உமக்காக நிந்தையைச் சகித்தேன்; அவமானம் என்னுடைய முகத்தை மூடினது.
8 I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's sons;
௮என்னுடைய சகோதரர்களுக்கு வேற்று மனிதனும், என்னுடைய தாயின் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு அந்நியனுமானேன்.
9 For the zeal of thy house hath devoured me, and the reproaches of them that reproach thee have fallen upon me.
௯உம்முடைய வீட்டைக்குறித்து உண்டான பக்திவைராக்கியம் எனக்குள் பற்றியெரிந்தது; உம்மை நிந்திக்கிறவர்களுடைய நிந்தனைகள் என்மேல் விழுந்தது.
10 And I wept, my soul was fasting: that also was to my reproach; —
௧0என்னுடைய ஆத்துமா வாடும்படி உபவாசித்து அழுதேன்; அதுவும் எனக்கு நிந்தையாக முடிந்தது.
11 And I made sackcloth my garment: then I became a proverb to them.
௧௧சணலாடையை என்னுடைய உடையாக்கினேன்; அப்பொழுதும் அவர்களுக்குப் பழமொழியானேன்.
12 They that sit in the gate talk of me, and [I am] the song of the drunkards.
௧௨வாசலில் உட்கார்ந்திருக்கிறவர்கள் எனக்கு விரோதமாகப் பேசுகிறார்கள்; மதுபானம் குடிக்கிறவர்களின் பாடலானேன்.
13 But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, Jehovah, in an acceptable time: O God, in the abundance of thy loving-kindness answer me, according to the truth of thy salvation:
௧௩ஆனாலும் யெகோவாவே, உதவிக்காலத்திலே உம்மை நோக்கி விண்ணப்பம்செய்கிறேன்; தேவனே, உமது மிகுந்த கிருபையினாலும் உமது இரட்சிப்பின் சத்தியத்தினாலும் எனக்குச் செவிகொடுத்தருளும்.
14 Deliver me out of the mire, let me not sink; let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the depths of waters.
௧௪நான் அமிழ்ந்து போகாதபடிக்குச் சேற்றிலிருந்து என்னைத் தூக்கிவிடும்; என்னைப் பகைக்கிறவர்களிடத்திலிருந்தும் ஆழமான தண்ணீர்களில் இருந்தும் நான் நீங்கும்படி செய்யும்.
15 Let not the flood of waters overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up; and let not the pit shut its mouth upon me.
௧௫வெள்ளங்கள் என்மேல் புரளாமலும், ஆழம் என்னை விழுங்காமலும், பாதாளம் என்மேல் தன்னுடைய வாயை அடைத்துக்கொள்ளாமலும் இருப்பதாக.
16 Answer me, O Jehovah; for thy loving-kindness is good: according to the abundance of thy tender mercies, turn toward me;
௧௬யெகோவாவே, என்னுடைய விண்ணப்பத்தைக் கேட்டருளும், உம்முடைய தயை நலமாயிருக்கிறது; உமது உருக்கமான இரக்கங்களின்படி என்னைக் கண்ணோக்கியருளும்.
17 And hide not thy face from thy servant, for I am in trouble: answer me speedily.
௧௭உமது முகத்தை உமது அடியேனுக்கு மறையாதேயும்; நான் வியாகுலப்படுகிறேன், எனக்குத் தீவிரமாகச் செவிகொடுத்தருளும்.
18 Draw nigh unto my soul, be its redeemer; ransom me because of mine enemies.
௧௮நீர் என் ஆத்துமாவினிடத்தில் வந்து அதை விடுதலைசெய்யும்; என்னுடைய எதிரிகளுக்காக என்னை மீட்டுவிடும்.
19 Thou knowest my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.
௧௯தேவனே நீர் என்னுடைய நிந்தையையும் என்னுடைய வெட்கத்தையும் என்னுடைய அவமானத்தையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறீர்; என்னுடைய எதிரிகள் எல்லோரும் உமக்கு முன்பாக இருக்கிறார்கள்.
20 Reproach hath broken my heart, and I am overwhelmed: and I looked for sympathy, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.
௨0நிந்தை என்னுடைய இருதயத்தைப் பிளந்தது; நான் மிகவும் வேதனைப்படுகிறேன்; எனக்காக பரிதபிக்கிறவனுண்டோ என்று காத்திருந்தேன், ஒருவனும் இல்லை; தேற்றுகிறவர்களுக்குக் காத்திருந்தேன், ஒருவனும் இல்லை.
21 Yea, they gave me gall for my food, and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
௨௧என்னுடைய ஆகாரத்தில் கசப்பு கலந்து கொடுத்தார்கள், என்னுடைய தாகத்திற்குக் காடியைக் குடிக்கக் கொடுத்தார்கள்.
22 Let their table become a snare before them, and their very welfare a trap;
௨௨அவர்களுடைய பந்தி அவர்களுக்குக் கண்ணியும், அவர்களுடைய செல்வம் அவர்களுக்கு வலையுமாக இருக்கட்டும்.
23 Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not, and make their loins continually to shake.
௨௩அவர்களுடைய கண்கள் காணாதபடி இருளாகட்டும்; அவர்கள் இடுப்புகளை எப்போதும் தள்ளாடச்செய்யும்.
24 Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let the fierceness of thine anger take hold of them.
௨௪உம்முடைய கடுங்கோபத்தை அவர்கள்மேல் ஊற்றும்; உம்முடைய கோபாக்கினி அவர்களைத் தொடர்ந்து பிடிப்பதாக.
25 Let their habitation be desolate; let there be no dweller in their tents.
௨௫அவர்கள் குடியிருப்பு பாழாகட்டும்; அவர்களுடைய கூடாரங்களில் குடியில்லாமற்போவதாக.
26 For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten, and they talk for the sorrow of those whom thou hast wounded.
௨௬தேவனே நீர் அடித்தவனை அவர்கள் துன்பப்படுத்தி, நீர் காயப்படுத்தினவர்களை நோகப் பேசுகிறார்களே.
27 Add iniquity unto their iniquity, and let them not come into thy righteousness.
௨௭அக்கிரமத்தின்மேல் அக்கிரமத்தை அவர்கள்மேல் சுமத்தும், அவர்கள் உமது நீதிக்கு வந்தெட்டாதிருப்பார்களாக.
28 Let them be blotted out of the book of life, and not be written with the righteous.
௨௮ஜீவபுத்தகத்திலிருந்து அவர்கள் பெயர் கிறுக்கப்பட்டுப்போவதாக; நீதிமான்கள் பெயரோடே அவர்கள் பெயர் எழுதப்படாதிருப்பதாக.
29 But I am afflicted and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me secure on high.
௨௯நானோ சிறுமையும் துயரமுமுள்ளவன்; தேவனே, உம்முடைய இரட்சிப்பு எனக்கு உயர்ந்த அடைக்கலமாவதாக.
30 I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving;
௩0தேவனுடைய பெயரைப் பாட்டினால் துதித்து, அவரை நன்றி சொல்லி மகிமைப்படுத்துவேன்.
31 And it shall please Jehovah more than an ox, — a bullock with horns and cloven hoofs.
௩௧கொம்பும் விரிகுளம்புமுள்ள காளை எருதைவிட, இதுவே யெகோவாவுக்குப் பிரியமாக இருக்கும்.
32 The meek shall see it, they shall be glad; ye that seek God, your heart shall live.
௩௨சாந்தகுணமுள்ளவர்கள் இதைக் கண்டு சந்தோஷப்படுவார்கள்; தேவனைத் தேடுகிறவர்களே, உங்களுடைய இருதயம் வாழும்.
33 For Jehovah heareth the needy, and despiseth not his prisoners.
௩௩யெகோவா எளியவர்களின் விண்ணப்பத்தைக் கேட்கிறார், கட்டுண்ட தம்முடையவர்களை அவர் புறக்கணிக்கமாட்டார்.
34 Let heavens and earth praise him; the seas, and everything that moveth therein.
௩௪வானமும் பூமியும் கடல்களும் அவைகளில் வாழ்கிற அனைத்தும் அவரைத் துதிக்கட்டும்.
35 For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah; and they shall dwell there, and possess it:
௩௫தேவன் சீயோனைக் காப்பாற்றி, யூதாவின் பட்டணங்களைக் கட்டுவார்; அப்பொழுது அங்கே குடியிருந்து அதை உரிமையாக்கிக்கொள்வார்கள்.
36 And the seed of his servants shall inherit it, and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
௩௬அவருடைய ஊழியக்காரரின் சந்ததியார் அதை உரிமையாக்கிக் கொள்வார்கள்; அவருடைய பெயரை நேசிக்கிறவர்கள் அதில் குடியிருப்பார்கள்.
