Psalms 68
1 To the chief Musician. Of David. A Psalm: a Song. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered, and let them that hate him flee before him.
ପ୍ରଧାନ ବାଦ୍ୟକର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଗାନାର୍ଥକ ଗୀତ। ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଉଠନ୍ତୁ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ; ତାହାଙ୍କ ଘୃଣାକାରୀମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରୁ ପଳାଉନ୍ତୁ।
2 As smoke is driven, thou wilt drive them away; as wax melteth before the fire, the wicked shall perish at the presence of God.
ଯେପରି ଧୂମ ଚାଳିତ ହୁଏ, ସେହିପରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚଳାଅ; ଯେପରି ଅଗ୍ନି ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ମହମ ତରଳି ଯାଏ, ସେହିପରି ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନେ ବିନଷ୍ଟ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ।
3 But the righteous shall rejoice: they shall exult before God and be glad with joy.
ମାତ୍ର ଧାର୍ମିକମାନେ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ; ସେମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଉଲ୍ଲାସ କରନ୍ତୁ; ହଁ, ସେମାନେ ଆନନ୍ଦରେ ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ।
4 Sing unto God, sing forth his name; cast up a way for him that rideth in the deserts: his name is Jah; and rejoice before him.
ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଗାନ କର, ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର; ଯେ ବାହନରେ ମରୁଭୂମି ଦେଇ ଆସୁଅଛନ୍ତି, ତାହାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ରାଜପଥ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କର; ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାମ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ଉଲ୍ଲାସ କର।
5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.
ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ପବିତ୍ର ବାସ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ପିତୃହୀନମାନଙ୍କର ପିତା ଓ ବିଧବାମାନଙ୍କର ସୁରକ୍ଷାକର୍ତ୍ତା ଅଟନ୍ତି।
6 God maketh the solitary into families; those that were bound he bringeth out into prosperity: but the rebellious dwell in a parched [land].
ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସଙ୍ଗୀହୀନମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରିବାର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ବନ୍ଦୀଗଣକୁ ବାହାର କରି କୁଶଳରେ ରଖନ୍ତି; ମାତ୍ର ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀମାନେ ଶୁଷ୍କ ଭୂମିରେ ବାସ କରନ୍ତି।
7 O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness (Selah)
ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଆଗରେ ଯିବା ବେଳେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ଦେଇ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବା ବେଳେ, (ସେଲା)
8 The earth trembled, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God, yon Sinai, at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
ପୃଥିବୀ କମ୍ପିଲା, ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ମଧ୍ୟ ବୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ କଲା; ସେହି ସୀନୟ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ କମ୍ପିଲା।
9 Thou, O God, didst pour a plentiful rain upon thine inheritance, and when it was weary thou strengthenedst it.
ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରଚୁର ବୃଷ୍ଟି ପଠାଇଲ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଅଧିକାର କ୍ଳାନ୍ତ ଥିବା ସମୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ସୁସ୍ଥିର କଲ।
10 Thy flock hath dwelt therein: thou hast prepared in thy goodness, for the afflicted, O God!
ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମାଜ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାସ କଲେ; ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଭାବରେ ଦୁଃଖୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଆୟୋଜନ କଲ।
11 The Lord gives the word: great the host of the publishers.
ପ୍ରଭୁ ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରନ୍ତି; ଶୁଭବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପ୍ରଚାରିକା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଗଣ ମହାବାହିନୀ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
12 Kings of armies flee; they flee, and she that tarrieth at home divideth the spoil.
ସୈନ୍ୟଶ୍ରେଣୀର ରାଜାଗଣ ପଳାୟନ କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ପଳାୟନ କରନ୍ତି; ପୁଣି, ଗୃହସ୍ଥିତା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଲୁଟଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗ କରେ।
13 Though ye have lain among the sheepfolds, [ye shall be as] wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with green gold.
ଯେଉଁ କପୋତର ହରିତ୍ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣ-ମଣ୍ଡିତ ଡେଣା, ତାହାର ରୌପ୍ୟ-ମଣ୍ଡିତ ପରସବୁ ପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କି ମେଷଶାଳା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶୟନ କରିବ?
14 When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it became snow-white as Zalmon.
ସଲମୋନ୍ରେ ହିମପାତ ବେଳେ ଯେପରି, ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ଦେଶରେ ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ କଲା ବେଳେ ସେପରି ହେଲା।
15 [As] mount Bashan is the mount of God, a many-peaked mountain, [as] mount Bashan.
ବାଶନର ପର୍ବତ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପର୍ବତ; ବାଶନର ପର୍ବତ ଏକ ଉଚ୍ଚ ପର୍ବତ।
16 Why do ye look with envy, ye many-peaked mountains, upon the mount that God hath desired for his abode? yea, Jehovah will dwell [there] for ever.
ହେ ଉଚ୍ଚ ପର୍ବତଗଣ, ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ନିବାସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଯେଉଁ ପର୍ବତ ବାଞ୍ଛା କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ତହିଁ ପ୍ରତି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କାହିଁକି କୁଟିଳ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି କରୁଅଛ? ଅବଶ୍ୟ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତହିଁରେ ସଦାକାଳ ବାସ କରିବେ।
17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand, thousands upon thousands; the Lord is among them: it is a Sinai in holiness.
ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ରଥ ଅୟୁତ ଅୟୁତ ଓ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲକ୍ଷ; ଯେପରି ପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନ ସୀନୟରେ, ସେପରି ସେସବୁର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।
18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts in Man, and even [for] the rebellious, for the dwelling [there] of Jah Elohim.
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱରେ ଆରୋହଣ କରିଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ବନ୍ଦୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଦୀସ୍ଥାନକୁ ନେଇଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦାନପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛ, ହଁ, ଯେପରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାସ କରିବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ହିଁ ଦାନପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛ।
19 Blessed be the Lord: day by day doth he load us [with good], the God who is our salvation. (Selah)
ଯେଉଁ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଦିନକୁ ଦିନ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଭାର ବହନ୍ତି, ସେ ଧନ୍ୟ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ; ସେହି ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରିତ୍ରାଣ। (ସେଲା)
20 Our God is the God of salvation; and with Jehovah, the Lord, are the goings forth [even] from death.
ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରେ ଉଦ୍ଧାରସାଧକ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଟନ୍ତି; ଓ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ଯିହୋବାଃ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଅଧୀନ।
21 Verily God will smite the head of his enemies, the hairy scalp of him that goeth on still in his trespasses.
ମାତ୍ର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ମସ୍ତକ ଓ ଯେଉଁ ଜନ ନିଜ ଅପରାଧରେ ଅଗ୍ରସର, ତାହାର କେଶଯୁକ୍ତ କପାଳ ବିନ୍ଧି ପକାଇବେ।
22 The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring [them] again from the depth of the sea;
ପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ, “ଆମ୍ଭେ ବାଶନରୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଆଣିବା, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଗଭୀର ସ୍ଥଳରୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଣିବା;
23 That thou mayest dip thy foot in blood: the tongue of thy dogs has its portion from enemies.
ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ରକ୍ତରେ ଆପଣା ଚରଣ ବୁଡ଼ାଇବ, ତୁମ୍ଭ କୁକ୍କୁରଗଣର ଜିହ୍ୱା ତୁମ୍ଭ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅଂଶ ପାଇବ।”
24 They have seen thy goings, O God, the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.
ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗତି, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଆମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆମ୍ଭ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ଗତି ଦେଖିଅଛନ୍ତି।
25 The singers went before, the players on stringed instruments after, in the midst of maidens playing on tabrets.
ଦାରାବାଦ୍ୟବାଦିନୀ କୁମାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗାୟକମାନେ ଆଗେ ଆଗେ, ବାଦ୍ୟକରମାନେ ପଛେ ପଛେ ଗମନ କଲେ।
26 In the congregations bless ye God, the Lord, — [ye] from the fountain of Israel.
ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଜନ-ସମାଗମ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ କର, ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ନିର୍ଝରରୁ ଜାତ ଲୋକମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ କର।
27 There is little Benjamin, their ruler; the princes of Judah, their company; the princes of Zebulun, the princes of Naphtali.
କନିଷ୍ଠ ବିନ୍ୟାମୀନ୍ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା, ଯିହୁଦାର ଅଧିପତିମାନେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଲୋକଦଳ, ସବୂଲୂନର ଅଧିପତିମାନେ, ନପ୍ତାଲିର ଅଧିପତିମାନେ ସେଠାରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।
28 Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.
ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ତୁମ୍ଭ ବଳର ଆଜ୍ଞା କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରାକ୍ରମ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରକାଶ କର, ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅତୀତରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଅଛ।
29 Because of thy temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee.
ଯିରୂଶାଲମସ୍ଥ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମନ୍ଦିର ସକାଶୁ ରାଜାଗଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ଦର୍ଶନୀ ଆଣିବେ।
30 Rebuke the beast of the reeds, the assembly of the strong, with the calves of the peoples: [every one] submitteth himself with pieces of silver. Scatter the peoples that delight in war.
ନଳବନସ୍ଥ ବନ୍ୟ ପଶୁକୁ, ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗରୂପ ଗୋବତ୍ସଗଣ ସହିତ ବୃଷସମୂହକୁ ଭର୍ତ୍ସନା କରି ରୌପ୍ୟଖଣ୍ଡସବୁ ପଦ ତଳେ ଦଳି ପକାଅ; ସେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧପ୍ରିୟ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗକୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
31 Great ones shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall quickly stretch out her hands unto God.
ମିସର ଦେଶରୁ ଅଧିପତିମାନେ ଆସିବେ; କୂଶ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ହସ୍ତ ପ୍ରସାରିବାକୁ ଚଞ୍ଚଳ ହେବ।
32 Ye kingdoms of the earth, sing unto God; sing psalms of the Lord, (Selah)
ହେ ପୃଥିବୀସ୍ଥ ରାଜ୍ୟସମୂହ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଗାନ କର; ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର; (ସେଲା)
33 Of him that rideth upon the heavens, the heavens which are of old: lo, he uttereth his voice, a mighty voice.
ଯେ ଆଦିକାଳୀନ ଉଚ୍ଚତମ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରେ ଆରୋହଣ କରନ୍ତି, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଗାନ କର; ଦେଖ, ସେ ଆପଣା ରବ, ବିକ୍ରମପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରବ ଉଚ୍ଚାରଣ କରନ୍ତି।
34 Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.
ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପରାକ୍ରମ କୀର୍ତ୍ତନ କର; ତାହାଙ୍କ ମହିମା ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଉପରେ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପରାକ୍ରମ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳରେ ରହିଅଛି।
35 Terrible art thou, O God, out of thy sanctuaries, — the God of Israel! He it is that giveth strength and might unto the people. Blessed be God!
ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପବିତ୍ର ଧାମରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଅଟ; ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆପଣା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଳ ଓ ପରାକ୍ରମ ଦିଅନ୍ତି। ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଧନ୍ୟ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ।
