Psalms 6
1 To the chief Musician. On stringed instruments, upon Sheminith. A Psalm of David. Jehovah, rebuke me not in thine anger, and chasten me not in thy hot displeasure.
സംഗീതസംവിധായകന്. തന്ത്രിനാദത്തോടെ. അഷ്ടമരാഗത്തിൽ. ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീർത്തനം. യഹോവേ, അങ്ങയുടെ കോപത്തിൽ എന്നെ ശകാരിക്കുകയോ അങ്ങയുടെ ക്രോധത്തിൽ എന്നെ ശിക്ഷിക്കുകയോ അരുതേ.
2 Be gracious unto me, Jehovah, for I am withered; Jehovah, heal me, for my bones tremble.
യഹോവേ, എന്നോടു കരുണയുണ്ടാകണമേ, ഞാൻ ക്ഷീണിതനായിരിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവേ, എന്നെ സൗഖ്യമാക്കണമേ, എന്റെ അസ്ഥികൾ കഠിനവ്യഥയിൽ ആയിരിക്കുന്നു.
3 And my soul trembleth exceedingly: and thou, Jehovah, till how long?
എന്റെ പ്രാണൻ അത്യധികം അസ്വസ്ഥമായിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇനിയും എത്രനാൾ, യഹോവേ, എത്രനാൾ?
4 Return, Jehovah, free my soul; save me for thy loving-kindness' sake.
യഹോവേ, തിരികെവന്ന് എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ മോചിപ്പിക്കണമേ, അവിടത്തെ അചഞ്ചലസ്നേഹത്താൽ എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കണമേ.
5 For in death there is no remembrance of thee; in Sheol who shall give thanks unto thee? (Sheol h7585)
മൃതരായവരാരും അങ്ങയെ ഓർക്കുന്നില്ല. പാതാളത്തിൽനിന്ന് ആര് അങ്ങയെ വാഴ്ത്തും? (Sheol h7585)
6 I am wearied with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I dissolve my couch with my tears.
എന്റെ ഞരക്കത്താൽ ഞാൻ ക്ഷീണിതനായിരിക്കുന്നു. രാത്രിമുഴുവനുമുള്ള വിലാപത്താൽ ഞാൻ എന്റെ കിടക്കയെ കണ്ണീരിൽ നീന്തിത്തുടിക്കുമാറാക്കുന്നു, എന്റെ കട്ടിൽ ഞാൻ കണ്ണീരിനാൽ കുതിർക്കുന്നു.
7 Mine eye wasteth away through grief; it hath grown old because of all mine oppressors.
സങ്കടത്താൽ എന്റെ കണ്ണുകൾ മങ്ങുന്നു; എന്റെ സകലശത്രുക്കൾനിമിത്തം അവ ബലഹീനമാകുന്നു.
8 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for Jehovah hath heard the voice of my weeping.
അതിക്രമം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവരേ, എന്നെ വിട്ടകലുക, കാരണം യഹോവ എന്റെ വിലാപം കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
9 Jehovah hath heard my supplication; Jehovah receiveth my prayer.
കരുണയ്ക്കായുള്ള എന്റെ യാചന യഹോവ കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവ എന്റെ പ്രാർഥന സ്വീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
10 All mine enemies shall be ashamed and tremble exceedingly; they will turn, they will be ashamed suddenly.
എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളെല്ലാം ലജ്ജിതരും അസ്വസ്ഥരുമാകും; തൽക്ഷണം അവർ അപമാനിതരായി പുറംതിരിഞ്ഞോടും.
