< Psalms 37 >

1 [A Psalm] of David. Fret not thyself because of evil-doers, and be not envious of them that work unrighteousness;
Nzembo ya Davidi. Kosilikela bato ya mabe te, kosalela bato oyo basalaka mabe zuwa te;
2 for they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and fade as the green herb.
pamba te bakokawuka noki lokola makasa, mpe bakolemba noki lokola matiti.
3 Confide in Jehovah, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on faithfulness;
Tia elikya na yo kati na Yawe mpe sala bolamu, vanda kati na mokili mpe lia na kimia.
4 and delight thyself in Jehovah, and he will give thee the desires of thy heart.
Komisa Yawe bilengi na yo ya makasi, mpe akokokisela yo posa ya motema na yo.
5 Commit thy way unto Jehovah, and rely upon him: he will bring [it] to pass;
Kaba bomoi na yo epai na Yawe, tia elikya kati na Ye, mpe akosala:
6 and he will bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.
akongengisa bosembo na yo lokola pole, makoki na yo lokola moyi ya midi.
7 Rest in Jehovah, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him that prospereth in his way, because of the man that bringeth mischievous devices to pass.
Batela kimia liboso ya Yawe mpe talela Ye; kosilikela te moto oyo alongaka na misala na ye, mpe oyo asalaka mabongisi ya mabe.
8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; fret not thyself: it [would be] only to do evil.
Boya kanda mpe kosilika te; kotomboka te, noki te okosala mabe.
9 For evil-doers shall be cut off; but those that wait on Jehovah, they shall possess the land.
Pamba te bato oyo basalaka mabe bakolimwa, kasi bato oyo batielaka Yawe motema bakozwa mokili lokola libula na bango.
10 For yet a little while, and the wicked is not; and thou considerest his place, but he is not.
Etikali tango moke kaka, moto mabe akozala lisusu te; ata oluki ye, okomona ye te.
11 But the meek shall possess the land, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of prosperity.
Kasi bato oyo bamikitisa bakozwa mokili lokola libula na bango mpe bakozala na kimia makasi.
12 The wicked plotteth against the righteous, and gnasheth his teeth against him.
Bato mabe basalelaka bato ya sembo makita mpe baliaka minu mpo na kotelemela bango.
13 The Lord laugheth at him; for he seeth that his day is coming.
Kasi Yawe asekaka bato mabe, pamba te ayebi ete mokolo na bango ezali kobelema.
14 The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the afflicted and needy, to slay those that are upright in [the] way:
Bato mabe babimisi mipanga mpe babongisi batolotolo mpo na kokweyisa mobola mpe moto oyo akelela, mpo na koboma bato oyo batambolaka alima.
15 their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.
Kasi mipanga na bango ekotobola mitema na bango moko, mpe batolotolo na bango ekobukana.
16 The little that the righteous hath is better than the abundance of many wicked;
Mwa biloko ya moto ya sembo eleki bozwi ya bato ebele ya mabe,
17 for the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but Jehovah upholdeth the righteous.
pamba te nguya ya bato mabe ekosila, kasi Yawe alendisaka bato ya sembo.
18 Jehovah knoweth the days of the perfect; and their inheritance shall be for ever:
Yawe ayebi mikolo ya bato bazangi pamela, mpe libula na bango ekowumela mpo na seko.
19 they shall not be ashamed in the time of evil, and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
Na tango ya pasi, bakokawuka te; na mikolo ya nzala, bakozala na bilei ebele.
20 For the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of Jehovah shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume, like smoke shall they consume away.
Kasi bato mabe bakokufa, banguna ya Yawe bazali lokola fololo ya elanga, bakolimwa lokola molinga.
21 The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again; but the righteous is gracious and giveth:
Moto mabe adefaka mpe azongisaka te, kasi moto ya sembo ayokaka mawa mpe akabaka.
22 for those blessed of him shall possess the land, and they that are cursed of him shall be cut off.
Bato oyo Yawe apambolaka bakozwa mokili lokola libula na bango, kasi ba-oyo alakelaka mabe bakolimwa.
23 The steps of a man are established by Jehovah, and he delighteth in his way:
Soki Yawe asepeli na etamboli ya moto, alendisaka bomoi na ye;
24 though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for Jehovah upholdeth his hand.
ezala akweyi, akotikala kaka ya kokweya te; pamba te Yawe asimbaka ye na loboko.
25 I have been young, and now am old, and I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed seeking bread:
Nazalaki elenge, mpe sik’oyo nakomi mobange, namoni nanu te moto ya sembo kosundolama to bana na ye kokoma kosenga-senga bilei.
26 all the day he is gracious and lendeth, and his seed shall be a blessing.
Akabaka tango nyonso mpe adefisaka, bana na ye bakozalaka kati na mapamboli.
27 Depart from evil, and do good, and dwell for evermore;
Zala mosika na mabe mpe sala bolamu, okovanda na mokili mpo na libela;
28 for Jehovah loveth judgment, and will not forsake his saints: They are preserved for ever; but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
pamba te Yawe alingaka bosembo, mpe asundolaka te bayengebene na Ye. Babatelamaka mpo na seko, kasi bana ya bato mabe bakolimwa.
29 The righteous shall possess the land, and dwell therein for ever.
Bato ya sembo bakozwa mokili lokola libula na bango mpe bakovanda kuna seko na seko.
30 The mouth of the righteous proffereth wisdom, and his tongue speaketh judgment;
Monoko ya moto ya sembo ebimisaka bwanya, mpe lolemo na ye elobaka kolanda bosembo.
31 the law of his God is in his heart; his goings shall not slide.
Mobeko ya Nzambe na ye ezali kati na motema na ye, makolo na ye ebetaka libaku te.
32 The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him:
Moto mabe atalaka moto ya sembo na miso mabe mpe alukaka nzela ya koboma ye,
33 Jehovah will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.
kasi Yawe akosundola moto ya sembo te kati na maboko ya moto mabe, mpe akokweyisa ye te na kosambisama.
34 Wait for Jehovah, and keep his way, and he will exalt thee to possess the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see [it].
Zala na elikya kati na Yawe mpe batela nzela na Ye; akonetola Yo mpo ete ozwa mboka lokola libula na yo, mpe okomona tango bato mabe bakolimwa.
35 I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading like a green tree in its native soil:
Namonaki moto mabe mpe na kanza kokoma na nguya mpe kofuluka lokola nzete oyo ezali kokola na mabele na yango,
36 but he passed away, and behold, he was not; and I sought him, but he was not found.
kasi alekaki noki mpe azalaki lisusu te; nalukaki ye, kasi namonaki ye lisusu te.
37 Mark the perfect, and behold the upright, for the end of [that] man is peace;
Tala malamu moto oyo azangi pamela, landela bomoi ya moto ya sembo; tango oyo ezali koya ezali kozela moto ya kimia.
38 but the transgressors shall be destroyed together; the future of the wicked shall be cut off.
Kasi batomboki bakobebisama, tango oyo ezali koya ezali te mpo na bato mabe.
39 But the salvation of the righteous is of Jehovah: he is their strength in the time of trouble.
Lobiko ya bato ya sembo ewutaka epai ya Yawe oyo, na tango ya pasi, azali ndako na bango, oyo batonga makasi.
40 And Jehovah will help them and deliver them: he will deliver them from the wicked, and save them; for they trust in him.
Yawe asungaka mpe akangolaka bango, akangolaka bango wuta na maboko ya bato mabe mpe abikisaka bango, pamba te babombamaka kati na Ye.
