< Psalms 30 >
1 A Psalm of David: dedication-song of the house. I will extol thee, Jehovah; for thou hast delivered me, and hast not made mine enemies to rejoice over me.
Abụ Ọma. Abụ nke ido obieze Devid nsọ. Aga m eto gị, O Onyenwe anyị, nʼihi na i sitere nʼebe dị omimi dọpụta m. I kweghị ka ndị iro m chịa m ọchị.
2 Jehovah my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
O Onyenwe anyị Chineke m, akpọkuru m gị, ka i nyere m aka, ị gwọkwara m.
3 Jehovah, thou hast brought up my soul from Sheol, thou hast quickened me from among those that go down to the pit. (Sheol )
O Onyenwe anyị, i si nʼala ili kpọpụta m, i mere ka m dịrị ndụ. (Sheol )
4 Sing psalms unto Jehovah, ye saints of his, and give thanks in remembrance of his holiness.
Bụkuonụ Onyenwe anyị abụ, unu ndị nsọ ya, toonu aha nsọ ya.
5 For a moment [is passed] in his anger, a life in his favour; at even weeping cometh for the night, and at morn there is rejoicing.
Iwe ya adịghị adịgide tee anya, ma ime amara ya na-adị ruo ebighị ebi! Ịkwa akwa nwere ike dịrị ogologo abalị niile, ma iti mkpu ọṅụ ga-adị nʼụtụtụ.
6 As for me, I said in my prosperity, I shall never be moved.
Mgbe m nọ nʼudo, asịrị m, “Ihe ọbụla apụghị ịnapụ m udo m.”
7 Jehovah, by thy favour thou hadst made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face; I was troubled.
O Onyenwe anyị, mgbe i gosiri m ihuọma, i mere ka m kwụrụ chịm dịka ugwu; ma mgbe i zoro ihu gị site nʼebe m nọ, adara m mba.
8 I called to thee, Jehovah, and unto the Lord did I make supplication:
Ọ bụ gị, Onyenwe anyị, ka m kpọkuru; ọ bụkwa onyenwe anyị ka m rịọrọ arịrịọ amara sị,
9 What profit is there in my blood, in my going down to the pit? shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
“Uru gịnị dị ma m laa nʼiyi? Uru gịnị dị ma m rịda nʼili? Uzuzu aja ọ ga-enye gị otuto? Ọ ga-ekwusa banyere ikwesi ntụkwasị obi gị?”
10 Hear, O Jehovah, and be gracious unto me; Jehovah, be my helper.
O Onyenwe anyị, gee m ntị ma meere m ebere; O Onyenwe anyị, bụụrụ m onye inyeaka.
11 Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing; thou hast loosed my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
I meela ka iti mkpu akwa m ghọọ ite egwu; ị napụrụ m akwa mkpe m, ma yinye m ọṅụ dịka akwa mmemme.
12 That [my] glory may sing psalms of thee, and not be silent. Jehovah my God, I will praise thee for ever.
I mere nke a ka obi m bụọ maka otuto gị, ghara ịnọ nwayọọ. O Onyenwe anyị Chineke m, aga m eto gị ruo mgbe ebighị ebi.
