Psalms 27
1 [A Psalm] of David. Jehovah is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? Jehovah is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
১দায়ূদের একটি গীত। সদাপ্রভুু আমার আলো এবং আমার পরিত্রান; আমি কাকে ভয় করব? সদাপ্রভুু আমার জীবনের আশ্রয়স্থান; কে আমাকে ভয় দেখাবে?
2 When evil-doers, mine adversaries and mine enemies, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.
২যখন অন্যায়কারীরা আমার মাংস খাওয়ার জন্য আমার নিকটবর্তী হল, আমার বিপক্ষরা এবং আমার শত্রুরা হোঁচট খেয়ে পড়ল।
3 If a host encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; if war rise against me, in this will I be confident.
৩যদিও একটি সৈন্যদল আমার বিরুদ্ধে শিবির স্থাপন করে, তখনও আমার হৃদয় ভীত হবে না; যদিও আমার বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ সংঘটিত হচ্ছে, এমনকি তখনও আমি সাহস করব।
4 One [thing] have I asked of Jehovah, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of Jehovah all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of Jehovah, and to inquire [of him] in his temple.
৪সদাপ্রভুুর কাছে আমি একটি বিষয় জিজ্ঞাসা করেছি, যা আমি পরে অন্বেষণ করব, আমার জীবনের সমস্ত দিন আমি সদাপ্রভুুর সৌন্দর্য দেখার জন্য এবং তাঁর মন্দিরের মধ্যে ধ্যান করার জন্য সদাপ্রভুুর গৃহে বাস করি।
5 For in the day of evil he will hide me in his pavilion; in the secret of his tent will he keep me concealed: he will set me high upon a rock.
৫কারণ বিপদের দিনের তিনি আমাকে তাঁর গৃহে আশ্রয় দেবেন; তাঁর তাঁবুর মধ্যে তিনি আমাকে লুকিয়ে রাখবেন। তিনি আমাকে পাথরের উপরে তুলে ধরবেন!
6 And now shall my head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me; and I will offer in his tent sacrifices of shouts of joy: I will sing, yea, I will sing psalms unto Jehovah.
৬তারপর আমার চারপাশের শত্রুদের উপরে আমার মাথা উঁচু হবে এবং আমি তাঁর তাঁবুতে আনন্দের উৎসর্গ প্রদান করব! আমি গান গাব এবং সদাপ্রভুুর উদ্দেশ্যে সঙ্গীত করব!
7 Hear, Jehovah; with my voice do I call; be gracious unto me, and answer me.
৭সদাপ্রভুু, যখন আমি আর্তনাদ করে ডাকি, তখন আমার ডাক শোন; আমার উপর কৃপা কর এবং আমাকে উত্তর দাও!
8 My heart said for thee, Seek ye my face. Thy face, O Jehovah, will I seek.
৮আমার হৃদয় তোমার সম্পর্কে বলছে, তাঁর মুখের অনুসন্ধান কর! সদাপ্রভুু! আমি তোমার মুখের অনুসন্ধান করি।
9 Hide not thy face from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; cast me not off, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.
৯আমার কাছ থেকে তোমার মুখ লুকিও না; রাগে তোমার দাসকে আঘাত করো না! তুমি আমার সাহায্যকারী হয়ে এসেছে; আমাকে ছেড়ে যেয়ো না বা আমাকে পরিত্যাগ করো না।
10 For had my father and my mother forsaken me, then had Jehovah taken me up.
১০এমনকি যদি আমার বাবা এবং মা আমাকে ত্যাগ করে, সদাপ্রভুু আমাকে নিয়ে যাবেন।
11 Teach me thy way, Jehovah, and lead me in an even path, because of mine enemies.
১১সদাপ্রভুু! তোমার পথ আমাকে শিক্ষা দাও, আমার শত্রুদের জন্য আমাকে সমান পথে পরিচালনা করো।
12 Deliver me not over to the will of mine adversaries; for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out violence.
১২আমার শত্রুদের কাছে আমার প্রাণকে দিও না; কারণ মিথ্যা সাক্ষী আমার বিরুদ্ধে উঠেছে এবং তারা নিঃশ্বাসে হিংস্রতা বের করে।
13 Unless I had believed to see the goodness of Jehovah in the land of the living...!
১৩যদি আমি বিশ্বাস না করতাম যে আমি জীবিতদের দেশে সদাপ্রভুুর মঙ্গল দেখব তবে আমি সমস্ত আশা ছেড়ে দিতাম!
14 Wait for Jehovah; be strong and let thy heart take courage: yea, wait for Jehovah.
১৪সদাপ্রভুুর জন্য অপেক্ষা কর; শক্ত হও এবং তোমার হৃদয় সাহসী হোক! সদাপ্রভুুর জন্য অপেক্ষা কর!
