Psalms 147
1 Praise ye Jah! for it is good. Sing psalms of our God; for it is pleasant: praise is comely.
౧యెహోవాను స్తుతించండి. మన దేవుడైన యెహోవాను కీర్తిస్తూ గానం చేయడం మంచిది. అది మనోహరం. స్తోత్రగానం చేయడం ఎంతైనా తగినది.
2 Jehovah doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth the outcasts of Israel.
౨యెరూషలేమును కట్టేవాడు యెహోవాయే. చెదరిపోయిన ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలను తిరిగి సమకూర్చేవాడు ఆయనే.
3 He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
౩గుండె చెదరిన వారిని బాగు చేసేవాడు, వాళ్ళ గాయాలు నయం చేసేవాడు ఆయనే.
4 He counteth the number of the stars; he giveth names to them all.
౪ఆకాశంలో నక్షత్రాలను వాటి స్థానంలో ఆయనే నియమించాడు. వాటిన్నిటికీ పేర్లు పెట్టింది ఆయనే.
5 Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.
౫మన ప్రభువు గొప్పవాడు. ఆయన గొప్ప శక్తి సామర్ధ్యాలు గలవాడు. ఆయన జ్ఞానం అమితమైనది.
6 Jehovah lifteth up the meek; he abaseth the wicked to the earth.
౬యెహోవా దీన స్థితిలో ఉన్నవారిని ఆదరిస్తాడు. ఆయన దుష్టులను నేలమట్టం చేస్తాడు.
7 Sing unto Jehovah with thanksgiving; sing psalms upon the harp unto our God:
౭కృతజ్ఞతా స్తుతులతో యెహోవాను కీర్తించండి. తంతి వాయిద్యంతో మన దేవునికి స్తుతి గీతాలు పాడండి.
8 Who covereth the heavens with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains;
౮ఆయన ఆకాశాన్ని మేఘాలతో నింపుతాడు. భూమి కోసం వర్షం సిద్ధం చేస్తాడు. కొండల మీద గడ్డి మొలిపిస్తాడు.
9 Who giveth to the cattle their food, to the young ravens which cry.
౯పశువులకు, అరుస్తూ ఉండే కాకి పిల్లలకు ఆయన ఆహారం అనుగ్రహిస్తాడు.
10 He delighteth not in the strength of the horse, he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man;
౧౦గుర్రాల బలం ఆయనకు సంతోషం కలిగించదు. మనుషుల శక్తి సామర్ధ్యాలను బట్టి ఆయనకు ఆనందం కలగదు.
11 Jehovah taketh pleasure in those that fear him, in those that hope in his loving-kindness.
౧౧తన పట్ల భయభక్తులు ఉన్నవాళ్లంటే, తన అనుగ్రహం కోసం ఎదురు చూసే వాళ్ళంటే ఆయనకు ఆనందం.
12 Laud Jehovah, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.
౧౨యెరూషలేమా, యెహోవాను ఘనపరచు. సీయోనూ, నీ దేవుణ్ణి కీర్తించు.
13 For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; he hath blessed thy children within thee;
౧౩ఆయన నీ ద్వారబంధాల గడులు దిట్టం చేశాడు. మీ నివాసాల మధ్య మీ పిల్లలను ఆశీర్వదించాడు.
14 He maketh peace in thy borders; he satisfieth thee with the finest of the wheat.
౧౪నీ పొలిమేరల్లో శాంతి సమాధానాలు నిలిచి ఉండేలా చేసేది ఆయనే. నీకు ఆహారంగా మంచి గోదుమ పంటను ఇచ్చి నిన్ను తృప్తిపరచేవాడు ఆయనే.
15 He sendeth forth his oracles to the earth: his word runneth very swiftly.
౧౫భూమికి ఆజ్ఞ జారీ చేసేవాడు ఆయనే. ఆయన వాక్కు భూమిపై చాలా వేగంగా పరుగెత్తుకుంటూ వెళ్తుంది.
16 He giveth snow like wool, scattereth the hoar frost like ashes;
౧౬గొర్రెబొచ్చు లాంటి తెల్లని మంచు కురిపించేవాడు ఆయనే. బూడిదలాంటి మంచు ముద్దలు చల్లేవాడు ఆయనే.
17 He casteth forth his ice like morsels: who can stand before his cold?
౧౭వడగళ్ళు ముక్కలు ముక్కలుగా నేలపై విసిరేది ఆయనే. ఆయన చలి పుట్టించినప్పుడు ఎవరు తట్టుకోగలరు?
18 He sendeth his word, and melteth them; he causeth his wind to blow — the waters flow.
౧౮ఆయన ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చినప్పుడు అవన్నీ కరిగిపోతాయి. ఆయన తన గాలి వీచేలా చేస్తే నీళ్లు ప్రవహిస్తాయి.
19 He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel.
౧౯తన వాక్కును యాకోబుకు తెలియజేశాడు. తన నియమనిబంధనలు, న్యాయ నిర్ణయాలు ఇశ్రాయేలుకు తెలియజేశాడు.
20 He hath not dealt thus with any nation; and as for [his] judgments, they have not known them. Hallelujah!
౨౦మరి ఏ జనాంగం విషయంలోనూ ఆయన ఇలా చెయ్య లేదు. అయినా ఆయన న్యాయ నిర్ణయాలు వాళ్ళు గ్రహించలేదు. యెహోవాను స్తుతించండి.
