Psalms 126

1 A Song of degrees. When Jehovah turned the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.

Cântico dos degraus: Quando o SENHOR restaurou Sião de seu infortúnio, estivemos como os que sonham.

2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with rejoicing: then said they among the nations, Jehovah hath done great things for them.

Então nossa boca se encheu de riso, e nossa língua de alegria; então diziam entre as nações: O SENHOR fez grandes coisas para estes.

3 Jehovah hath done great things for us; [and] we are joyful.

Grandes coisas o SENHOR fez para nós; [por isso] estamos alegres.

4 Turn our captivity, O Jehovah, as the streams in the south.

Restaura-nos, ó SENHOR, como as correntes de águas no sul.

5 They that sow in tears shall reap with rejoicing:

Os que semeiam em lágrimas colherão com alegria.

6 He goeth forth and weepeth, bearing seed for scattering; he cometh again with rejoicing, bearing his sheaves.

Aquele que sai chorando com semente para semear voltará com alegria, trazendo sua colheita.
