Psalms 112

1 Hallelujah! Blessed is the man that feareth Jehovah, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.

১সদাপ্রভুুর প্রশংসা কর। ধন্য সে লোক যে সদাপ্রভুুকে মান্য করে, যে তাঁর আদেশে অত্যন্ত আনন্দিত হয়।

2 His seed shall be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright shall be blessed.

২তাঁর বংশ পৃথিবীতে শক্তিশালী হবে; ধার্ম্মিকেরা ধন্য হবে।

3 Wealth and riches [shall be] in his house; and his righteousness abideth for ever.

৩তার ঘরে সম্পদ এবং ঐশ্বর্য্য থাকে; তার ধার্ম্মিকতা নিত্যস্থায়ী হবে।

4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness; he is gracious, and merciful, and righteous.

৪অন্ধকারে আলোর জ্যোতি হবে ধার্মিক লোকেদের জন্য; সে করুণাময়, ক্ষমাশীল এবং ধার্মিক।

5 It is well with the man that is gracious and lendeth; he will sustain his cause in judgment.

৫এটা সেই মানুষদের ভালো হবে যে করুণা করে এবং টাকা ধার দেয়, যে সততার সঙ্গে তার ব্যপারে ভালো আচরন করে।

6 For he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.

৬কারণ তাকে কখনো সরানো যাবে না; ধার্ম্মিকদের চিরকাল মনে রাখবে।

7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings; his heart is fixed confiding in Jehovah;

৭সে খারাপ খবরে ভয় পায় না, সে সুনিশ্চিত, সদাপ্রভুুতে নির্ভর করে।

8 His heart is maintained, he is not afraid, until he see [his desire] upon his oppressors.

৮তার হৃদয় শান্ত, ভয় নেই, যতক্ষণ না সে তার বিপক্ষদের ওপর বিজয় দেখে।

9 He scattereth abroad, he giveth to the needy; his righteousness abideth for ever: his horn shall be exalted with honour.

৯সে উদারভাবে গরিবদের দেয় তার ধার্ম্মিকতা চিরকালীন; সে বলবান এবং সম্মানে উচ্চ হবে।

10 The wicked [man] shall see [it] and be vexed; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.

১০দুষ্টলোক এটা দেখবে এবং রাগ করবে; সে দাঁতে দাঁত ঘষবে এবং গলে যাবে; দুষ্টলোকের ইচ্ছা বিনষ্ট হবে।
