Psalms 109
1 To the chief Musician. Of David. A Psalm. O God of my praise, be not silent:
၁အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ထောမနာပြုပါ၏။ ဆိတ်ဆိတ်နေတော် မမူပါနှင့်။
2 For the mouth of the wicked [man] and the mouth of deceit are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue,
၂သူယုတ်မာများနှင့်လူလိမ်များသည်ကျွန်တော် မျိုးကို တိုက်ခိုက်ကြပါ၏။ သူတို့သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အကြောင်း မုသားစကားပြောကြပါ၏။
3 And with words of hatred have they encompassed me; and they fight against me without a cause.
၃သူတို့သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအကြောင်းမဲ့ တိုက်ခိုက်၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အကြောင်း ဆိုးရွားသောသတင်းများကိုလွှင့်ကြပါ၏။
4 For my love they are mine adversaries; but I [give myself unto] prayer.
၄ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်သူတို့အားမေတ္တာပြလျက် သူတို့အတွက်ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုသော်လည်း သူတို့သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားရန်ဘက်ပြု ကြပါ၏။
5 And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
၅သူတို့သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးပြုသည့်ကျေးဇူးကို ဆိုးညစ်မှုဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ မေတ္တာကိုမုန်းတီးခြင်းဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း ပြန်လည်ပေးဆပ်ကြပါ၏။
6 Set a wicked [man] over him, and let [the] adversary stand at his right hand;
၆ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရန်သူအားတရားစီရင်ရန် အဂတိလိုက်စားသောတရားသူကြီးကို ခန့်ထားရွေးချယ်ပေးတော်မူပါ။ သူ၏ရန်သူတစ်ယောက်ကပင်လျှင်သူ့အား ပြစ်တင်စွပ်စွဲစေတော်မူပါ။
7 When he shall be judged, let him go out guilty, and let his prayer become sin;
၇သူ့အားစစ်ဆေး၍ပြစ်မှုထင်ရှားပါစေသော။ သူ၏ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာသည်ပင်လျှင် ပြစ်မှုကူးရာရောက်ပါစေသော။
8 Let his days be few, let another take his office;
၈သူ၏အသက်သည်မကြာမီကုန်ဆုံးလျက် သူ၏ရာထူးကိုအခြားသူတစ်ဦးရရှိ ပါစေသော။
9 Let his sons be fatherless, and his wife a widow;
၉သူ၏သားသမီးများသည်မိဘမဲ့များဖြစ် ကြလျက် သူ၏ဇနီးသည်မုဆိုးမဖြစ်ပါစေသော။
10 Let his sons be vagabonds and beg, and let them seek [their bread] far from their desolate places;
၁၀သူ၏သားသမီးတို့သည်အိမ်ရာမဲ့သူတောင်း စားများ ဖြစ်ကြ၍ မိမိတို့နေထိုင်ရာအိမ်ပျက်များမှနှင်ထုတ် ခြင်းကို ခံရကြပါစေသော။
11 Let the usurer cast the net over all that he hath, and let strangers despoil his labour;
၁၁ကြွေးရှင်တို့သည်သူ၏ဥစ္စာပစ္စည်းရှိသမျှတို့ကို သိမ်းယူကြလျက်သူစိမ်းတစ်ရံဆံတို့သည် သူလုပ်ကိုင်၍ရသမျှသောအကျိုးခံစား ရကြပါစေသော။
12 Let there be none to extend kindness unto him, neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children;
၁၂အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှသူ့အားသနားကြင်နာ မည့်သူ၊ သူ၏ဘသက်ဆိုးများကိုကြည့်ရှုစောင့်ရှောက် မည့်သူ မရှိပါစေနှင့်။
13 Let his posterity be cut off; in the generation following let their name be blotted out:
၁၃သူ၏အမျိုးတိမ်ကောပါစေသော။ သူ၏နာမည်သည်နောက်မျိုးဆက်၌ပင်လျှင် ပျောက်ကွယ်သွားပါစေသော။
14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with Jehovah, and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out;
၁၄သူ၏ဘိုးဘေးတို့ပြုခဲ့သည့်မကောင်းမှု များကို ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သတိရတော်မူပါစေသော။ သူ၏မိခင်ကူးလွန်ခဲ့သည့်အပြစ်များကိုလည်း ဖြေလွှတ်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။
15 Let them be before Jehovah continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth:
၁၅ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သူတို့၏အပြစ်တို့ကို သတိရတော်မူပါစေသော။ သို့ရာတွင်သူတို့၏နာမည်သည်လောကမှ လုံးဝပျောက်ကွယ်သွားပါစေသော။
16 Because he remembered not to shew kindness, but persecuted the afflicted and needy man, and the broken in heart, to slay him.
၁၆ထိုသူသည်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှသနား ကြင်နာရန် စိတ်မကူးခဲ့။ ဆင်းရဲသူ၊ချို့တဲ့နွမ်းပါးသူနှင့်ခိုကိုးရာမဲ့ သူတို့အားညှဉ်းဆဲနှိပ်စက်သတ်ဖြတ်ခဲ့၏။
17 And he loved cursing; so let it come unto him. And he delighted not in blessing; and let it be far from him.
၁၇သူသည်ကျိန်ဆဲရန်နှစ်သက်သည်ဖြစ်၍ သူကိုယ်တိုင်ကျိန်ဆဲခြင်းကိုခံရပါစေ သော။ သူသည်သူတစ်ပါးအားကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာပေးရန် အလိုမရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍ မည်သူကမျှသူ့အားကောင်းချီးမင်္ဂလာ မပေးပါစေနှင့်။
18 And he clothed himself with cursing like his vestment; so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones;
၁၈ကျိန်ဆဲမှုသည်သူ၏အတွက်ခါးဝတ် ပုဆိုးသဖွယ်ဖြစ်၏။ သူ၏ကျိန်ဆဲချက်များသည်ရေကဲ့သို့ သူ၏ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာထဲသို့လည်းကောင်း၊ဆီကဲ့သို့ သူ၏ အရိုးများထဲသို့လည်းကောင်းစိမ့်ဝင်ပါ စေသော။
19 Let it be unto him as a garment with which he covereth himself, and for a girdle wherewith he is constantly girded.
၁၉ယင်းကျိန်ဆဲချက်တို့သည်အထည်အဝတ်ကဲ့သို့ သူ့ကိုဖုံးလွှမ်း၍ခါးပတ်သဖွယ်သူ့ကိုအစဉ် အမြဲ ပတ်၍ထားပါစေသော။
20 Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from Jehovah, and of them that speak evil against my soul.
၂၀အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အကြောင်းဆိုးရွားသည့် သတင်းကိုလွှင့်သူကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရန်သူတို့ အား ဤနည်းအတိုင်းအပြစ်ပေးတော်မူပါ။
21 But do thou for me, Jehovah, Lord, for thy name's sake; because thy loving-kindness is good, deliver me:
၂၁သို့ရာတွင် အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကတိတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကူမတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏မေတ္တာတော်ကိုထောက်၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူပါ။
22 For I am afflicted and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.
၂၂ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ဆင်းရဲချို့တဲ့နွမ်းပါး ပါ၏။ အသည်းနှလုံးထဲတွင်နာကြည်းလျက်ရှိပါ၏။
23 I am gone like a shadow when it lengtheneth; I am tossed about like the locust;
၂၃ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည် ညနေချိန်အရိပ်ကဲ့သို့ ပျောက်ကွယ်ရန်နီးပါပြီ။ ပိုးကောင်ကဲ့သို့လေတိုက်၍လွင့်သွားပါ၏။
24 My knees are failing through fasting, and my flesh hath lost its fatness;
၂၄အစားအစာချို့တဲ့မှုကြောင့်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ ဒူးတို့သည်ချည့်နဲ့လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာသည် အရိုးနှင့်အရေသာရှိပါ၏။
25 And I am become a reproach unto them; [when] they look upon me they shake their heads.
၂၅လူတို့သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုမြင်သောအခါ ပြက်ရယ်ပြုကြပါ၏။ ဦးခေါင်းကိုခါကြ ပါ၏။
26 Help me, Jehovah my God; save me according to thy loving-kindness:
၂၆ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကူမတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာတော်ကို ထောက်၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်တော် မူပါ။
27 That they may know that this is thy hand; that thou, Jehovah, hast done it.
၂၇ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်တော်မူသောသူသည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပင်ဖြစ်တော်မူကြောင်းကို ရန်သူတို့အားသိစေတော်မူပါ။
28 Let them curse, but bless thou; when they rise up, let them be ashamed, and let thy servant rejoice.
၂၈သူတို့သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကျိန်ဆဲကြသော်လည်းကိုယ်တော်ရှင် မူကား ကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူပါမည်။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားနှိပ်စက်ညှဉ်းဆဲသော သူတို့သည် အရေးရှုံးနိမ့်ကြပါစေသော။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ အစေခံကျွန်တော်မျိုးမူကား ဝမ်းမြောက်ရပါစေသော။
29 Let mine adversaries be clothed with confusion, and let them cover themselves with their shame as with a mantle.
၂၉ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရန်သူများသည်ဂုဏ်အသရေ ပျက်ရကြပါစေသော။ သူတို့သည်အရှက်နှင့်မိမိတို့ကိုယ်ကို ဝတ်လုံသဖွယ်ဖုံးလွှမ်းရကြပါစေသော။
30 I will greatly celebrate Jehovah with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude.
၃၀ငါသည်အသံကျယ်စွာထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။ ပရိသတ်တို့အလယ်တွင်ကိုယ်တော်အား ထောမနာပြုပါမည်။
31 For he standeth at the right hand of the needy, to save him from those that judge his soul.
၃၁အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဆင်းရဲသူကိုကာကွယ်၍ သူ့အားသေဒဏ်စီရင်ကြသောသူတို့ ၏လက်မှ ကယ်တော်မူသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏။
