Psalms 102
1 A Prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed, and poureth out his complaint before Jehovah. Jehovah, hear my prayer, and let my cry come unto thee.
Uma Oração dos aflitos, quando ele está sobrecarregado e derrama sua reclamação diante de Yahweh. Hear minha oração, Yahweh! Deixem meu choro chegar até vocês.
2 Hide not thy face from me: in the day of my trouble, incline thine ear unto me; in the day I call, answer me speedily.
Don não esconda seu rosto de mim no dia da minha angústia. Vire seu ouvido para mim. Responda-me rapidamente no dia em que eu ligar.
3 For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as a firebrand.
Para meus dias, consumir fora como fumaça. Meus ossos estão queimados como uma tocha.
4 My heart is smitten and withered like grass; yea, I have forgotten to eat my bread.
Meu coração está arruinado como a grama, e murcha, pois esqueci de comer meu pão.
5 By reason of the voice of my groaning, my bones cleave to my flesh.
Por causa da voz do meu gemido, meus ossos colam-se à minha pele.
6 I am become like the pelican of the wilderness, I am as an owl in desolate places;
Eu sou como um pelicano do deserto. Eu me tornei como uma coruja dos lugares de desperdício.
7 I watch, and am like a sparrow alone upon the housetop.
Eu assisto, e me tornei como um pardal que está sozinho no topo da casa.
8 Mine enemies reproach me all the day; they that are mad against me swear by me.
Meus inimigos me censuram o dia todo. Aqueles que estão zangados comigo, usam meu nome como uma maldição.
9 For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping,
Pois eu já comi cinzas como pão, e misturei minha bebida com lágrimas,
10 Because of thine indignation and thy wrath; for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.
por causa de sua indignação e sua cólera; pois você me pegou e me jogou fora.
11 My days are like a lengthened-out shadow, and I, I am withered like grass.
Meus dias são como uma longa sombra. Eu murchei como a grama.
12 But thou, Jehovah, abidest for ever, and thy memorial from generation to generation.
Mas você, Yahweh, permanecerá para sempre; sua fama perdura para todas as gerações.
13 Thou wilt rise up, thou wilt have mercy upon Zion: for it is the time to be gracious to her, for the set time is come.
Você se levantará e terá piedade de Zion, pois é hora de ter piedade dela. Sim, chegou a hora estabelecida.
14 For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour her dust.
Para seus criados, tenha prazer em suas pedras, e tenha piedade de sua poeira.
15 And the nations shall fear the name of Jehovah, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
Assim as nações temerão o nome de Yahweh, todos os reis da terra, sua glória.
16 When Jehovah shall build up Zion, he will appear in his glory.
Pois Yahweh construiu Zion. Ele apareceu em sua glória.
17 He will regard the prayer of the destitute one, and not despise their prayer.
Ele respondeu à oração dos indigentes, e não desprezou suas orações.
18 This shall be written for the generation to come; and a people that shall be created shall praise Jah:
This será escrito para a geração vindoura. Um povo que será criado elogiará o Yah,
19 For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from the heavens hath Jehovah beheld the earth,
pois ele olhou para baixo desde a altura de seu santuário. Do céu, Yahweh viu a terra,
20 To hear the groaning of the prisoner, to loose those that are appointed to die;
para ouvir os gemidos do prisioneiro, para libertar aqueles que estão condenados à morte,
21 That the name of Jehovah may be declared in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem,
para que os homens possam declarar o nome de Yahweh em Zion, e seus elogios em Jerusalém,
22 When the peoples shall be gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve Jehovah.
quando os povos estão reunidos, os reinos, para servir a Yahweh.
23 He weakened my strength in the way, he shortened my days.
Ele enfraqueceu minhas forças ao longo do curso. Ele encurtou meus dias.
24 I said, My God, take me not away in the midst of my days! ...Thy years are from generation to generation.
Eu disse: “Meu Deus, não me leve embora no meio dos meus dias. Seus anos são ao longo de todas as gerações.
25 Of old hast thou founded the earth, and the heavens are the work of thy hands:
De outrora, você lançou os alicerces da terra. Os céus são o trabalho de suas mãos.
26 They shall perish, but thou continuest; and all of them shall grow old as a garment: as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed.
Eles perecerão, mas você perdurará. Sim, todos eles vão se desgastar como uma peça de vestuário. Você os mudará como um manto, e eles serão mudados.
27 But thou art the Same, and thy years shall have no end.
Mas você é o mesmo. Seus anos não terão fim.
28 The children of thy servants shall abide, and their seed shall be established before thee.
Os filhos de seus criados continuarão. Seus descendentes serão estabelecidos diante de você”.
