Numbers 34
1 And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
Mukama Katonda n’agamba Musa nti,
2 Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan, this shall be the land that shall fall to you for an inheritance, the land of Canaan according to the borders thereof.
“Lagira abaana ba Isirayiri ng’obagamba nti, ‘Bwe muyingiranga mu Kanani, gye mbawa okuba ensi yammwe ey’obutaka bwammwe obw’enkalakkalira, zino ze ziribeera ensalo zaayo:
3 Then your south side shall be from the wilderness of Zin alongside of Edom, and your southern border shall be from the end of the salt sea eastward;
“‘Ku bukiikaddyo, ensalo yammwe erizingiramu Eddungu lya Zini n’ekibira ku mabbali ga Edomu. Ku luuyi lw’ebuvanjuba, ensalo yammwe ey’oku bukiikaddyo eritandikira ku Nnyanja ey’Omunnyo w’ekoma ku luuyi olw’ebuvanjuba,
4 and your border shall turn from the south of the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin, and shall end southward at Kadesh-barnea, and shall go on to Hazar-Addar, and pass on to Azmon.
n’eyambukira ku Kkubo lya Akulabbimu, n’eraga ku Zini n’ekoma ku bukiikaddyo obwa Kadesubanea. Eriraga e Kazala Dali n’etuuka e Yazimoni,
5 And the border shall turn from Azmon unto the torrent of Egypt, and shall end at the sea.
awo w’eriwetera n’egenda ku mugga Wadi ogw’e Misiri n’ekoma ku Nnyanja Ennene.
6 And as west border ye shall have the great sea, and [its] coast. This shall be your west border.
Ku ludda olw’ebugwanjuba, olubalama lw’Ennyanja Ennene lwe lulibeera ensalo yammwe. Eyo y’eriba ensalo yammwe ey’ebugwanjuba.
7 And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall mark out for you mount Hor;
Ku ludda olw’obukiikakkono, ensalo yammwe egenda kuva ku Nnyanja Ennene erage ku Lusozi Koola;
8 from mount Hor ye shall mark out the entrance to Hamath, and the end of the border shall be toward Zedad;
eve e Koola erage w’oyingirira Kamasi. Ensalo olwo eriraga e Zedada,
9 and the border shall go to Ziphron, and shall end at Hazar-enan. This shall be your north border.
ne yeeyongerayo okutuuka e Zifuloni, n’ekoma mu Kazalenooni. Eyo y’eriba ensalo yammwe ey’oku bukiikakkono.
10 And ye shall mark out for you as eastern border from Hazar-enan to Shepham:
Ensalo yammwe ey’ebuvanjuba erigoberera olunyiriri oluva e Kazalenooni okutuuka e Sefamu.
11 and the border shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall strike upon the extremity of the sea of Chinnereth eastward;
Ensalo n’eserengeta okuva e Sefamu okutuuka e Libula ku ludda olw’ebuvanjuba bwa Yaini, n’ebalama amabbali g’ensozi ku ludda olw’ebuvanjuba bw’Ennyanja y’e Kinneresi, y’ey’e Ggaliraaya.
12 and the border shall go down to the Jordan, and shall end at the salt sea. This shall be your land according to the borders thereof round about.
Olwo ensalo n’egendera ku mugga Yoludaani n’ekoma ku Nnyanja ey’Omunnyo. “‘Eyo y’eribeera ensi yammwe, n’ezo nga ze nsalo zaayo ku buli luuyi.’”
13 And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall take for yourselves as inheritance by lot, which Jehovah commanded to give to the nine tribes, and to the half tribe.
Awo Musa n’alagira abaana ba Isirayiri nti, “Ensi eyo muligibawa okubeera obutaka bwabwe obw’enkalakkalira nga mukuba akalulu. Mukama alagidde ensi eyo egabanibwe ebika omwenda n’ekitundu,
14 For the tribe of the children of the Reubenites according to their fathers' houses, and the tribe of the children of the Gadites according to their fathers' houses, have received, and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance;
kubanga ab’empya z’ekika kya Gaadi n’ekya Lewubeeni, n’ab’empya z’ekitundu ky’ekika kya Manase, baamala okugabana obutaka bwabwe.
15 the two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side the Jordan of Jericho eastward, toward the sun-rising.
Ebika ebyo ebibiri n’ekitundu byamala okugabana obutaka bwabyo ku ludda olw’ebuvanjuba olw’Omugga Yoludaani ogwa Yeriko okutunuulira enjuba gy’eva.”
16 And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

17 These are the names of the men who shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
“Gano ge mannya g’abasajja abalibagabanyizaamu ensi eyo okubeera obutaka bwammwe: Eriyazaali kabona ne Yoswa mutabani wa Nuuni.
18 And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land.
Era ojja kulonda mu buli kika omukulembeze omu okuyamba mu kugabana ensi.
19 And these are the names of the men: for the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh;
“Gano ge mannya gaabwe: “Kalebu mutabani wa Yefune ng’ava mu kika kya Yuda.
20 and for the tribe of the children of Simeon, Samuel the son of Ammihud;
Semweri mutabani wa Ammikudi ng’ava mu kika kya Simyoni.
21 for the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon;
Eridaadi mutabani wa Kisuloni ng’ava mu kika kya Benyamini.
22 and for the tribe of the children of Dan, a prince, Bukki the son of Jogli;
Buki mutabani wa Yoguli ng’ava mu kika kya Ddaani.
23 for the children of Joseph: for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, a prince, Hanniel the son of Ephod,
Kanieri mutabani wa Efodi ng’ava mu kika kya Manase mutabani wa Yusufu.
24 and for the tribe of the children of Ephraim, a prince, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan;
Kemueri mutabani wa Sifutani ng’ava mu kika kya Efulayimu mutabani wa Yusufu.
25 and for the tribe of the children of Zebulun, a prince, Elizaphan the son of Pharnach;
Erizafani mutabani wa Palunaki nga ye mukulembeze okuva mu kika kya Zebbulooni.
26 and for the tribe of the children of Issachar, a prince, Phaltiel the son of Azzan;
Palutiyeri mutabani wa Azani nga ye mukulembeze okuva mu kika kya Isakaali,
27 and for the tribe of the children of Asher, a prince, Ahihud the son of Shelomi;
ne Akikuda mutabani wa Seromi nga ye mukulembeze okuva mu kika kya Aseri,
28 and for the tribe of the children of Naphtali, a prince, Phedahel the son of Ammihud.
ne Pedakeri mutabani wa Ammikudi nga ye mukulembeze okuva mu kika kya Nafutaali.”
29 These are they whom Jehovah commanded to distribute to the children of Israel their inheritance in the land of Canaan.
