Micah 2
1 Woe to them that devise iniquity and work evil upon their beds! When the morning is light they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.
Wehe denen, die auf Frevel sinnen und Böses planen auf ihren Lagern und die es beim nächsten Morgenlicht ausführen, weil die Macht dazu in ihrer Hand liegt!
2 And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away; and they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
Gelüstet es sie nach Äckern, so bemächtigen sie sich ihrer mit Gewalt, oder nach Häusern, so nehmen sie sie weg: sie verüben Gewalttat an dem Besitzer und seinem Hause, an dem Eigentümer und seinem Erbgut.
3 Therefore thus saith Jehovah: Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye walk haughtily: for it is an evil time.
Darum hat der HERR so gesprochen: »Wisset wohl: (auch) ich habe gegen dieses Geschlecht Unheil im Sinn, aus dem ihr eure Hälse nicht herausziehen und worin ihr nicht mehr aufrecht einhergehen könnt; denn es soll eine schlimme Zeit sein!«
4 In that day shall they take up a proverb concerning you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, [and] say, We are utterly spoiled: he hath changed the portion of my people: how hath he removed it from me! He hath distributed our fields to the rebellious.
An jenem Tage wird man ein Spottlied auf euch anheben und ein Klagelied anstimmen, das so lautet: »Es ist aus! Völlig vernichtet sind wir! Das Erbteil meines Volkes gibt er in fremde Hände: ach, wie entzieht er es mir! An Abtrünnige teilt er unsere Felder aus!«
5 Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast the measuring line upon a lot, in the congregation of Jehovah.
Darum wirst du niemand haben, der dir die Meßschnur über ein Ackerlos wirft in der Gemeinde des HERRN.
6 Prophesy ye not, they prophesy. If they do not prophesy to these, the ignominy will not depart.
»Laßt das prophetische Predigen!« predigen sie; »derartige Dinge predigt man nicht! Nicht wird Schande uns alle treffen!
7 O thou [that art] named the house of Jacob, Is Jehovah impatient? are these his doings? Do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?
Ist das Haus Jakobs etwa verflucht? Ist der HERR etwa zornmütig, oder ist sein Tun von dieser Art? Meinen seine Worte es nicht gut mit dem, der rechtschaffen wandelt?«
8 But of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye strip off the mantle with the garment from them that pass by securely, that are averse from war.
Aber ihr seid es, die feindselig gegen mein Volk auftreten! Vom Rock herunter reißt ihr den Mantel denen ab, die arglos vorüberziehen, die von Streit nichts wissen wollen.
9 The women of my people do ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their young children do ye take away my magnificence for ever.
Die Frauen meines Volkes vertreibt ihr aus ihrem beglückenden Heim und raubt ihren kleinen Kindern meinen Ehrenschmuck auf immer.
10 Arise ye, and depart; for this is not the resting-place, because of defilement that bringeth destruction, even a grievous destruction.
»Packt euch!« (so sagt ihr) und »hinweg mit euch, denn hier ist eures Bleibens nicht!« Um einer geringen Kleinigkeit willen vollzieht ihr grausam Pfändung.
11 If a man walking in wind and falsehood do lie, [saying, ] I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink, he shall be the prophet of this people.
Ja, wenn jemand käme, der dem Winde nachliefe und euch Lug und Trug vortrüge: »Ich will dir von Wein und Würztrank predigen!« – der wäre ein Prediger für dieses Volk!
12 I will surely assemble, O Jacob, the whole of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as sheep of Bozrah, as a flock in the midst of their pasture: they shall make great noise by reason of [the multitude of] men.
»Sammeln, ja sammeln will ich dich, Jakob, insgesamt; zusammenbringen, ja zusammenbringen will ich, was von Israel noch übrig ist! Vereinigen will ich sie wie Schafe in der Hürde, wie eine Herde auf der Trift, so daß sie eine von Menschen wimmelnde Menge bilden.«
13 One that breaketh through is gone up before them: they have broken forth, and have passed on to the gate, and are gone out by it; and their king passeth on before them, and Jehovah at the head of them.
An ihrer Spitze zieht dann der leitende Widder dahin, sie brechen durch, ziehen durch das Tor und gehen hinaus: ihr König schreitet vor ihnen her und der HERR selber an ihrer Spitze.
