Luke 4
1 But Jesus, full of [the] Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan, and was led by the Spirit in the wilderness
୧ଜିସୁ ସୁକଲ୍ ଆତ୍ମାଇ ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ଅଇକରି ଜର୍ଦନ୍ ଗାଡେଅନି ବାଉଡି ଆଇଲା । ଆରି ସଇତାନର୍ ଟାନେ ପରିକା କରାଇବାକେ ତାକେ ଆତ୍ମା ଚାଲାଇ ନେଲା । ତେଇ ଚାଲିସ୍ ଦିନ୍ ଜାକ ସଇତାନ୍ ତାକେ ପରିକା କର୍ତେରଇଲା ।
2 forty days, tempted of the devil; and in those days he did not eat anything, and when they were finished he hungered.
୨ସର୍ତେ ଦିନ୍ ସାର୍ଲା ପଚେ ସେ ବୁକ୍କେ ବାୟାଚୁରା ଅଇଗାଲା ।
3 And the devil said to him, If thou be Son of God, speak to this stone, that it become bread.
୩ତେଇ ସଇତାନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ କଇଲା, “ତୁଇ ଜଦି ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ପ, ତେବେ ଏ ପାକ୍ନା କାଦି ଅ ବଲି ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେସ୍ ।”
4 And Jesus answered unto him saying, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
୪ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ସାସ୍ତରେ ଲେକାଅଇ ଆଚେ, ମୁନୁସ୍ ଅବ୍କା କାଦି କାଇ ନ ବଁଚେ ।”
5 And [the devil], leading him up into a high mountain, shewed him all the kingdoms of the habitable world in a moment of time.
୫ତାର୍ପଚେ ସଇତାନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଉଁଚ୍ ଜାଗାଇ ଡାକି ଦାରିଜାଇ କରି ଆଁକିମିଟ୍କା ମାର୍ବା ଏତ୍କି ପର୍କେ ଜଗତର୍ ସବୁ ରାଇଜ୍ ଦେକାଇଲା ।
6 And the devil said to him, I will give thee all this power, and their glory; for it is given up to me, and to whomsoever I will I give it.
୬ଆରି ଜିସୁକେ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ତକେ ଏ ସବୁ ଦନ୍ ସଁପତିର୍ ଅଦିକାର୍ ଆରି ମଇମା ଦେବି । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେଟା ସବୁ ମକେ ସର୍ପିଦେଲାଆଚେ, ଆରି ମୁଇ ଜାକେ ମନ୍ କର୍ବି, ତାକେ ଦେବି ।
7 If therefore thou wilt do homage before me, all [of it] shall be thine.
୭ତେବର୍ପାଇ, ଜେବେ ତୁଇ ମକେ ଜୁଆର୍ କର୍ସୁ, ତେବେ ସେ ସବୁଜାକ ତର୍ ଅଇସି ।”
8 And Jesus answering him said, It is written, Thou shalt do homage to [the] Lord thy God, and him alone shalt thou serve.
୮ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ସାସ୍ତରେ ଲେକାଅଇଆଚେ, ତୁଇ ତର୍ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେସେ ଜୁଆର୍ କର୍ସୁ, ଆରି ତାକେସେ ସେବା କର୍ସୁ ।”
9 And he led him to Jerusalem, and set him on the edge of the temple, and said to him, If thou be Son of God, cast thyself down hence;
୯ପଚେ ସଇତାନ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଜିରୁସାଲାମେ ଡାକିଦାରିଜାଇ, ମନ୍ଦିରର୍ ଚାଉନି ଟିପେ ଟିଆକରାଇ କଇଲା, “ତୁଇ ଜଦି ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ପ, ତେବେ ଇତିଅନି ତଲେ ଡେଗଇଦେସ୍,
10 for it is written, He shall give charge to his angels concerning thee to keep thee;
୧୦କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସାସ୍ତରେ ଲେକାଆଚେ ତକେ ରକିଆ କର୍ବାକେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ତାର୍ ନିଜର୍ ଦୁତ୍ମନ୍କେ ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଇସି ।
11 and on [their] hands shall they bear thee, lest in any wise thou strike thy foot against a stone.
୧୧ଆରି ମିସା ଲେକା ଆଚେ, ‘ଜେନ୍ତିକି ତର୍ ପାଦ୍ ପାକ୍ନାଇ ନ ପାଏ, ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ଦୁତ୍ମନ୍ ତକେ ଆତେଦାରି ଟେକି ନେବାଇ ।’”
12 And Jesus answering said to him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt [the] Lord thy God.
୧୨ଜିସୁ ସଇତାନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ଏଟା ମିସା ଲେକାଆଚେ, ତୁଇ ତର୍ ମାପ୍ରୁ ନିଜର୍ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ପରିକା କର୍ ନାଇ ।”
13 And the devil, having completed every temptation, departed from him for a time.
୧୩ସଇତାନ୍ ସବୁ ରକାମର୍ ପରିକା ସାରାଇଲା ପଚେ, ଆରି ତରେକ୍ ବେଲା ମିଲ୍ବାଜାକ କେତେ ଦିନର୍ ପାଇ ଜିସୁକେ ଚାଡି ଉଟିଗାଲା ।
14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee; and a rumour went out into the whole surrounding country about him;
୧୪ତାର୍ପଚେ ଜିସୁ ଆତ୍ମାଇ ବପୁଅଇକରି ଗାଲିଲି ରାଇଜେ ବାଉଡିଗାଲା । ଆରି ତାର୍ କବର୍ ଗାଲିଲି ରାଇଜର୍ ଗୁଲାଇ ଗାଉଁମନ୍ ଜାନ୍ଲାଇ ।
15 and he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.
୧୫ପଚେ ଜିସୁ ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ଗର୍ମନ୍କେ ବୁଲି ବୁଲି ସିକିଆ ଦେଇକରି ସବୁ ଲକର୍ଟାନେ ଅନି ଡାକ୍ପୁଟା ପାଇବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲା ।
16 And he came to Nazareth, where he was brought up; and he entered, according to his custom, into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up to read.
୧୬ଏତ୍କିବିତ୍ରେ ନାଜରିତେ, ଜନ୍ ଜାଗାଇ କି ଜିସୁ ସାନ୍ବେଲେ ଅନି ବଡ୍ ଅଇରଇଲା, ସେ ଜାଗାଇ ଗାଲା । ଆରି ନିଜର୍ ରିତିନିତି ଇସାବେ, ବିସ୍ରାମ୍ ବାରେ ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ଗରେ କେଟି ଦରମ୍ ସାସ୍ତର୍ ପଡ୍ବାକେ ଟିଆ ଅଇଲା ।
17 And [the] book of the prophet Esaias was given to him; and having unrolled the book he found the place where it was written,
୧୭ସେଡ୍କିବେଲେ ତାକେ ଜିସାୟ ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତା ଲେକିରଇଲା ଦରମ୍ ସାସ୍ତର୍ ଦିଆଅଇଲା, ଆରି ଜିସୁ ସେ ଜିସାୟ ବଇଟାନେ ଲେକାଅଇରଇଲା ଏନ୍ତାରି ବାକିଅ ମେଲାକରି ପାଇଲା ।
18 [The] Spirit of [the] Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach glad tidings to [the] poor; he has sent me to preach to captives deliverance, and to [the] blind sight, to send forth [the] crushed delivered,
୧୮“ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ଆତ୍ମା ମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଚେ, ତେବର୍ପାଇ ନଇଲା ମଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନର୍ଟାନେ ସୁବ୍ କବର୍ ଜାନାଇବାକେ, ପର୍ମେସର୍ ମକେ ବାଚିକରି ପାଟାଇଲା, ବନ୍ଦି ଗରେ ରଇବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ମୁକ୍ଲାଇବାକେ, କାଣା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଦେକାଇବା ବିସଇ ଜାନାଇବାକେ ଆରି ଦୁକର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ମୁକ୍ଲାଇବାକେ,
19 to preach [the] acceptable year of [the] Lord.
୧୯ଆରି ମାପ୍ରୁ ତାର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ରକିଆ କର୍ବା ବେଲା ଆସିଆଚେ, ବଲି ଜାନାଇବାକେ ସେ ମକେ ପାଟାଇଆଚେ ।”
20 And having rolled up the book, when he had delivered it up to the attendant, he sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed upon him.
୨୦ପଚେ ସେ ସାସ୍ତର୍ ଡାବି, ପାର୍ତନା ଚାଲାଇବା ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍କେ ବାଉଡାଇଦେଇ ବସିଦେଲା । ପାର୍ତନା ଗରେ ରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାକେସେ ଦେକ୍ତେରଇଲାଇ ।
21 And he began to say to them, To-day this scripture is fulfilled in your ears.
୨୧ଜିସୁ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲା, “ଆଜି ତମେ ସୁନ୍ଲା ଏ ଦରମ୍ ସାସ୍ତରର୍ ବାକିଅ ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ଅଇଲା ।”
22 And all bore witness to him, and wondered at the words of grace which were coming out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this the son of Joseph?
୨୨ଜିସୁର୍ ବିସଇ ନେଇକରି ସବୁଲକ୍ ନିକ ସାକି ଦେବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲାଇ ଆରି ସେ କଇବା, ମନ୍କେ ପାଇଲା ବାକିଅ ସୁନି କାବାଅଇଲାଇ, ଆରି ସେମନ୍ “ଏଟାକାଇ ଜସେପର୍ ପ ନଏଁ ଜେ?” ବଲି କଇବାର୍ଦାର୍ଲାଇ ।
23 And he said to them, Ye will surely say to me this parable, Physician, heal thyself; whatsoever we have heard has taken place in Capernaum do here also in thine own country.
୨୩ଜିସୁ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ତମେ ସେ ଗାଲା କାତା ଆରିତରେକ୍ କଇସା ବଲି ମୁଇ ଜାନିରଇଲି, ଏ ଅସ ଦେଉ, ନିଜେ ତୁଇ ନିକ ଅ, ଆରି କପର୍ନାଉମେ ଜାଇ ଜାଇଟା ଗଟିଆଚେ ବଲି ଆମେ ସୁନିଆଚୁ, ସେଟା ସବୁ ଏ ଜାଗାଇ, ତର୍ ନିଜର୍ ଜନମ୍ ନଅରେ ମିସା କର୍ ।”
24 And he said, Verily I say to you, that no prophet is acceptable in his [own] country.
୨୪“ମାତର୍ ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ ସତ୍ କଇଲିନି, ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତା ଅଇରଇବା କାକେମିସା ନିଜର୍ ଗାଏଁ ନ ନାମତ୍ ।”
25 But of a truth I say to you, There were many widows in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up for three years and six months, so that a great famine came upon all the land,
୨୫“ମାତର୍ ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ ସତ୍କାତା କଇଲିନି, ଜେଡେବେଲେ ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତା ଏଲିୟର୍ ବେଲେ ତିନ୍ବରସ୍ ଚ ମାସ୍ ଜାକ ବାଦଲେଅନି ପାନିମାରେ ନାଇକେ ଗୁଲାଇ ଦେସେ ମର୍ଡି ଅଇରଇଲା, ସେବେଲେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ୍ ଦେସେ କେତେ କେତେ ରାଣ୍ଡିମାଇଜିମନ୍ ରଇଲାଇ ।
26 and to none of them was Elias sent but to Sarepta of Sidonia, to a woman [that was] a widow.
୨୬ରଇଲେ ମିସା ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଏଲିୟକେ କାର୍ଲଗେ ମିସା ନ ପାଟାଇ ସିଦନ୍ ଦେସର୍ ସାରିପତ୍ ବଲି ଗଟେକ୍ ଜାଗାଇ, ଗଟେକ୍ ରାଣ୍ଡିମାଇଜିର୍ ଲଗେ ପାଟାଇଲା ।
27 And there were many lepers in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet, and none of them was cleansed but Naaman the Syrian.
୨୭ଆରି ମାପ୍ରୁର୍ ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତା ଏଲିସାୟର୍ ବେଲେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ୍ ଦେସେ କେତେ କୁସ୍ଟି ରଗି ରଇଲାଇ, ଏଲେ ମିସା ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କାକେମିସା ନିକକରି ନ ରଇଲା, ସୁରିଆ ଦେସର୍ ନାମାନ୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଲକ୍କେ ସେ ନିକକରି ରଇଲା ।”
28 And they were all filled with rage in the synagogue, hearing these things;
୨୮ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ଗରେ ଏ କାତା ସୁନି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ବେସି ରିସାଅଇଗାଲାଇ ।
29 and rising up they cast him forth out of the city, and led him up to the brow of the mountain upon which their city was built, so that they might throw him down the precipice;
୨୯ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ଉଟିକରି ଜିସୁକେ ନଅରେଅନି ବାର୍କରାଇଦେଲାଇ । ତାକର୍ ନଅରର୍ ଜନ୍ ପର୍ବତ୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ତିଆର୍ ଅଇରଇଲା, ସେ ପର୍ବତର୍ ଦାରେଅନି ତଲେ ପିଙ୍ଗିଦେଉଁ ବଲି, ତାକେ ତେଇ ଦାରିଗାଲାଇ ।
30 but he, passing through the midst of them, went his way,
୩୦ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁ ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ପୁରି ଉଟିଗାଲା ।
31 and descended to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbaths.
୩୧ଜିସୁ ଗାଲିଲି ରାଇଜର୍ କପର୍ନାଉମ୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ନଅରେ ଆଇଲା, ଆରି ବିସ୍ରାମ୍ବାରେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ସିକିଆ ଦେବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲା ।
32 And they were astonished at his doctrine, for his word was with authority.
୩୨ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାର୍ ସିକାଇବାଟା ଦେକି କାବାଅଇଗାଲାଇ, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ତାର୍ ବାକିଅ ଅଦିକାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ରଇଲା ।
33 And there was in the synagogue a man having a spirit of an unclean demon, and he cried with a loud voice,
୩୩ଦିନେକ୍ ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ଗରେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଡୁମା ଡସିରଇବା ଲକ୍ ରଇଲା । ସେ ଆଉଲିଅଇ କିର୍କିରି କଇଲା,
34 saying, Eh! what have we to do with thee, Jesus, Nazarene? hast thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy [One] of God.
୩୪“ଏ ନାଜରିତର୍ ଜିସୁ, ଆମର୍ଟାନେ ତର୍ କାଇ କାମ୍ ଆଚେ? ତୁଇ କାଇ ଆମ୍କେ ମରାଇବାକେ ଆସିଆଚୁସ୍? ତୁଇ କେ ସେଟା ମୁଇ ଜାନି, ତୁଇ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ସୁକଲ୍ ଲକ୍ ।”
35 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out from him. And the demon, having thrown him down into the midst, came out from him without doing him any injury.
୩୫ଜିସୁ ତାକେ ଦମ୍କାଇ କରି କଇଲା, “ଚୁପ୍ ର, ଆର୍ଟାନେଅନି ବାରଇ ଜା ।” ତେଇଅନି ସେ ଡୁମା ସେ ଲକ୍କେ ସବୁର୍ ମୁଆଟେ ଅଦ୍ରାଇଲା ଆରି, ତାକେ କାଇଟା ନ କରି ତାର୍ ଗାଗ୍ଡେଅନି ବାରଇ ଉଟିଗାଲା ।
36 And astonishment came upon all, and they spoke to one another, saying, What word [is] this? for with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.
୩୬ତେଇ ସବୁଲକ୍ କାବାଅଇକରି ତାକର୍ ତାକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କୁଆବଲା ଅଇଲାଇ, “ଏଟା କାଇ କାତା, ସେ ବପୁ ଆରି ଅଦିକାର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଡୁମାମନ୍କେ ମିସା ଆଦେସ୍ ଦେଲାନି । ସେମନ୍ ମିସା ବାରଇ ଗାଲାଇନି ।”
37 And a rumour went out into every place of the country round concerning him.
୩୭ଜିସୁର୍ ଏ କବର୍ ସେ ଜାଗାର୍ ଗୁଲାଇବାଟର୍ ଲକ୍ ଜାନ୍ଲାଇ ।
38 And rising up out of the synagogue, he entered into the house of Simon. But Simon's mother-in-law was suffering under a bad fever; and they asked him for her.
୩୮ପଚେ ଜିସୁ ଜିଉଦିମନର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ଗରେଅନି ଉଟି ସିମନର୍ ଗରେ ଗାଲା । ସିମନର୍ ସାତ୍ରିକେ ବେସି ଜର୍ ଅଇରଇଲାଜେ ସେମନ୍ ତାର୍ ବିସଇ ନେଇ ଜିସୁକେ କଇଲାଇ ।
39 And standing over her, he rebuked the fever, and it left her; and forthwith standing up she served them.
୩୯ତେଇ ସେ ସିମନର୍ ସାତ୍ରିର୍ ଲଗେ ଟିଆଅଇ ଜର୍କେ ଦମ୍କାଇଲା ଆରି ତାକେ ଜର୍ ଚାଡିଗାଲା । ସେଦାପ୍ରେ ସେ ଉଟିକରି ସେମନ୍କେ ସେବା କର୍ବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲା ।
40 And when the sun went down, all, as many as had persons sick with divers diseases, brought them to him, and having laid his hands on every one of them, he healed them;
୪୦ବେଲ୍ବସି ସଞ୍ଜ୍ ଅଇଲାଜେ ଜର୍ଦୁକା ଅଇରଇଲା ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଜିସୁର୍ ଲଗେ ଆନ୍ଲାଇ, ଆରି ସେ ଜର୍ଦୁକାର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଗଟେକ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକର୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ଆତ୍ ସଙ୍ଗଇ ନିକ କଲା ।
41 and demons also went out from many, crying out and saying, Thou art the Son of God. And rebuking them, he suffered them not to speak, because they knew him to be the Christ.
୪୧ଡୁମା ଦାରିରଇବା ବେସି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ମିସା କିର୍କିରି କରି “ତୁଇ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ପଅ!” ବଲି ଲକର୍ ଟାନେଅନି ଚାଡି ପାଲାଇଲାଇ । ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ଦମ୍କାଇ କରି କାତାଅଇବାକେ ମିସା ଦେଏନାଇ, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେମନ୍ ତାକେ କିରିସ୍ଟ ବଲି ଜାନିରଇଲାଇ ।
42 And when it was day he went out, and went into a desert place, and the crowds sought after him, and came up to him, and [would have] kept him back that he should not go from them.
୪୨ସାକାଲ୍ ପାଇଲାଜେ ଜିସୁ ନଅରେ ଅନି ବାରଇ ଗଟେକ୍ କିନରା ଜାଗାଇ ଗାଲା । ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କଜି କଜି ତାର୍ ଲଗେ ଆଇଲାଇ, ଆରି ସେ ଜେନ୍ତିକି ତାକର୍ ଲଗେଅନି ଉଟିନଜାଅ ବଲି ଅଟ୍କାଇବାକେ ଚେସ୍ଟା କଲାଇ ।
43 But he said to them, I must needs announce the glad tidings of the kingdom of God to the other cities also, for for this I have been sent forth.
୪୩ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ବିନ୍ ବିନ୍ ନଅରେ ମିସା ମୁଇ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ରାଇଜର୍ ନିକ କବର୍ ଜାନାଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ, କାଇକେ ବଇଲେ ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ମକେ ପାଟାଇଆଚେ ।”
44 And he was preaching in the synagogues of Galilee.
୪୪ଆରି ସେ ଜିଉଦା ଦେସର୍ ଜିଉଦି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ପାର୍ତନା ଗର୍ମନ୍କେ ବାକିଅ ସୁନାଇବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲା ।
