John 20
1 And on the first [day] of the week Mary of Magdala comes in early morn to the tomb, while it was still dark, and sees the stone taken away from the tomb.
၁တနင်္ဂနွေနေ့မိုးမလင်းမီမှောင်လျက်နေသေး စဉ်အခါမာဂဒလမြို့သူမာရိသည်သင်္ချိုင်း တော်သို့လာရာဂူဝမှကျောက်တုံးကိုဖယ် ရှားထားသည်ကိုတွေ့ရ၏။-
2 She runs therefore and comes to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, to whom Jesus was attached, and says to them, They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we know not where they have laid him.
၂သူသည်ရှိမုန်ပေတရုနှင့်သခင်ယေရှုချစ် တော်မူသောတပည့်တော်ထံသို့ပြေးသွားပြီး လျှင် ``သခင်ဘုရားကိုသင်္ချိုင်းတော်မှယူဆောင် သွားကြလေပြီ။ အဘယ်မှာထားကြသည်ကို မသိပါ'' ဟုပြော၏။
3 Peter therefore went forth, and the other disciple, and came to the tomb.
၃ထိုအခါပေတရုနှင့်အခြားတပည့်တော် သည်သင်္ချိုင်းတော်သို့ပြေးသွားကြ၏။-
4 And the two ran together, and the other disciple ran forward faster than Peter, and came first to the tomb,
၄ထိုသူနှစ်ဦးသည်အတူပြေးကြသော်လည်း အခြားတပည့်တော်ကပေတရုထက်လျင် မြန်စွာပြေး၍သင်္ချိုင်းတော်သို့ဦးစွာရောက် လေသည်။-
5 and stooping down he sees the linen cloths lying; he did not however go in.
၅သူသည်ငုံ့၍ကြည့်လိုက်ရာဂူထဲတွင်ပိတ် များကျန်ရစ်သည်ကိုမြင်ရ၏။ သို့သော်သူ သည်ဂူထဲသို့မဝင်ဘဲနေ၏။-
6 Simon Peter therefore comes, following him, and entered into the tomb, and sees the linen cloths lying,
၆သူ၏နောက်ကလိုက်လာသူရှိမုန်ပေတရု သည်လည်းရောက်လာပြီးနောက်ဂူထဲသို့ဝင် ရာပိတ်များကျန်ရစ်ခဲ့သည်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊-
7 and the handkerchief which was upon his head, not lying with the linen cloths, but folded up in a distinct place by itself.
၇ကိုယ်တော်၏ဦးခေါင်းတော်မှပဝါသည်ထိုပိတ် များနှင့်အတူမရှိဘဲတစ်နေရာတွင်သီးသန့် လိပ်လျက်ရှိသည်ကိုလည်းကောင်းမြင်လေ၏။-
8 Then entered in therefore the other disciple also who came first to the tomb, and he saw and believed;
၈ထိုနောက်သင်္ချိုင်းတော်သို့ဦးစွာရောက်ရှိသည့် အခြားတပည့်တော်သည်လည်းဂူထဲသို့ဝင် လျှင်ထိုအခြင်းအရာကိုတွေ့မြင်ရသဖြင့် ယုံကြည်လေ၏။-
9 for they had not yet known the scripture, that he must rise from among [the] dead.
၉(ကိုယ်တော်သည်သေခြင်းမှရှင်ပြန်ထမြောက် ရမည်ဟူသောကျမ်းစကားကိုထိုသူတို့နား မလည်ကြသေးချေ။)-
10 The disciples therefore went away again to their own home.
၁၀ထိုနောက်တပည့်တော်နှစ်ဦးတို့သည်ပြန်ကြ၏။
11 But Mary stood at the tomb weeping without. As therefore she wept, she stooped down into the tomb,
၁၁မာရိသည်သင်္ချိုင်းတော်အနီးတွင်ငိုကြွေးလျက် ရပ်နေ၏။ သူသည်ငိုကြွေးနေစဉ်ငုံ့၍ဂူထဲသို့ ကြည့်လိုက်ရာ၊-
12 and beholds two angels sitting in white [garments], one at the head and one at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
၁၂သခင်ယေရှုအလောင်းတော်၏နေရာခေါင်းရင်း တွင်ကောင်းကင်တမန်တစ်ပါး၊ ခြေရင်းတွင် တစ်ပါး၊ ကောင်းကင်တမန်နှစ်ပါးဝတ်ဖြူစင် ကြယ်နှင့်ထိုင်နေသည်ကိုမြင်ရ၏။-
13 And they say to her, Woman, why dost thou weep? She says to them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him.
၁၃ကောင်းကင်တမန်များက ``အချင်းအမျိုး သမီး၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ငိုကြွေးသနည်း'' ဟုမေး၏။ မာရိက ``ကျွန်မ၏အရှင်ကိုသူတို့ယူဆောင် သွားလေပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်အားအဘယ်အရပ်မှာ ထားကြသည်ကိုကျွန်မမသိပါ'' ဟုဆို၏။
14 Having said these things she turned backward and beholds Jesus standing [there], and knew not that it was Jesus.
၁၄ဤသို့ဆိုပြီးလျှင်နောက်သို့လှည့်၍ကြည့်ရာ သခင်ယေရှုရပ်လျက်နေတော်မူသည်ကိုမြင် သော်လည်းသခင်ယေရှုဖြစ်သည်ကိုမသိ။-
15 Jesus says to her, Woman, why dost thou weep? Whom seekest thou? She, supposing that it was the gardener, says to him, Sir, if thou hast borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.
၁၅သခင်ယေရှုက ``အချင်းအမျိုးသမီး၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ငိုကြွေးသနည်း။ သင်မည် သူ့ကိုရှာသနည်း'' ဟုမေးတော်မူ၏။ ထိုအခါမာရိသည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုဥယျာဉ်စောင့် ဟုထင်မှတ်ကာ ``ဆရာ၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏အလောင်း တော်ကိုရှင်ယူဆောင်သွားခဲ့ပါလျှင်အဘယ် အရပ်တွင်ထားသည်ကိုကျွန်မအားပြောပြပါ။ ကျွန်မသွား၍ယူပါမည်'' ဟုဆို၏။
16 Jesus says to her, Mary. She, turning round, says to him in Hebrew, Rabboni, which means Teacher.
၁၆သခင်ယေရှုက ``မာရိ'' ဟုခေါ်တော်မူ၏။ ထိုအခါမာရိသည်လှည့်၍ ဟေဗြဲဘာသာ ဖြင့် ``ရဗ္ဗုနိ'' ဟုထူး၏။ (ရဗ္ဗုနိအနက်ကား အရှင်ဘုရားဟုဆိုလိုသတည်း။)
17 Jesus says to her, Touch me not, for I have not yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brethren and say to them, I ascend to my Father and your Father, and [to] my God and your God.
၁၇သခင်ယေရှုက ``ငါ့ကိုကိုင်ဆွဲ၍မထားနှင့်။ ငါသည်ခမည်းတော်၏ထံသို့မတက်ရသေး။ သို့သော်ငါ၏ညီများထံသို့သွား၍ငါ့အဖ တည်းဟူသောသင်တို့၏ဘုရားသခင်ထံတော် သို့ငါတက်သွားရမည့်အကြောင်းကိုပြောကြား လော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
18 Mary of Magdala comes bringing word to the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and [that] he had said these things to her.
၁၈သို့ဖြစ်၍မာဂဒလမြို့သူမာရိသည်တပည့် တော်တို့ထံသွား၍သခင်ဘုရားကိုမိမိတွေ့ မြင်ခဲ့ကြောင်းနှင့်ကိုယ်တော်မည်သို့မိန့်ကြား တော်မူလိုက်ကြောင်းကိုပြောပြ၏။
19 When therefore it was evening on that day, which was the first [day] of the week, and the doors shut where the disciples were, through fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and says to them, Peace [be] to you.
၁၉တပည့်တော်တို့သည်ယုဒအာဏာပိုင်တို့ကို ကြောက်သဖြင့်တနင်္ဂနွေနေ့ညဦးအချိန်၌ အိမ်တံခါးပိတ်၍စုဝေးနေကြ၏။ ထိုအခါ သခင်ယေရှုသည်ကြွလာတော်မူ၍ထိုသူတို့ အလယ်မှာရပ်တော်မူလျက် ``သင်တို့၌ငြိမ် သက်ခြင်းရှိစေသတည်း'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။-
20 And having said this, he shewed to them his hands and his side. The disciples rejoiced therefore, having seen the Lord.
၂၀သို့မိန့်တော်မူပြီးနောက်ကိုယ်တော်၏လက်တော် များနှင့်နံတော်ကိုတပည့်တော်တို့အားပြ တော်မူ၏။ တပည့်တော်တို့သည်သခင်ဘုရား ကိုတွေ့မြင်ရသောအခါဝမ်းမြောက်ကြ၏။-
21 [Jesus] said therefore again to them, Peace [be] to you: as the Father sent me forth, I also send you.
၂၁ထိုနောက်တစ်ဖန်သခင်ယေရှုက ``သင်တို့၌ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းရှိစေသတည်း။ ခမည်းတော်သည် ငါ့ကိုစေလွှတ်တော်မူသည်နည်းတူသင်တို့ကို ငါစေလွှတ်၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။-
22 And having said this, he breathed into [them], and says to them, Receive [the] Holy Spirit:
၂၂ဤသို့မိန့်တော်မူပြီးလျှင်ကိုယ်တော်သည် တပည့်တော်တို့အပေါ်သို့မှုတ်တော်မူလျက် ``သန့်ရှင်းသောဝိညာဉ်တော်ကိုခံယူကြ လော့။-
23 whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted to them; whose soever [sins] ye retain, they are retained.
၂၃သင်တို့သည်လူတို့၏အပြစ်များကိုဖြေလွှတ် လျှင်သူတို့သည်အပြစ်လွတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင် တို့မဖြေမလွှတ်လျှင်မူကားသူတို့အပြစ် ပြေလွတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်'' ဟုမိန့်တော် မူ၏။
24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.
၂၄သခင်ယေရှုကြွလာတော်မူချိန်၌ (အမြွှာပူး ဟုနာမည်တွင်သည့်) သောမကားတပည့်တော် တို့နှင့်အတူမရှိ။-
25 The other disciples therefore said to him, We have seen the Lord. But he said to them, Unless I see in his hands the mark of the nails, and put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.
၂၅သို့ဖြစ်၍အခြားတပည့်တော်များက ``သခင် ဘုရားကိုငါတို့တွေ့မြင်ကြရပြီ'' ဟုသောမ အားပြောဆိုကြ၏။ သောမက ``လက်တော်၌သံရိုက်ရာကိုမမြင်၊ သံရိုက်ရာကိုလက်ညှိုးဖြင့်မတို့မစမ်း၊ နံဘေး တော်ကိုလက်ဖြင့်မစမ်းမသပ်ရလျှင်ငါယုံ မည်မဟုတ်'' ဟုဆို၏။
26 And eight days after, his disciples were again within, and Thomas with them. Jesus comes, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst and said, Peace [be] to you.
၂၆ထိုနောက်ရက်သတ္တတစ်ပတ်ကြာသော်တပည့် တော်တို့သည် အိမ်အတွင်းမှာစုဝေးလျက်ရှိ ကြ၏။ သောမလည်းသူတို့နှင့်အတူရှိ၏။ တံခါးများပိတ်ထားလျက်ရှိ၏။ သို့ရာတွင် သခင်ယေရှုသည်ကြွလာတော်မူ၍သူတို့ ၏အလယ်တွင်ရပ်တော်မူပြီးလျှင် ``သင်တို့ ၌ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းရှိစေသတည်း'' ဟုမိန့်တော် မူ၏။-
27 Then he says to Thomas, Bring thy finger here and see my hands; and bring thy hand and put it into my side; and be not unbelieving, but believing.
၂၇ထိုနောက်သောမအား ``သင်၏လက်ညှိုးဖြင့်ဤ နေရာကိုတို့ကြည့်လော့။ ငါ၏လက်များကို ကြည့်လော့။ သင့်လက်ကိုဆန့်၍ငါ၏နံဘေး ကိုစမ်းသပ်လော့။ ယုံမှားသံသယမဖြစ်နှင့်။ ယုံလော့'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
28 Thomas answered and said to him, My Lord and my God.
၂၈သောမက ``အကျွန်ုပ်၏အရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားပါတကား'' ဟုပြန်၍လျှောက်၏။
29 Jesus says to him, Because thou hast seen me thou hast believed: blessed they who have not seen and have believed.
၂၉သခင်ယေရှုက ``သင်သည်ငါ့ကိုမြင်ရ၍ ယုံကြည်သလော။ ငါ့ကိုမမြင်ရဘဲယုံကြည် သူတို့သည်မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏'' ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
30 Many other signs therefore also Jesus did before his disciples, which are not written in this book;
၃၀ဤကျမ်းတွင်ရေးမထားသောအခြားများစွာ သောအံ့သြဖွယ်နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာများကိုလည်း သခင်ယေရှုသည်တပည့်တော်တို့ရှေ့မှောက်တွင် ပြတော်မူ၏။-
31 but these are written that ye may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing ye might have life in his name.
၃၁သို့ရာတွင်သခင်ယေရှုသည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ သားတော်မေရှိယအရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူကြောင်း သင်တို့ယုံကြည်ကြစေရန်လည်းကောင်း၊ ယင်း သို့ယုံကြည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့်ကိုယ်တော်၏နာမ တော်ကိုအမှီပြု၍အသက်ကိုရနိုင်ကြစေ ရန်လည်းကောင်းဤကျမ်းကိုရေးသားပြုစု သတည်း။
