Job 25

1 And Bildad the Shuhite answered and said,

Então respondeu Bildad o suhita, e disse:

2 Dominion and fear are with him; he maketh peace in his high places.

Com ele estão domínio e temor; ele faz paz nas suas alturas.

3 Is there any number of his troops? and upon whom doth not his light arise?

Porventura tem número as suas tropas? e sobre quem não surge a sua luz?

4 And how should man be just with God? Or how should he be clean that is born of a woman?

Como pois seria justo o homem para com Deus? e como seria puro aquele que nasce da mulher?

5 Lo, even the moon is not bright; and the stars are not pure in his sight:

Olha, até a lua não resplandece, e as estrelas não são puras aos seus olhos.

6 How much less man, a worm, and the son of man, a worm!

E quanto menos o homem, que é um verme, e o filho do homem, que é um bicho.
