Job 21
1 And Job answered and said,
| ئەیوبیش وەڵامی دایەوە: |
2 Hear attentively my speech, and let this replace your consolations.
| «بە گوێگرتن گوێ لە قسەکانم بگرن؛ با ئەمە ببێتە دڵنەواییتان. |
3 Suffer me and I will speak; and after I have spoken, mock on!
| بەرگەم بگرن کە قسە دەکەم و پاش قسەکانم گاڵتە بکەن. |
4 As for me, is my complaint to a man? or wherefore should not my spirit be impatient?
| «ئایا من سکاڵاکەم لە مرۆڤە؟ بۆچی ئارامیم لێ نەبڕێت؟ |
5 Mark me, and be astonished, and lay the hand upon the mouth.
| ڕووم لێ بکەن، واقتان وڕبمێنێت و دەست بخەنە سەر دەمتان. |
6 Even when I think [thereon], I am affrighted, and trembling taketh hold of my flesh.
| کاتێک بەبیرم دێتەوە دەتۆقم؛ موچڕکە بە لەشمدا دێت. |
7 Wherefore do the wicked live, grow old, yea, become mighty in power?
| بۆچی بەدکاران دەژین و پیر دەبن، هەروەها بە هێزەوە زاڵ دەبن؟ |
8 Their seed is established with them in their sight, and their offspring before their eyes.
| نەوەیان لەبەردەمیان لەگەڵیان ڕاوەستاوە، وەچەیان لەبەرچاویانە. |
9 Their houses are safe from fear, neither is the rod of God upon them.
| ماڵەکانیان لە ترس دڵنیایە؛ کوتەکی خودا بەسەریانەوە نییە. |
10 Their bull gendereth, and faileth not; their cow calveth, and casteth not her calf.
| گایەکەیان دەپەڕێت و هەڵە ناکات؛ مانگاکەیان ئاوس دەبێت و لە باری ناچێت. |
11 They send forth their little ones like a flock, and their children dance.
| منداڵەکانیان وەک مەڕ بەڕەڵا دەکرێن؛ شیرەخۆرەکانیان سەما دەکەن. |
12 They shout to the tambour and harp, and rejoice at the sound of the pipe.
| دەف و قیسارە بەدەستەوە دەگرن؛ بە دەنگی دووزەلە دڵخۆش دەبن. |
| ڕۆژگاریان بە خێروخۆشی بەسەردەبەن و بە ئارامییەوە بۆ ناو جیهانی مردووان شۆڕ دەبنەوە. (Sheol h7585) |
14 And they say unto God, Depart from us, for we desire not the knowledge of thy ways!
| لەگەڵ ئەوەشدا بە خودا دەڵێن:”لێمان دوور بکەوە! دڵخۆش نابین بە ناسینی ڕێگاکانت. |
15 What is the Almighty that we should serve him? and what are we profited if we pray unto him?
| توانادارەکە کێیە هەتا خزمەتی بکەین؟ سوودی چی دەبینین کە لێی بپاڕێینەوە؟“ |
16 Behold, their prosperity is not in their hand. The counsel of the wicked be far from me!
| بەڵام خێروخۆشییان لە دەستی خۆیان نییە، با ڕاوێژی بەدکاران لێم دوور بێت. |
17 How often is the lamp of the wicked put out, and cometh their calamity upon them? Doth he distribute sorrows [to them] in his anger?
| «چەند کەم چرای بەدکاران دەکوژێتەوە و کارەساتیان بەسەردێت، یان خودا لە تووڕەیی خۆیدا ئازاری کردووە بە بەشیان؟ |
18 Do they become as stubble before the wind, and as chaff that the storm carrieth away?
| یان وەک کا بن لەبەردەم با و وەک ئەو سەرکۆزەرەی ڕەشەبا بردوویەتی؟ |
19 God layeth up [the punishment of] his iniquity for his children; he rewardeth him, and he shall know [it]:
| دەگوترێت:”خودا تاوانی بەدکاران بۆ کوڕەکانیان هەڵدەگرێت.“با سزای گیانی خۆیان بدات تاوەکو بزانن! |
20 His eyes shall see his destruction, and he shall drink of the fury of the Almighty.
| با چاوەکانیان لەناوچوونەکەیان ببینن، لە جامی تووڕەیی خودای هەرە بەتوانا بخۆنەوە، |
21 For what pleasure should he have in his house after him, when the number of his months is cut off?
| چونکە لەدوای ئەوان، کە ژمارەی مانگەکانیان تەواو دەبێت، ئایا گوێ بە کەسوکاریان دەدەن؟ |
22 Can any teach God knowledge? And he it is that judgeth those that are high.
| «ئایا خودا فێری زانین دەکرێت، ئەو کە دادوەری پایەدارەکان دەکات؟ |
23 One dieth in his full strength, being wholly at ease and quiet;
| کەسانێک هەن لەوپەڕی تەندروستیدا دەمرن، کاتێک بە تەواوی دڵنیا و ئارامن، |
24 His sides are full of fat, and the marrow of his bones is moistened;
| لەشیان ساغن و مۆخی ناو ئێسکەکانیان هێشتا تەڕە. |
25 And another dieth in bitterness of soul, and hath not tasted good:
| کەسانێکی دیکەش بە پەژارەوە دەمرن و تامی خێروخۆشییان نەکردووە. |
26 Together they lie down in the dust, and the worms cover them.
| هەردووکیان پێکەوە لەناو گڵ ڕادەکشێن و کرم دایاندەپۆشێت. |
27 Lo, I know your thoughts, and the devices ye wrongfully imagine against me.
| «بیرکردنەوەی ئێوە باش دەزانم و ئەو پیلانانەی بۆ ستەملێکردنم داتانناوە، |
28 For ye say, Where is the house of the noble? and where the tent of the dwellings of the wicked?
| چونکە دەڵێن:”کوا ماڵی گەورە پیاوەکە؟ کوا چادری نشینگەی خراپەکاران؟“ |
29 Have ye not asked the wayfarers? and do ye not regard their tokens:
| ئایا پرسیارتان لە ڕێبواران نەکردووە و سەرنجتان نەداوەتە هەواڵەکانیان؟ |
30 That the wicked is reserved for the day of calamity? They are led forth to the day of wrath.
| بەدکار لە ڕۆژی کارەسات هەڵدێت، ئایا لە ڕۆژی تووڕەیی دەرباز دەبێت؟ |
31 Who shall declare his way to his face? and who shall repay him what he hath done?
| کێ بەرەو ڕوو لەسەر ڕەفتارەکەی سەرزەنشتی دەکات؟ کێ سزای دەدات لەسەر ئەوەی کردوویەتی؟ |
32 Yet is he carried to the graves, and watch is kept over the tomb.
| ئەو بەرەو گۆڕەکان دەبردرێت و لەسەر گۆڕستان شەوارە دەگرێت. |
33 The clods of the valley are sweet unto him; and every man followeth suit after him, as there were innumerable before him.
| قوڕی دۆڵەکە شیرینە بۆ ئەو؛ هەموو مرۆڤ بەدوایەوە دەڕۆن و لەپێشیشیەوە بەبێ ژمارە. |
34 How then comfort ye me in vain? Your answers remain perfidious.
| «ئیتر چۆن بە قسەی پڕوپووچ دڵنەواییم دەدەنەوە؟ لە وەڵامەکانتان تەنها بێوەفایی دەبینم!» |
